This Williams location has some of the best fried chicken. Not all Williams Chicken are the same, it all depends on who owns it. This one does a great job with the chicken. It is very flavorful all the way down to the bone. I have tried some of their other items and many of them are pretty good. The jalapeno poppers are great, the mashed potatoes are your typical instant potato, the coleslaw is pretty good, the gravy is standard gravy mix but still good, and the rolls are disappointing. This place is kind of divey but has some of the best chicken and is cheap. I always get the 10 pc dark for only $7.99. You will not find that many pieces of chicken for that price anywhere else. read more

I visited this location on my way home a few weeks ago and I have to leave to a good review for the staff. Williams Chicken is awesome. If you know you know. Don't expect to be wowed by a different product here but I will say that the quality of the food was better than average. Times are tough lately and I know a lot of businesses are struggling with staffing shortages. I totally get that some places will just have longer lines and longer waits because they don't have the crew to keep up with the rush sometimes. That being said, the staff at this location is so friendly. Right away when I placed my order the person who spoke with me was courteous and friendly. It was a nice thing to experience because I was having a bit of a rough day that day. She was just nice and seemed really happy to be doing what she was doing. If you've worked in the service industry you know how difficult it is to keep that going, especially with how ungrateful and rude some customers can be. It's a real shame that there isn't a yelp for customers because businesses like this deal with at least one monster every day. Anyway, highly recommend this location if you're looking for some comfort food. There's a Williams Chicken across the train tracks from this location too but I haven't been there to compare the two. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend. It reminded me of church's chicken. Not a fan of the chicken but supposedly the tenders are really good. The bread is really yummy some of the best I've ever had. I'm undecided on whether I'll ever go back to try the tenders. read more

Horrible customer service at this location. The lady at the window told me to get out of line for another customer, because I needed to check with my daughter on her order. I was not moving quickly enough. Very rude and nasty attitude. I am a paying customer it's not free. I will never visit this place again, my first time and definitely my last. At 7:00PM it was drive thru only. The speaker didn't work so you had to wait in a long line to get to the window to order. When they could be cooking it (which took forever) you're instead sitting in line wasting time. The nastiest establishment I have ever seen with a chain name attached. read more

I couldn't believe how bad the food was. I love fried chicken so I thought I'd check this place out. I got a few chicken tenders with gravy and fries, but couldn't make it past a few bites of the chicken. It had no flavor and the gravy didn't help at all also it looked like the food had been sitting out for a while and they had my meal ready almost instantly. I was amazed how even the fries tasted awful. That takes a special kind of talent. I ended up throwing away my whole meal after just eating a few fries and bites of the chicken. WIlliams is a cheap chicken restaurant. When you spend an arm and a leg at Popeyes (which is my total fav), KFC, or Church's, it makes sense to find a good, cheap chicken place. This place is good. Is it fancy? No way! However, they give you good chicken strips, livers, and more. They even throw in a cheap roll and white gravy, which is nice. If you're expecting a fancy dining establishment for fried chicken, you obviously are not a legit fried chicken fan. read more
