I've had Canes a few times and don't really understand the hype. It's chicken fingers. It is good, but not special or unique. I've not had sides other than the fries and grilled bread, and those are just basic. The chicken isn't super most or a tasty breading, so it must just be about convenience it's so popular. Man I missed Canes!!! We now live in NC and they don't have a canes location near us but I always crave canes. After a long day of shopping at the MOA we doordashed canes to our hotel! It was quick AND accurate. I was being big back and got 7 canes sauce as that is what truly makes canes the best! Before we head home I think I want to go back!!! So good!! I love Canes once in a while. The sauce has to be the highlight though! The chicken is...less than satisfactory. The size of the chicken varies and not even from visit to visit but in the box itself. Several times one or two pieces were LITERALLY as the size of my thumb. And when you get a combo with 4 pieces of chicken, that is a problem. When I wrote to corporate to report this with photos they told me that Ira chicken and it happens. Unfortunately that was last summer and that was my last visit. Sure, there are other places where you can get chicken fingers, but do they have disco balls? The chicken, fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast at this place makes a perfect meal. Ok, I have to admit I didn't think I would like this place, but the kids kept asking to come here and now I think it's pretty good. There are SO many fried chicken options nearby, why come here, right? But seriously, we got the yummiest, most tender but still crunchy chicken strips today. And yes, the sauce really is that yummy. The Texas toast was pretty good too. However, our fries were very bland and not that crispy. I'm not a fan of coleslaw in general so I wasn't surprised that I didn't like their coleslaw either. Solid food from a drive through! They have a limited menu but that makes it easier! Just a few chicken meal options to pick. I always go with the strips because they're so good and crispy! You NEED to try the canes sauce with it as well, you won't regret it. Most meals come With toast and coleslaw. The toast is sightly sweet and so yummy. The line can be really long sometimes so be aware of that, otherwise it's a great place to stop! read more

I love Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. I first stumbled across this franchise at an outlet mall in New Orleans a few years ago. Ever since that experience, I get the same combo whenever I am stateside and have never been disappointed. Roughly a month ago, I stayed in Eagan. I was driving back to the hotel and noticed this Raising Cane's. It was ridiculously close by that I knew that it would be deadly. Last Saturday, I arrived in the Twin Cities. I stayed in Eagan again. I stopped by a couple of places and then dropped by Cane's for dinner. It must have been 7:30 pm. It was busy inside. There was also a drive-thru. I decided to get some food and take it back to my hotel room. My usual is the box combo. It comes with four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Cane's sauce, coleslaw, and Texas toast. It also comes with a fountain drink. I placed my order and got a nice woman helping me out. She gave me my total and I thanked her. The drive-thru was equally as busy as inside the eatery. I didn't mind it. It gave me time to take photos around the building. I also got to take a photo of Cane the dog, who is the inspiration behind the eatery's name. I finally made it to the window. I paid using a credit card. I am so not used to handing over my credit card for the staff member to swipe it on my behalf. Yep, I'm the Canadian who likes debit and tap. I got my food and thanked the woman. I then drove back to my hotel, which maybe took a grand total of three minutes without exceeding any speed limit. I got back to my room to dig in. This place makes the best chicken fingers. They are juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. I still wish that Canada had this franchise. I'd be there all the time. I typically don't go for side rolls or starter bread unless I am hungry. I tend to save it for the following day or give it to a bread fan who is dining with me. I will never share my Texas toast from Cane's with you. It's that good. It's crispy, chewy, buttery, tasty,... and it's all mine! Yeah, I'm typically a sharing person, but I can't here. Get your own! Well, I'd probably buy you some instead... lol If you have been following along for a bit, you know that I'm not a fries person. I do have exceptions, though. Crinkle-cut fries are one of them. I love dipping them in ketchup or Cane's sauce. the ridges make the fries special. You get more goodness. These fries were crispy and perfectly done. I like that you get a small coleslaw in this combo. I used to avoid coleslaw like the plague. I have grown to like it. It was fresh and creamy. It's impressive that you can get all this food for under $8. The downside is that when I return home, I can't find chicken fingers at a drive-thru that are of this caliber of yumminess. Stopped by for some Raising Canes and it definitely hit the spot. I love their bread, chicken tender and fries. Their menu is pretty straightforward, only difference is the amount of food and possibly one or two sides. The line can get extremely long during dinner but it does go by fast. read more

Having lived in Baton Rouge for over 20 years, I'm of course a big lover of Raising Cane's. I wasn't sure how it would translate to Minnesota, but I am super pleased with this location. We've been going to their drive thru at least once a week during the pandemic and although the line is always super long, it moves faster than most drive thrus. The people are friendly, the chicken is hot and I am always happy. read more

Interesting experience at this Cane's ... we went through the drive thru last night and when we got to the pay window no one was there. Since we were waiting in line, we probably sat at that window for a good 3-5 minutes. Figured we are supposed to pay at the next window. We didn't see the car in front of us pay at that first window either. Got to the second window and they asked why we were trying to pay them (uh no one was staffed at the first one!). She slid our credit card and then said oh wait that's not the right order... Okay, that's fine mistakes happens. We get home and we are missing three chicken fingers in a caniac (there's supposed to be six). Since we were splitting the meal, three really wasn't going to fly. We try calling the store so at least they know ... they didn't answer so we called the corporate customer service line. The guy on the phone said he would tell the store because "the phones in MN don't work" What?! Needless to say the store never called us back. Hopefully we didn't get charged for two orders because they didn't have the drive thru windows figured out. And we don't get half our meal. So one word... YIKES! read more

I ordered a 25 piece chicken. They told me to wait at the Canes Number 1 waiting area. 20 minutes went by then I went and waited in line to ask about my order. They said they were counting at this time. I must have seen 30 people get there order by this time. They missed my order some how. I have people waiting for me to eat. No apologies were give. There's always a big line when I go around lunch time but it's always worth the wait. Their chicken and fries are always freshly cooked.

Some of a most flavorful and juiciest chicken I have ever had. Then menu is very simple and non-exotic but hot dang is the chicken good. The strips are large and packed with juice and seasoning that is simple yet perfect! They fries and golden fried and have the perfect amount of salt, the coke slaw is the right amount of sauce, and the Texas bread is the perfect topper of the meal! read more

I've only been through the drive thru at this location. Each time it has been so busy (the chicken is delicious, so I get it!) but the wait is always minimal. Way faster than you would expect. The employees are also very friendly. Overall the service has been very consistent! If you haven't been here, and you like chicken, you gotta check it out! So crispy and tender but not greasy at all. This place is a joke! I just ordered two Caniac combos which come with 6 tenders each. I always open the box to make sure the right number of sauces are there and I did that so I figured they would put in the right number of chicken. Everytime I come here I am NEVER disappointed! The chicken is always crisp, lemonade is the shit and you can NEVER EVER go wrong getting you a sweet tea ya heard? The employees are respectful, fast paced and enthusiastic. Drive thru is as fast as you can spell Raising Canes. I recommend this new location over any other canes locations in the Minneapolis/ St.Paul area. Oh and it's also worth that 20 min drive coming from South MInneapolis. Keep it up y'all read more
