Each time I go in there distressed, not feeling well... I come out of there feeling so much better. She is professional, excellent listener, really aims to understand her patients as people, kind, caring, knowledgeable, patient and never rushes the visits... She makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I feel heard and seen... She is AMAZING! I've seen many Dr's. and it's very rare to have someone have all these great qualities like Dr. Belleza does. I highly, highly recommend her! The staff is friendly and respectful as well. Dr. Solis is amazing too, he is the male version of Dr. Kimberly Belleza in great qualities.

At a previous appointment, I wasn't allowed back during the transvaginal portion of the exam, which I completely understood. However, once the abdominal ultrasound began, the staff allowed me into the room so I could see our babies, and they even provided us with printed ultrasound photos. We appreciated that accommodation and expected a similar experience today. Instead, at our 10-week ultrasound, the radiology nurse, Amber, immediately stated there was "no way" I could come back, even after we explained what had happened at our last visit. She also told us they don't provide ultrasound prints, despite us receiving them before. More disappointing than the answer itself was how it was delivered. The interaction felt dismissive, standoffish, and lacking compassion during what should have been one of the most memorable moments of our pregnancy. We understand that offices have policies, but those policies should be applied consistently. If partners truly aren't allowed and prints aren't provided, then every patient should receive the same information. Instead, we've had completely different experiences from one visit to the next. To make matters worse, communication with this office has been frustrating from the beginning. Getting someone on the phone, receiving clear answers, and scheduling appointments has been far more difficult than it should be. What makes this even harder to understand is that close friends of ours are also expecting and go to a different OB office. Her husband has been welcomed back for every ultrasound so he could experience these milestones with his family. Seeing that level of support elsewhere makes this experience even more disappointing. If you're expecting and want your spouse or partner to be able to share these once-in-a-lifetime moments and see their baby during ultrasounds, I would seriously consider looking at other providers. Pregnancy is an exciting time, and fathers deserve the opportunity to experience these moments too whenever it can be done safely and within office policy. I hope management reviews both the consistency of their policies and the way patients are treated. A little kindness, empathy, and consistency would go a long way.

Now recovering from 2 heart attacks and 2 stents inserted. Front office medical staff, Doctor's , floor nurses and janitorial staff ..all so respectful of my personal needs as a patient in their care. I am home and recovering, Cardiologist Dr Bahkari, is my cardio care physician. I highly recommend this hospital. During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.
