Trust me, just go with Nagy @ Radius. I drove my dented-up car all around the Westside getting estimates from 4 different garages. Everyone wanted to replace my quarter panel ($$$$), but Nagy told me he could repair it without replacing it ($). This saved me $2k, and Nagy delivered! My car quarter panel and door look good as new. The body work and paint--all meticulously done. Notice how every review mentions how great Nagy is? That's because this man is as trustworthy and kind as they come. He texted me throughout the repair process & delivered ahead of schedule. You can tell how much he cares about building lasting relationships with his clients. I'd trust Radius with any repairs moving forward and will give their name to friends and family! read more

After taking my car home we realized that Nagy had not installed lining on the wheel wells (ie an area that is not immediately apparent but basically all the wires were hanging out above the front wheel). On the insurance estimate, Nagy had already been paid for work to install this but it wasn't done and wasn't pointed out. Upon calling Nagy to get this done, he said that the part was "probably broken" and that's why it wasn't installed and that "I should have seen it". He said if I paid for the part he would install it... then called a few days later to tell me I would have to go pick it up from the dealer. Although upset, I figured I would go pick up the part just to get it done. When I got to the dealer, they told me Nagy had called them and said the customer (me) would pick it up and to charge me retail price (about double) ... so now not only had Nagy not done what he said, he was actively trying to have the pricing increased because he was upset that I had caught this mistake and was having him install the lining (a 15 minute job). While helpful in getting the insurance process done, the fact that he was not up front about the repairs and then treated the process in this way made me question the integrity of the repairs. I would NOT RECOMMEND this auto shop. UPDATE: As you can see below, claiming customers are making "false" statements is apparently the way to go. Just for posterity, and ignoring the fact that he claims this "was not insurance related" but there is somehow a "deductible", including a picture of the insurance reimbursements so folks can come to their own conclusion. Nagy was paid upwards of $8k for these repairs, and this is what happens when you call him out for a $100 part that was missing. Shameful. read more

The driver's side door to my Tesla almost got ripped off it's hinge while exiting my parked vehicle one night in downtown LA. I found These guys on yelp, and I couldn't be happier that I chose them. Not only did Nagy stay late on a Friday night to receive my car (had to be towed as the door wouldn't shut) he gave me great comfort from the very beginning that he would restore my car to showroom condition. I brought my car here after a friend crashed into a poll. Damage was not too servere and we wanted to avoid an insurance claim. Nagy was super friendly and offered the best quote by far in this area. They got the work done on time and did absolutely amazing job. When I came to pick up the car I found that they even detail the exterior. I can't recommend this place enough. I went in for a price estimate today & the guy told me 1700 AFTER discount for some minor scratches on the back door. My dad immediately told me no after I told him & will be taking my car in elsewhere. Some advice for these people, don't try to rip off someone just cuz they're a girl, I looked at the estimate sheet he gave me, 1250 for labor fee & 449 for paint and Such. If you're going to rip someone off at least do it in a smarter way. Hope u find urself some conscious. And he had the audacity to text me this after my initial review. yelp do better. Definitely come here if you want to pay 1700 for a simple scratch repair. Don't be calling me "can't afford" it when you drive a car with no AC... highly questionable character for this business owner, harassing me via text after I left my initial review. I can't say enough great things about Nagy and Radius Auto Body. Nagy saved my weekend. I drove my car up to Venice from Cabo, MX to spend 2 months here. On the drive up, in a stretch that was only 2 lanes, a huge semi drove by me and the wind ripped a molding right off my car. I had an event to go to the day after arriving in LA. I agreed to overpay for the part at the Toyota dealership but I did not think it should take 3-4 hours at $180/hour to install a molding. I took my Subaru into Radius Auto Body after sustaining some pretty bad damage to the driver's side front wheel, bumper, some panels and front suspension. And right away Nagy was very friendly and assured that they would make sure everything is fixed and if needed parts replaced. While my car was there he offered to provide an estimate to repair some dents/scratches that my car accumulated over the years and get my car back to showroom condition. Since my car was already been worked on, I decided to get everything done. Nagy kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything to me thoroughly when I had questions. And when I got my car back, it was beautiful and back to showroom condition! I hadn't seen it in that condition since I first bought the car. And most importantly, he was able to repair the damage sustained.
