We took 8 teens here for a birthday party in June 2026. We got exactly what we paid for and all the teenagers had a lot of fun! We reserved a picnic area and honestly it was better than the Gazebo we rented the last visit. Kids will be running around crazy on rides all day so don't overthink it! We ordered the pizza, Dots ice cream, and drink wristbands and it was enough. We didn't bring a cake but the party next to us did. Hydro flask need to be emptied but clear water bottles were allowed. See park rules before you go so you don't get mad for nothing. There were lots of slides. Perfect for teenagers and young children. Park hours were 11-6 on a Sunday which was perfect. Pros- Easy Parking, short to moderate lines to enter and on rides (early June) plenty of life guards, clean as you can expect a public place to be, friendly staff, food options and reasonable prices (card only/ no cash), live DJ, pirate characters walking around, not overly crowded, family friendly. Cons- Parking was expensive, Google Maps will try to kill you by telling you to enter the wrong driveway (the exit), don't order a salad it has no dressing offered (Weird!!!). People recording everywhere, dress code(some older women here to date? LOL), some seated areas closed, our picnic area had no reservation signs so we had to ask people to leave (I recommend you bring your own to avoid conflicts) read more

We made a reservation for a group of 22 people and even reconfirmed it ahead of time. To make matters worse, we had already paid the day before. Everyone in our group had to rearrange their schedules and take time off to make these plans. After driving approximately 1.5 hours, with several kids excited and ready to have fun, we arrived only to find the place closed and not operating at all. The experience was extremely disappointing and showed a complete lack of communication and professionalism. The only explanation we were given was that the employee who helped us "doesn't work here anymore," as if that somehow excuses the situation or makes it our responsibility. When customers reserve, confirm, and pay in advance, they should be able to expect the business to honor those arrangements. Disgusting. Gross. I can't unsee the bathrooms, no showers, I have never seen so much blood and tampons. I was so grossed out.

We got lost getting to the park. Google maps will take you to their employee parking. Take Via Verde til you get to a large sign splitting Raging Waters and Bonelli Park. Parking is $25 for general and $75 for preferred. Then you take a tram to the water park. The trams seemed quite frequent so we didn't have to wait long for one. Their website has restrictions of bags you can carry in but to my surprise we saw people bring in wagons and large non-clear bags. So really think you can carry what you need into the park. They have areas for toddlers and really restrict the height. If you are too tall even as a kid they don't allow you on. Great so not as scary and the Littles don't have to fight with the big kids but parents are also not allowed on the slides with the kids. Luckily mine got the courage to slide alone. The lazy river looked like most people had to walk it due to lack of free tubes. I noticed when we went to the wave pool people had tubes so I assume some people just hold on to the tubes for their entire stay. If you choose probably due to this reason you can pay to rent a tube. We didn't go on too many other rides due to having a toddler but overall fun experience. Food was OK. We got a cheeseburger and chicken sandwhich which come with fries. A bit dry but OK. I guess healthier haha without the extra sauce. Middle of the day was so hot we got a soft serve dolewhip and it was delicious! Swirl of pineapple and strawberry in a cup with a cone. Usually the park is $40 per visit. My little one won tickets so it was an awesome experience for free tickets. Would I come at $40 per person? My kids look forward to going every summer this is our 5th year in a row going and there under new management and the perks are not worth it at all!!! The food is horrible waste of money and they don't want to modify nothing on the menu, my kids don't eat certain things and they said they can't change nothing on the items. A lot of the stuff have onions and jalapeños kids don't eat that but they deny to take it away. We ask for a refund of our passes the first day we went and saw all the changes but where denied because the passes where activated that day. We where not aware of them being under new management and all the changes if we would have known we would have never spent over $1000 dollars on our passes!!! This water park is one of the nicest I have been to I went this last Friday it is very big and beautiful the staff we very nice.

Key points off the top of my head. Entrance is on Via Verde it's easier. General parking is $25 which usually means you park on a dirt lot and take a tram or bus to the front gate. When leaving, the tram lines do get really long but they do have plenty of trams and buses that move people along pretty fast. Preferred parking is $75 and it's the parking lot infront of entrance. -No hard coolers allowed. I did see wagons and soft coolers. They usually ask you to toss opened drinks out before entering. -They have great lifeguards who actually do their job! -Management is always walking around aswell. -Security doesn't Eff around, a group of teenagers were messing around and being obnoxious and they were approached by security and they immediately changed their behavior. -If you are allergic to bees beware because there are a ton of them. read more

Came here this past weekend for a birthday party . The food has definitely gone down I tired the. Pizza very bland not good . The burgers were 2/10 they monger offer with lettuce tomato pickle only have cheese and sauce so that was terrible and they took the lids for the sodas very inconvenient when flys and bees coming around . We had a lot of fun here, but there are so many things that need to be improved that I can only give them 3 stars. My first tip is that it's essential to arrive early to maximize your day. Lines are shortest in the morning just getting into the park and then for the rides. I would recommend arriving to the park 30 minutes early at least. We were disappointed that we chose Aqua Rocket as our first ride of the day only to find that it was not open yet. The blue curved slide for Bombs Away was also not open at the start of the day. Aqua Rocket really needs some kind of shade covering for the line, and it also sorely needs a tech update--my kids got stuck on the ride and the line was so slow because the ride kept breaking down. Also there needs to be a way for single riders to be able to ride Dr. Von Dark's ride and Dark Hole--I had to skip the rides because we had 5 in our party. But my kids said those were two of the best rides, along with High Extreme and Aqua Rocket. Probably my top complaint is that people who don't want to pay for a locker claim tables that are supposed to be for the general public by putting their stuff on them for the whole day. We had the hardest time finding somewhere to sit for lunch because of this and a couple times we were told by people that the table was "their table." Raging Waters, you need to institute a rule that this isn't allowed. People who do this should get their property confiscated. If they want a table for the whole day, they should pay for a Cabana. Another problem we had was with getting lunch. Although we started waiting around 1 pm, it took about an hour of waiting in line before we actually got to the front, ordered our food and received our food. When we got to the front of the line, we realized that the problem was due to being understaffed. Raging Waters really needs to hire more workers to have things running efficiently. Unlike other reviews, however, I didn't have any problems with the lifeguards manning the rides or pools, overall they seemed fine although mostly high school kids. Also the park was not as dirty or trashy as reviewers mentioned, although it's definitely not up to the standard of Disneyland. We didn't have any problems with the standard parking or the trams, but we also arrived early (20 minutes) which I think helped. They raised the price of premium parking to $75 (!!!) which is pretty unbelievable. Lastly, I don't think the meal deal they are offering is worth it, not for us anyways. We saved more money by finding discount tickets from Tripster for $41 than by getting the meal/ticket combo for $60. The system doesn't seem to work and you can only get lucky if it goes through. For the price you pay, that's unacceptable. Cleanliness was also a problem. Trash cans were overflowing with food, which attracted bees. My husband was stung and this easily could have happened to other children around the park. Lastly, while I was on the lazy river with my two boys, a teenage girl was behaving inappropriately with her friend and nearly bumped into my son. I reported it to lifeguards, but they didn't seem to care at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. If you have young kids, be very cautious. For the cost, I expected a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment, but unfortunately, Raging Waters did not deliver. read more

Our first time visiting this place, it was great and not so great. We do have a Toddler so that has me behind the fun. I only stayed on one part of the fun zones. So that being said, husband was able to go on all the cool slides, in reality he only got on one. And waited for one full hour just to get on one at least. So from the opening time to closing. One slide and just sit on a chair all day. I didn't encounter much problems, was with the baby but yes it was super packed on a Friday. Restrooms indeed dirty and wet, as soon as you walk in, humid and hot pee smell. Water park is as fun as it is but the problem is how civilized people are, that the main reason of the experience. I know their nothing wrong with the park itself. I had good experiences with their staff and had amazing help with them. My main complaint were Bees, couldn't really enjoy a little rest cause of bees and yes I have been stung twice before and that was no fun so bees were and are my main complaint. my last visit was over 15+ years ago, and this park is in serious need of an upgrade / maintenance during the off season. there were trash everywhere, places that needed maintenance work, and despite being a cash free park lockers did not accept apple pay so you need to bring a physical card if you plan on using the lockers. there were several issues with my recent visit: "largest water park" but what they don't tell you is that the rides are spread out UPHILL-- so be prepared to get your cardio in. I would have enjoyed my time here more if it weren't for the long waits in between rides and getting food. the biggest waste of time was having to wait to get a raft for rides AND THEN waiting in another line to go on the ride.. on the plus note, lines for rides weren't that long of a wait but your biggest time killer is waiting on a raft-- if you have the funds, take advantage of the fast pass. as someone who had regular admission, the fast pass definitely extended wait times because most rides had maximum of 5 or 6 rafts with groups of 20+ people waiting. despite it being a water park, there was little shade offered throughout the parks. the only shade offered was through purchasing cabanas or under the food hall at the entrance. the weather was 90+ degrees on a peak august afternoon, and we were scolding under the sun. while admission was only $40, we couldn't go on most of the rides due to the long wait times which lines remained the same despite being close to closing. would i come back? maybe, only if it were something my family who reside in la would want to do... if it were up to me, I'd rather go back to wild rivers in Irvine read more

Our visit to Raging Waters started off on the wrong foot. After parking, we were trying to fix a sudden issue with my husband's mobility chair in the heat. It was a stressful moment, and two employees pulled up and insisted on parking right next to us--even though there were plenty of other open spots. It felt really inconsiderate, especially since we clearly needed the space to safely work on the chair. Once inside, I headed straight to the lazy river, which I had been most excited for. I was disappointed to find out that you have to pay to rent a raft--otherwise, you're walking the whole way. And the raft you rent? It can't even be used on any other rides. Really disappointing. Lines were expected--it's an amusement park--but the food prices were outrageous. $11 for a single ice cream cone? That's excessive. The bathrooms were also in rough shape--muddy floors and a horrible smell. Not what you hope to encounter at a family water park. We still tried to make the best of the day, but there were a lot of frustrating moments that took away from the fun. Hopefully the park can improve on some of these things. read more

As a season pass holder this summer, coming all the time, there is a lot that can change. Came here every summer as a kid, now as an adult, taking my own kids, this park is NOT the same. Needs some serious TLC. Dirt where there used to be lush grass, not every ride is open. Obstacle course by the wave pool indefinitely. Concession stands closed. Management does not understand the more that's closed, the longer lines get for everything else. Who ever is managing the park needs to be replaced or gone through more training. Lifeguards on their phones while watching the lazy river, no thought to have belligerent guests move on. Most of the lifeguards are kids, which is understandable, but when they all seem to not care about their job, it becomes concerning. Efficiency is not a priority for management. Up to two minutes in between riders, for a ride that takes 5-7 seconds, is crazy. But it makes sense when the lifeguard at the top of the ride does not communicate with the lifeguard at the bottom of the ride. I'm comparing most of these complaints with Dry Town USA, a water park in the Palmdale area. A small, but very well kept water park. You will immediately see the difference is their lifeguards and how they operate, night and day. Good luck raging waters, you're going to need it. read more

It was my first time back since I was a child! I loved raging waters but It needs a lot of improvement. Parking: Expensive!!! Preferred parking $75, which is right in front of the park General parking $25, take a tram to gate or you can walk about a mile distance Just to give you a general idea of the time frame, we came an hour after the park had opened. We got general parking and had to wait in line for an hour for the tram and the tram ride was about a 8 min ride to the main gate. Lockers: You have to pay about $17-$25. To get a locker and they provide 3 sizes: Small, medium and larger. They have 2 areas. One under the lunch hall which is not the cleanest. And one near the information shack which is a bit cleaner... Park: That brings me to one of my main concerns, which was the cleanliness of the park. When I tell you it was dirty everywhere I mean everywhere! Even the locker area had leaves, dust, spiderwebs: above, below and inside the lockers. Which leads us to the next concern the tables! The people who don't want to pay for the lockers claim the public tables all day. And they literally put their shoes, bathing suits, towels, everything on top of the tables. We had a difficult time finding a spot to sit and eat. When we finally did we were eating next to someone's trunks and Sandals on the table. The food options here are very mediocre, we shared some $20 chicken tenders that looked like a tv dinner...would recommend bringing your own snacks. Wait time: before 12pm, I would say the wait time was less than 10 minutes! Which was enjoyable since we didn't have to wait! But after 12pm I would say the wait time increased to about an hour. So we spent about half the day here, left early and grabbed lunch elsewhere where. There are no ins and outs to be mindful of that. We went on shipwreck rapids and there was two groups with white arm band that basically got back into line and got in front of the line every other group and both those groups went 10 times in a row. Which resulted in a 45 minute wait when all the other rides were 15 minutes.. They were not making reservations online and they were not limited to a certain amount of rides in a row. I had amazing memories here as a kid and was so disappointed when we recently went with family and friends. It was so dirty! The showers and bathrooms were so gross and looked like they hadn't been clean in years. I can't believe there was only 2 showers. The bathrooms smelled so bad that my daughter cried she didn't want to go in but had to potty so bad. The park was very underwhelming, especially compared to the waterparks I had been to in the last year (Soak city, wild rivers, sesame place, great wolf). The staff seemed like they all hated being there and life guards didn't seem to take their jobs very seriously compared to the other parks. Everything seemed fairly clean we spent most of our time in the children's areas. The lines for big slides can get long but we also went on a holiday. We got pizza and ice cream a little pricey. We got there 20 mins before open and already very full but we found a chair to put our things. We either will get a cabana next time or just do a locker. read more

I bought season passes for my grand daughter, her friend and myself. This was my idea of getting them out of the house away from their cell phones to enjoy interaction with myself and others. What an excellent idea we had a blast. The only negative was the friend shrimp from one of the stands. I wasn't feeling well about 1 and a half hours after I ate. But the park and the employees were great. When I went over to get our towels that were laying on our chairs my little black dress was folded on top I thought I saw a lady pick it up( can't be certain) I asked if that was my dress she responded "no" It was hers" the lockers were not working that day. We visited Raging Waters recently and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, there's plenty of seating, but you'll need to arrive early if you want a shady spot. Food is on the expensive side, but one positive is that they don't sell alcohol--something many parents may appreciate since it helps keep the environment calmer. On the downside, the park was lacking tubes for both the lazy river and the wave pool, which was disappointing. The wave pool itself wasn't impressive compared to other water parks we've visited. The cabanas also left a lot to be desired--they were very bare, offered little to no privacy between them, and the cabana area felt dirty and sticky. On top of that, the internet connection was terrible, and the WiFi was basically impossible to get on, which was frustrating when trying to connect or check in with family. Overall, the park could really use some remodeling, and staff training seems necessary since most employees we asked appeared confused and unsure where things were. They also had a discontinued topping listed and double wrapped one of our burritos because they made a hole in it. Another burrito had a hole and no double wrap. They forgot salsa in one burrito and the cilantro lime rice had no flavor at all. I had to repeat myself at least 5 times about the toppings and it still came out wrong. We only ordered 3 burritos, all had the same toppings with one adding guacamole. The burritos were put together in such a way that they fell apart and ingredients were only in globs so you would get a mouth full of sour cream and then not much else ext. The workers would look down or away when talking and it was hard to hear them. They told me it was busy so of course they ran out of beans and it would take " like a long time" to make more. When I asked if there would be a discount for the burrito or even some more of another topping the worker looked at me and said " it's a build your own so like, no". We pushed the issue and they offered another scoop of overcooked rice. Kinda killed the fun vibe. Probably one of the worst burritos I have ever had. Paid close to $20 per burrito. I really enjoyed it here! Parking is $25 for general and $50 for preferred. General parking is a few minutes away from the entrance and you have to take a tram. Thankfully the Tram comes every 5 minutes. I think the parking prices are steep! The line moves fast when they open up at 10a and I went straight to the lockers. Lockers are $30 which to me is pricey but had to get one. I had some difficulty coming back to the lockers and opening them. I had to ask several staff members for help until I found the actual designated locker department staff. (I wish anyone could help, but someone did come fast) This was a Sunday and the lines were very quick. The longest we waited were 30 minutes or so. The only note I would give is to have more tubes for the "dark hole". They had maybe 4 and the other half were deflated. The workers of the rides are pretty chill. Food is delicious! Sharkeys was nice and fresh and I loved the funnel cake and ice cream. Funnel cake and ice cream is $14 and a meal at Sharkeys is about $16. It can add up but my family and I had a great time! This review is based mainly on hygiene, food, and amenities. The park all in all needs a good cleaning. Since there aren't enough places for people to settle their belongings, nor for grandparents to rest while waiting, one must search for an empty little corner, but what one can find is trash, food containers, and forgotten items. Not very welcoming for the elderly that just go along to be with family. The bathrooms are filthy and the stench of urine is terrible. Power washing is not enough with the amount of people they allow in. There are many good cleaning products for example Ajax with beach, Clorox, etc. and the work wonders when used with a brush. The food, we paid ahead with the ticket and we regretted it. First, the wait in line at Sharky's was 45 minutes!!! For nasty, extremely salty hard french fries and dry chicken tenders. Went here on a Monday in July, figured it would be more chill as far as lines. Google maps takes you to the "wrong entrance" and an employee is there telling you to go down the road. Didn't mention it was like another 5-6 minutes down the road. Need better signage on how to get there. Tram to get in was fine and there were plenty of them. No issues scanning code to get in. Bathrooms were gross, most water park bathrooms are though so... Rides were fun but could use some cleaning. Make sure you are in good shape because a LOT of walking up and down hills! Hard to find entrances to most of the rides. Only one water fountain in the entire place, ridiculous. Food was fine, overpriced as expected. Lady in first aid was super nice and helpful. Wish the lines were moving more being that the crowds weren't huge. Probably won't go back. read more

Me and my son had so much fun today... I was initially hesitant of going due to the many negative reviews I read on yelp... but we are so glad we went... everything was so awesome... the employee crew were very professional and friendly... the bathrooms were clean and tidy... was so happy to have lockers accessible to us... all the slides where so fun... and the water was surprisingly clean and refreshing to play in... my son wants to go again... and we can't wait till the next time we get to hang out together in this amazing water park.. thank you Raging Waters and to your great employees... read more

The place is definitely rundown from when I used to bring my granddaughters here slides or closed. The wave pool is a joke. I was in there 30 minutes waiting for the waves to come on and I asked the Guard what's up with the waves they said they're on right now. I said you've got to be kidding me they have turned the waves down to a quarter of what they used to be. It's like a little kitty pool. If you're not going to put waves in it, fill it in and make it a planter The lazy river is just as bad the guards that look up and down and back-and-forth all the time are letting teenagers throw each other four or 5 feet without saying anything into smaller kids that are trying to enjoy the pool They have very few tubes in the lazy river now because they want you to rent them. They didn't used to be so cheap and stingy wish I would've not got a annual pass as I won't be going back the wave pool used to be nice and then management is so lame. They turned it to a quarter of what it used to be Now I see why it's 2 1/2 stars when I used to go there it was much better do not recommend this place. I will check out wild rivers. Guest Services Department Formal Complaint and Refund Request - Technical Error During Online Ticket Purchase I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue my family and I experienced with your online ticketing system and the subsequent poor handling of the situation by your on-site guest services team on July 15th, 2025 at your San Dimas location. While attempting to purchase tickets through your website, we encountered a significant technical error on the payment page. The system allowed us to input all necessary information, but upon submission, the page failed to load properly and offered no confirmation. It simply reloaded to a blank payment form, prompting us to re-enter our information again. After two failed attempts, we tried a third time, during which the page got stuck in a perpetual loading state. In an effort to confirm whether the issue was related to the device, we attempted to purchase the same tickets using another phone. That attempt was successful. However, we later discovered that the original transaction had also gone through, resulting in an unintentional duplicate purchase due to your website's glitch. Upon entering the park around 10:30 AM, I spoke with a team member at the entrance and explained the issue. He assured me that I could visit the front desk guest services later in the day to request a refund for the duplicate ticket. Trusting this information, we proceeded with our day and returned to the front office as we exited. At guest services, two young women assisted us. One of them, Abigail, informed us that refunds were not possible and that the best they could offer was to reuse the ticket on another day. I explained again that the issue was the result of a technical error on your company website, not user fault. Abigail responded that we should have addressed it earlier in the day and also claimed the ticket attendants at the entrance "don't even work here," referring to them as kids who had just been hired. Frankly, this response was unprofessional and dismissive. If these individuals are employed and trained to scan tickets while wearing company shirts, they represent your organization and should be properly trained to direct customers. Blaming another staff member is not acceptable, your young adult workers in guest services need better training on customer service if they are the face of your organization upon entering the park. Your manager is In a position to lead by example and failed in that regard to provide a resolution to the situation and show true customer service. Please retrain this person when a customer is requesting to speak directly with a manager. When I had asked to speak with the acting manager, Abigail said she would get her Instead, Abigail returned to tell me that her manager said the answer was "No" and the ticket could only be reused on another day. I asked Abigail who her manager was she said her name was Maritza, Maritza never came as acting manager to speak to me as a customer to provide assistance and customer service regarding the poor online experience. This experience was frustrating and reflects poorly on the Raging Waters brand creating a poor experience on my families end. There was no accountability, no customer care, and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It was a the answers No by 3 different employees two whom were children, and the acting manager I never formally was able to meet due to lack of effort to come acknowledge the situation. This was a clear technical malfunction on your website, and we should not be penalized for it. I am requesting a full refund for the duplicate adult ticket purchased under the following details: Please advise me on how your corporate office intends to correct this situation.
