I always order the box combo which comes with 4 tenders, fries, toast, coleslaw, a drink, and cane sauce. Every time that I go I always add my special request to my box such as extra crispy, sub coleslaw for extra fries, toast bob (butter on both sides) style, and add honey mustard. Their fresh lemonade has the a great balance of sweet and tart, and it goes well with the chicken fingers. One thing to note: the to-go boxes are Styrofoam, which do a great job keeping the food hot straight out of the fryer, but they also trap moisture. If you take it to go, the chicken and fries won't stay as crispy--this spot is best enjoyed right away or dine-in. I love Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, but this location was the worst experience I've had. I placed a mobile curbside pickup order for two meals and waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. Eventually, I decided to go inside to check on it, and my order was just sitting there getting cold. The chicken tenders were also very small, and by the time I got my food it was already cold. Cane's is my favorite place for fried chicken. I prefer the Grand Parkway/SW freeway location over this one. It's better if eaten at the restaurant instead of doing take out. Went through drive one once and went inside once to pick up an online order. Fast friendly service. They even kept my online order at their counter instead of to the side where ubereats would pick up to prevent someone from stealing my order. (That's sad people do that!). For a $10 3 piece combo, I would expect the pieces be big enough that I wouldn't be able to finish them in 11 small bites, and get more fries than what would pass for a small order at most fast food places. Every time we pass there's a long line for the drive thru and plenty of cars in the parking lot, but we must've came at the perfect time. No drive thru line and not very many dining in. We ordered the Caniac combo and a kids meal with extra fries. I'm not sure if I was super hungry, but today Cane's HIT. THE. SPOT. Everything was still hot by the time we got home and it was perfect. Some days can be a hit or miss. It's a hit usually when hungry haha. I think Raising Cane's chicken is fine, but a small part of the breading texture is too rough. Its hard to describe, but at times when chewing the breading, a small portion of the breading is not fully crunchy, and it gives a different taste with the rest of the fried breading. The taste of the chicken is usually ok with the sauce. This particular location is usually pretty busy, but I never really had to wait too long each time. I usually get the tea half sweet and half unsweet, and it pairs well with the chicken. read more
