LOVE the pizza! Checked out the new spot in Somerset and what a great find. Got takeout and it worth the wait, really delicious thin crust pizza, excellent price, and great customer service. Tried calling last week and couldn't get thru so ordered online but when I went they had it down. They were very helpful, phn calls were coming thru and you could order right at the take out window. Took a peek inside and they did a fantastic job revamping the train and definitely coming back with family to sit down and enjoy the ambiance of having dinner on an old fashioned train, so cool!! They even had an outdoor patio area with tables but not sure if they are serving outside yet. They just opened a month ago so I think folks need to give them a break it takes a minute to set up a new business and they probably got an incredible demand of customers because their food is so good so they just had to adjust. Added some pics to show the great job they did fixing up the train. Next time I go I plan on taking pics of the inside to share

The inside of the railway car is small, long and narrow . There are 6 booths and a bar that serves about 8 people. They do have an outside area with picnic tables you can sit and wait at . They have one bathroom that is about the size of an airplane restroom. But it's a very cute and unique. Service was great. We were immediately greeted by staff and were lucky enough to have a booth that was empty. They have a small drink menu. I tried their peach sangria and their strawberry Sangria . Both were good not too sweet. The strawberry one was my favorite because it's was a little more balanced and had a sweet/tart taste. Our drinks came very quickly but our food was a little slow to arrive. It was over 30 minutes before we got out delicious fried mozzarella with pesto, red sauce and crostinis . The fried mozzarella was in the shape of a square patty. It was nice and crispy on the outside and the mozzarella was supper gooey on the inside. It was one of the best fried mozzarella I have ever tasted. For dinner we tried the Detroit style pizza. It arrived almost 45 minutes after we ordered. The cup pepperoni was so flavorful and had a nice spicy kick without being super greasy. The pizza while being a thick crust was not heavy but instead light and fluffy . Despite the long wait for the food , which was due to only one person cooking. I believe it is still worry of 5 stars . This restaurant had been open for only week and for a new restaurant they were superb! I can only see them Improving and getting better in the future!!!! Also the sandwiches here looked amazing and huge. I can't wait to come back and try some !

Cozy vibe, friendly service and delicious food. The pizza's we ordered (New Haven style and Detroit) were both perfectly cooked and you can tell it's all healthy ingredients and made with love. The Grilled Avocado w/ Feta app was so good and the Caesar Salad was PERFECT... and sooooo big. The size of my head. I need to return asap to try the Chopped Italian Salad. I'll definitely visit regularly and will try everything at least once. My new favorite to tell everyone about!

    Very cool vibe.

Great place. My wife and I had the Caesar salad which was HUGE with an obviously in-house made dressing as well as in-house made sourdough croutons that were both fantastic. The Greens were also garden fresh. The pizza was cooked perfectly with a thin sourdough crust. The pepperoni are the the cup ones that turn up and burn just the right amount at the corners and have just the right amount of spice to them. The staff was great! Fantastic personalities. We'll definitely be back! Noteworthy... their takeout was booming and we'll definitely try that too.

My daughter and I had the chance to try Railway Pie while visiting the area recently and it was legit! We checked it out on Yelp first after driving past and decided that we should visit early to be sure to get a seat without having a long wait. Our plan worked out perfectly and we were seated right away. We started with the fried mozzarella appetizer which is made in house and the cheese itself was to die for. The sauces were delicious as well but I think my daughter would have preferred them be served on the side. For the pizzas I did the Detroit style pepperoni and it was delicious. My daughter did the classic crust just cheese and she enjoyed hers as well. The real highlight of Railway Pie is eating inside this restored train car. It is really cool and very beautifully done. It isn't huge with only a few tables and a small walkway but that adds to the atmosphere. Our server was also super nice and very welcoming. I wish I didn't live almost 1000 miles away from here or I'd be a regular for sure!

Wow, the pizza is delicious! Looking forward to trying the sandwiches soon. The pizza is made with high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Definitely the best pizza in the area including Providence. Railway Pie makes my top 10 list of favorite pizzas I've ever had. It kind of reminds me of Pizzeria Regina. I highly recommend! A+

5 cheese New Haven and pepperoni cheese Chicago.

We arrived when they opened at 4:00pm. Server was very nice and told us about some specials. After delivering drinks she took our order. Appetizer was the grilled avocado with feta cheese and hot honey with bread. Great balance of strong cheese and sweet honey. My girlfriend ordered the special white pizza with 5 cheeses New Haven style. I got the pepperoni cheese Chicago style. Both were outstanding but the pizza dough set this place above anything in the area. We will definitely revisit.

    Crappy pizza

1st time going there, I ordered a 3little pig pizza ,thin crust, it was burnt on the bottom, and very little meat on top, was not good at all, I also ordered a cutlet cypress sandwich, the chicken was too thick, was soggy on the bottom of the roll, call in order they said 30 minutes, got here in 25 minutes, must of waited about 20 more minutes outside waiting to pick up order. Was not impressed, I don't think I will go back.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY DISAPPOINTMENT!!…read more Tonight I spent $50 on a food delivery from Dave's. HUGE MISTAKE. $50 for ONE pepperoni pizza, ONE order of jalapeño poppers and this SLOPPY mess that is supposed to be buffalo chicken fries. The chicken is the same quality and flavor as the garbage chicken that comes in a cheap bagged salad from the grocery store. Along with just hot sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of soggy wet fries. On top of the fact that the food is TRASH, I asked the woman on the phone to please have the delivery driver bring my food up to the 3rd floor where I live. SHE SAID YES THAT WAS FINE. Mind you, I PAID FOR DELIVERY and TIP for this service. Instead of doing what I asked and PAID FOR, the delivery driver called AND texted me saying "I have your food outside." He chose not to bring my food to the third floor out of laziness. He made me go downstairs to get my food AND he had no idea whether I was elderly or handicapped, Which I should not have to specify! I am still in complete disbelief with this entire experience. I have never been so disappointed or received such UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS and HORRIBLE service in my life. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I am attaching the picture that I took of the mushy nasty fries.

My initial visit was on a Monday night when they had all kinds of cheese specials for $10. Including a delicious cheese pizza. However on my second trip I discovered the real value was on their Sunday specials where you get a soup or salad, 1/2 portion of lasagna, a choice of chicken entree and a special pasta. All for $29. Needless to say there were doggie bags coming home with us. Dani our server was a sheer delight and most punctual with her attention to us. Needless to say I will be returning for a third visit soon!

We were here last night with a party of 17 for a birthday celebration. We had a 7:30 reservation…read moreand weren't seated until about 7:45, which wasn't a huge deal. Unfortunately, that's where things started going downhill. It took 30 minutes before anyone even took our drink orders. During that time we weren't offered water, bread, or asked if we had any questions. Drinks, which were just water and soft drinks, took another 15 minutes to arrive. Around 8:45 our server finally came to take our food order and told us the kitchen had asked her to wait before putting it in. By that point, one person in our group had already left to get Wendy's because he was tired of waiting. Once we finally ordered, there were still no drink refills. We asked for waters for the table and were brought five glasses with, "I have five waters, who wants one?" We had 17 people. It was just kind of unbelievable. Our food didn't come out until almost two hours after we arrived. By then everyone was hungry and thirsty. There were two kids in our group, and it would have been nice if their meals had at least come out earlier. Or bring us bread or something to hold us over. We also had to ask for salt and pepper because there wasn't any on the table. They brought one set for all 17 of us. We asked for another and eventually got one more set. I understand large parties can be challenging, but if the restaurant can't handle a reservation that size, it probably shouldn't accept it. The one positive was our server. She was very nice and seemed to be doing the best she could. I really wish I could say the food made up for the wait, but it was just average. Nothing was bad, but nothing was memorable either. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
