I was tired of looking and was ready to call it quits when my boyfriend said to try this last store. We were on our way out when a beautiful pear shaped ring caught my eye. A representative, Thelma, greeted me very quickly and was extremely friendly. I asked to see the ring and although the center stone was a color I didn't want, I knew I loved the ring anyway. I asked Thelma if I could have the stone removed and instead put in a more neutral colored gemstone. She assured me it could be done and that it could also be custom ordered in my size, since I am a size 4. I then told her I wanted to keep the ring in the 900$ price range and was it still possible. She told me that she would call her headquarters and find out what she could do for me in a few days. I expected to have to wait until the following work day and instead that same night, Thelma called me and told me she was able to call the necessary people and get the ring within my price range. We went ahead with the order and I was told it would take about 3 weeks for my ring to come in because it was being custom made. Thelma kept in contact with me and updated me on the status each week and made the whole process very easy. I picked up my ring over the weekend and am in love. It looks gorgeous, everything that I wanted for the price I wanted too. I really appreciated Thelmas time, knowledge, and courtesy.
