In short, Avoid. UPDATE: Nagy called me after I posted this but I couldn't answer because I was on a work call. Before i could get back to him, he then posted stating my claims were false... Take that as you will. UPDATE: Wrap people said the paint they used is just like touch up paint... UPDATE: Called back and he told me I did him wrong and that I'm trying to harm his family. Guilt tripping is a no from me... I brought my car in after I hit a curb with my Model 3. The quarter panel got dented in one area. When I got a quote from Nagy, it was $1500 for the body work. I told him I had a ppf wrap to which he said that he could get it re-ceramic painted for another $200. At the time that didn't make sense to me and I repeated that it was a wrap while pointing out a seam line. Anyway, I still decided to go with him because the price was good according to my car friends. I dropped off the car on Monday 4/25 in the morning with an estimate of it being done on Thursday, latest Friday. I called Wednesday to get a staus and Nagy said his wrap guy was busy until the weekend. I got a call that it was done Saturday 4/30 later afternoon and that he made a mistake and thought it was a ceramic paint but his wrap guy told him it was a film (I thought I told him that too). I decided to just pick up the car with just the damages fixed and have the people who did my wrap originally, rewrap. When I inspected the car during pick up, I noticed immediately that the paint job was poorly done. I could see there was paint discrepancies (uneven anf rough at some points) and was visibly upset. Nagy disregarded my comments and said it was perfect but I kept complaining. I even pointed out that there was even a textured area (pictured). He said those were all normal or that it's never going to be as perfect as when I bought it (flip flopping between those excuses). He would not budge and only offered to polish the area so I paid and left. I am currently sitting at the palce I got my car wrapped and they said the job always also poorly done. That it's like there was no clear coat. They also pointed out the unevenness of some areas. If they tried to wrap it, it wouldn't adhere properly. I am now looking for another shop to get the paint fixed before I can rewrap... It is also to note that this place expedites work to a shop on 1600 w florence ave (Leon's Auto Work?). I figured out because I checked up on my Tesla Via the App and noticed it was there. read more

We've decided to keep our seven (7) year old Prius V, especially since this model is no longer available. That meant it was time to repair some rather nasty dents and scratches, inevitable after it's daily use. One body shop quoted me a decent price to fix the three panels on the right side of my vehicle, the other was much higher. Having walked by Radius Auto Body (it's truly a local business) several times, I thought I'd give them a try. Nagy, the owner, is very nice and was quite honest with me as to what to expect. The vehicle wouldn't look brand new, but it will be noticibly improved. He said he could have it done in a week. Five days later, the car was done! It's a darn good repair job, favorably comparable to any job I've had done in the past for less than half the price of my highest quote! I can easily recommend Radius Auto Body. They were finished earlier than expected (how often does that happen?), providing quality work for a more than reasonable price. Now that we're on the market for a second (used) car, I now know where I'm going to go to for any scratches, dents, or body work. Plus I do have two (2) teenage drivers in the family (help!!). Another 5-star review for Nagy. Like an idiot, I misjudged the distance of a turn, and scraped alongside a yellow pole. Yellow paint scraped across my front driver side panel. Luckily the impact wasn't hard enough to damage the panel. Just a scrape... with YELLOW PAINT. I took the car to Radius Auto Body, Nagy quoted a price I couldn't afford, to replace the panel. Not that he was quoting high, he was very competitive, I just couldn't afford it. He said: "Well you can't drive around with that yellow paint." He grabbed some magic fluid and a rag and was able to clean off all the paint. It's as if it never happened. When I offered to pay him, he waved it off. I still have a scrape on the front panel, but at least you can only see it if you look really close. Talk about customer service. Radius Auto Body has my business for life. read more

Nagy helped me fixed my crooked sun roof. Unfortunately my old beater has bad sunroof and needed replacement. Nagy offered alternative solution to manually close the the roof for me at fraction of the cost comparing to replacing the whole sunroof cartridge, it suited my need given the little value of my beater car. While the sunroof it's no longer able to open again, which is exactly what I signed up for, I'm happy that I no longer need to worry about raining days ruining my car. Note that Sun roof repair isn't offered by most of body shops, so Radius Auto Body is a hidden gem here doing me a solid. Radius Auto Body is a fantastic business that's run by owner Nagy who truly cares about the people he comes into contact with. When my car was rear-ended in a hit-and-run accident I brought it in to Radius to have the damage inspected by my insurance company. Nagy promptly had the bumper removed so that the insurance company could assess the damage. Unfortunately, my insurance company's third-party inspector arrived the day after they were supposed to. This led to the car being held over the weekend, and later the towing company arrived a few days late to pick up the car, once it had been declared a 'total loss'. This chain of events led to the car being held at Radius for many more days than anticipated. Because of these delays, the insurance company penalized me, the customer, due to their strange and out-of-step pricing policies. Their policy of one-price-fits-all is ridiculous and hurts their customers, especially when the customer has no control over when the various insurance company representatives decide to show up. Nagy was very helpful and supportive as I tried in vain to get a fair settlement from the insurance company for my car. Nagy took time out of his busy schedule to help me fight for what's fair; at one point he joined me on a phone call with my insurance company to make sure that I didn't get taken advantage of. I've never experienced that level of customer service from an auto repair facility, or any other business for that matter. If you want to deal with a shop that has integrity and truly cares for the customers who put their trust in Radius' hands, then this is your place. Thank you, Nagy! read more

I took my car in for repair because my back windshield was totally smashed and the trunk was irreparable. Most auto body shops were not responsive but Nagy responded right away. He was super helpful, kind and gave me a very reasonable quote. Not only did he replace the damaged parts of my car, but he also vacuumed up all the glass, cleaned the interior of my car and fixed other minor damage (securing the front bumper and buffing out scratches).
