Overall, I had a positive experience with Move Me Do. I had one room's worth of stuff + a bike, and we were able to move it in 3 hours quite efficiently. The company sent two movers + a truck. One of the guys, Piotr, arrived on time, was super organized, and was all ready to go (so be sure to ask for Piotr ;). The other guy was a bit late and it felt like he needed a lot of guidance and supervision. It would be good if the company paid a bit more attention to new hires and training. An edge of one of my tables did get scuffed a bit, so a bit more attention to detail would be recommended. Move Me Do offers an unmatched value for the work they offer, that's for sure! I needed to move from Bay Area to LA. I called the company, Sam replied. The next day he came for a quick estimate and gave me a quote for my 1 bedroom apartment. On the day of the move he came with 2 other movers at 8AM and started the job. The load including packing took 3 hours, then we both hit the road, me on my car, Sam on truck. Since Sam shared his location I could see his route on Google Maps! After around 7 hours we met in Glendale where he and another mover unloaded everything in the house at respective places, assembled bed and table, then, after payment, he left back home. I wish the best to Sam in his small family business, he really does a great job. The movers are polite, efficient and friendly. From CA, we needed to hire someone to meet us in Kirkland on a specific date (in November) to move furniture pieces from within a 2-story home into the garage (for donation pick-up) and into a couple of moving containers for transport to CA. Based on Yelp reviews, we chose Move Me Do, and the two men who arrived clearly knew how to carry, wrap, and pack the containers. Their most impressive act was getting a large, heavy oak desk down the stairs, including the 90-degree turn half-way, and out to the garage without a nick in the walls (or an injury to them!). They arrived when expected, were very pleasant and efficient, and finished before the 3-hour minimum. We were very grateful and definitely felt our money was well-spent! read more

I have had a bad mover experience in the past. These guys are the real deal. We used them to move last Friday and they were excellent. They needed minimal direction and just quickly got the job. There was no standing around which I experienced in the past with others. These guys were off to work within the first 10-15 minutes and they didn't stop until the job was complete. They added stretch wrap and protection to everything that needed it. They disassembled furniture and reassembled it at our new place. I recommend them. Was moving 3BR to 3BR. Arrived on time, worked hard all 8.5 hours long. Helped with furniture disassembly. Covered and transferred all furniture carefully. The only possible complain - they reduced number of movers from 3 to 2 that increased move time, but they called in advance and promised to send an extra mover later if really needed. Had a great time moving with these guys. Everyone was very careful and accommodating considering we had a HUGE amount of stuff. Moving took much longer than expected, but they diligently carried very heavy furniture without damage up some very tight staircases. It was a hard grind but they were friendly and good natured despite the huge task. We fed them lunch bc it took well over 11 hours to move. Also disassembled and reassembled very large furniture for us. We're grateful for their care and assistance. If we ever move again I will definitely use this company. Had a great experience moving with Sam and Move me do! I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment to another apartment in the same community on the second floor. I requested a few movers for quotes, Sam was the first to get back and he offered to come visit us to help provide an estimate. He was pleasant to talk to, was flexible with our timings and gave us a 3 hour estimate for our move. On the day of the move, the movers had some trouble finding the apartment initially. Once they arrived, they asked us to sign the docs to get our move started. I liked the professionalism and also the fact that the move is tracked online and you can see the details via the link sent. On seeing the distance between the apartments, the movers felt confident they could get it done without a truck. I was sceptical and concerned that it would result in a longer moving time. Boy, was I wrong. Sam's team was super efficient and we could barely keep track of the pace they were moving our furniture at! Amazingly efficient and courteous. Cheaper than all nearby competitors for high quality work. The scheduling coordinator was very quick at responding to my messages and queries after hours until 8pm days before, the day before, and morning of the move. I was Able to schedule a team last minute of 2 movers with moving gear, just 5-6 days before we needed them to be there. When I got the move in date wrong, they were able to accommodate my schedule (date moved from Sat to Sun). The 2 movers were courteous and careful with our things, and took only 2.5 hours to unload a 16x8 Pod and bring it all upstairs to 4th floor with elevator. They navigated tight hallways and corners and a small non-freight elevator with no problems. We paid the 3 hours charge + fees. read more
