It pains me to say that despite being loyal customers since it first opened here in Azusa, I can no longer patronize this establishment. My boys became somewhat addicted to the Box Combo with fresh lemonade over the past couple of years. After every soccer or baseball game I'd swing by and treat them to a meal. We'd easily spend over $100 per week here. Yeah, it ain't cheap! About 2 weeks ago I ordered their regular fare at the drive-thru and headed home. After the boys finished their meals I cleaned up after them. When I checked to see if they had finished their drinks, I noticed something unusual at the bottom of one of the cups. When I pulled off the lid for a closer look I noticed wings on a tiny insect. I inspected the other cup and saw what looked like a small piece of pulp, which I assumed was from the fresh squeezed lemonade. As a courtesy to our favorite eatery, I called Cane's to alert them to this issue. When I relayed my reason for calling and asked to speak to the supervisor in charge I was informed they were unavailable but I could call back the next day. I suggested it would be better for the location manager to call me, and left my name and phone number. I saved the drink cups on my kitchen counter overnight so I could have them handy when the Cane's manager returned my call. The next morning I was disgusted to see several small bugs now crawling around the lid of the cup that had what I thought was pulp. The "pulp" was more likely a birthing sac for these winged bugs! So, I now count the minutes for the call from Cane's so I can share my disgust. Problem is, they never called. Gee, thanks. So fast forward 2 weeks and the memory of that incident is fading when my boys beg to go to Cane's after their ballgame. Yes, this is clearly an addiction. Since they both played great that day I put aside my disgust from our previous visit and get them their usual Box Combo only this time with a Dr. Pepper since I don't want to go near the lemonade again. Ok, here's where it gets absolutely F'd up. After they are done eating I clean up. What do I see at the bottom of the Dr. Pepper cup? You don't want to know!! I call Cane's and demand to speak to the GM. I am told to hold for Marguerite. When I express my concerns she assures me they keep everything clean. I insist on meeting with her asap to show her what "clean" is NOT supposed to look like. I meet her 2 days later on a Saturday morning and show her all the cups, which I held onto just so she could see what my kids had been served up. It's one thing to hear these incidents on the phone but entirely different when you actually see the disgusting proof. She seemed unfazed and asked me, "what would you like me yo do?" I informed her that I shared my experience as a courtesy, the kind of courtesy you extend to a loyal, faithful, long time friend. I suggested she inspect her chain of supplies from the fresh lemonade, paper cup storage, and ice dispenser. Two separate incidents with BUGS in my order is unacceptable. As much as my kids love Cane's in Azusa, we can never go back. With Options right across the street like Chic-Fil-A, Panera Bread, Popeyes, In & Out, Panda Express, The Habit, Cava, etc you must earn our trust and loyalty. The chicken is yummy, beats any other fried chicken these days. The sauce in my opinion is what makes it even better. The Cole slaw is my favorite. The sweet iced tea is good too. If you like it less sweet just get half sweet and half unsweetened. The fries are good but if you let them get cold not so good so enjoy hot. The service has gotten better. First time trying Raising Cane's, since I had heard good things. It's basically another option in the fast food panoply; if you like fried chicken fingers, this is the place for you. I ordered the 3-piece combo including 3 large chicken fingers, French fries, bread and a drink. Spicing was really good on the chicken fingers; a little less bland than your typical fast food chicken. Being March, I chose the Leprechaun lemonade (basically lemonade with green food coloring.) Service was quick, the food was fresh and overall a relatively good deal considering how inflation has been continuing. Drive-through was efficient. read more

Overpriced and overhyped.... The chicken tenders are super disappointing. They are tiny pieces of cheap cuts of chicken. I had a handful of chewy bites I had to spit out. It was so off putting. There isn't anything special that stands out about the somewhat crispy coating. I also want to mention that Cane's does NOT give you a sauce with your order. You have to pay for each container you request. I thought that was strange because if you go to any other fast food drive through you usually get 1 or 2 sauce containers with your chicken. I will say the comeback sauce is tasty. I just wish it came with a decent chicken tender to enjoy it with. :/ Hopefully they make some changes in the quality. I went to raising canes today to pick up an order, and there was a very unprofessional employee named Estrella who was charging me at the window. She misunderstood my order and gave ME attitude for it. When I asked her to confirm the order she got it wrong and I TOLD her that it was wrong, and SHE was like "bruh" and I clocked her ass and she started using more attitude with me. Food is pretty good! The whole place is very new and clean! I want to start by saying that I was hesitant to go here as I'm not a fan of fast food joint and also not a fan of fried chicken. I was dragged here by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised. This place is waaaaaaay better than Chick-fil-A. Every time I eat at Chick-fil-A, I get stomachaches and so I stopped going. This canes is on Route 66 and has charming old school neon signs that light up at night. The drive thru has two long driveways that processes customers very quickly. I recommend this place for drive thru fans. The store interior is clean and well lit. The chicken was cooked perfectly and is consistently tasty. The service was good. We liked it here. read more

My son and I went there on May 1st and used the drive-through service. We ordered three extra pieces of toast with our order and of course, upon getting home, we discovered they did not include the three pieces of toast. Overall, if you're looking for some good chicken nuggets and Texas toast is your place. They do also have fries which are good, especially when you dip them in their comeback sauce. The chicken is usually fairly big and 3-4 pieces should fill you up. The canes dipping sauce is an absolute must as it takes the 4/5 chicken to a 5/5 dish. Also, as most people know the toast is the best item they have (it's better than the chicken), and you can sub out the coleslaw for an extra toast! This location has always been quick service and not made mistakes on my orders. The building is also brand new about a year old, so looks cleans and modern. read more
