Orders are always ready when called in fairly priced based on going rate the quality food is good

It would be great if they would ever answer their phone. If you call the last hour they are open no answer!

I have lived here for a number of years. Only today while walking by did I realize this place existed. So happy I found it. It certainly isn't fancy, but man is it good. My son and I are obsessed with pot stickers. We just had the best region ever at any price. And the sauce was incredible. We will be back to give this menu a try. read more

So after living in the area for about two years and finding Chinese food that is beyond whack everywhere I was totally skeptical about coming here fearing it would be the same but that is in no way the case as they are doing it right in many delicious ways. For those of you who know me know that Orange Chicken is pretty much one of my favorite things ever and it's been at least a year since I've had any that was decent! The orange chicken here is beyond good it's definitely up there with some of the best I've ever had and that's saying a lot as I'm beyond picky about this kinda thing. Their orange chicken here is no joke it's packed with flavor and has just the right amount of crunch with that thick savory sauce that is sure to make you want to come back for more! This is a hole in the wall spot hidden in a strip mall in Northeast Ohio it's very very easy to overlook Rainbow or just pass it by but that would be a huge mistake as this is by far one of the best Chinese places in the area their orange chicken stands up to some of the best ones I've had in California where there is a abundance of these types of places. They have lunch specials here as well that are a good price and will fill u up with many choices you really can't go wrong coming here. I'll be looking forward to coming back here again at some point next time to get a variety of dishes for our dinner with that said it will only be a matter of time! read more

We happened to be in the area down by the lake. It was the only Chinese we could find. It was a hole in the wall with to go only. We found outdoor seating at picnic tables next door by the hardware store. There were three in our party I ordered the sesame chicken and the other two ordered sweet and sour chicken and crab Rangoon. We were very happy the flavors were great as the egg rolls and crab Rangoon! The price was very reasonable! read more

Ordered online and looked forward to trying out a new place. Got to the restaurant at the right time and was met with a long wait by a man cooking in back who refused to acknowledge me. Finally, he came over and asked me what I wanted. I told him I was there to pick and order and he in turn told me he didn't have my order. Showed him the receipt, he did some searching and found it. Ten minutes he said. Twenty minutes later in a surly manner he put the food on top of the counter and walked away without a word. I asked if that was mine and he said something like, "yeah take it you paid for it online." I don't expect extreme courtesy these days, but that rude indifference to a paying customer who WILL NEVER BE BACK is no way to run a business. The food was good and plentiful. The cleanliness of the place left lots to be desired and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. Sometimes one strike and you're out. read more

Having spent many an evenings fine dining dumplings in Shanghai, these are really good, especially considering it was delivery. I added the salt and pepper. Highly recommend the steamed (versus fried) dumplings! read more

I would give this 1-2 stars for being just "OK." I guess I am used to pretty good Chinese in Sandusky at my fav Andys China Garden. But desperate to stay local in Huron proved to be not such a good idea. Ordered two dinners: 1- Moo Shoo chicken which was not good and the wraps were not usable. 2- General Tso chicken which tasted like the lowest quality chicken and little broccoli in this dish. Even worse were the egg rolls and spring rolls with the duck sauce packets. What did they wrap!? The spring and egg rolls literally had nothing in them mostly and you felt like you were just eating a fried egg roll wrap. What did they use for filling!? All this for $30- Stay away. I usually recommend supporting all local but better off taking the extra time to go into Sandusky at Andys on 250 or some other place. read more

Rainbow is a great little spot thats always open when you have an chinese craving. Their lo mein, fried rice, wanton soup and many other dishes are on point. Are they gourmet? No.. Fancy? Not so much.. this is a no nonsense pickup meal for when you have a craving for a classic asian american dish at 9pm after a long day at work. What better way that to drive 5 minutes and grab a treat for your self.. in addition this places prices are a bargain. 5 out of 5 for surviving for over a decade and being a fixture in Huron, as well as serving classic asian cuisine, at great price. read more

This place use to be great. Idk what happened. Order was wrong, I called back -- wasn't planning the drive back there again so they could fix it?. I watched the gentleman bag my food but somehow it was completely cold? Rice was gummy. Broccoli tasted burnt and had some old oil flavor? This is a review for the service rather than the food. Right off the bat they overbilled a full meal and had to give the difference back in cash. Once the food came out we took it to the car and luckily waited there for a few minutes because one of the staff walked out and told us we had the wrong one. She took it back and beckoned us to follow her in instead of just bringing out the right food, which was odd. But the worst part was that the beef chow mein came in a huge plastic container and they gave us a small pack of wonton skins to eat with it. When we complained they said they were noodles and each extra pack would be another $.50. Even the cheapest Chinese restaurants just give those packs out, and I've never heard anyone have the audacity to call them the noodles. These packs are about the size of oyster soup cracker packs - small. There's simply no way they would cover even a fraction of the chow mein. Anyway, pretty frustrating even for a Chinese dive, which I generally give extra leniency to. Slim pickings in Huron but it might be worth the drive into Sandusky so you don't have to deal with this sort of thing. Hopefully they improve. read more

Always good food! My wife and I especially enjoy the generals chicken and moo shu chicken.
