I found a dead bug in my pico de gallo salsa, and what was even more concerning was the employees' response. Instead of treating it as a serious food safety issue, they acted like it was normal and implied it happens when they chop the tomatoes. That level of complacency is completely unacceptable. This is the only pollo loco I never have issues with. I work close and the staff is always welcoming and kind. Even on rush hours they work quickly and my order is always right. The place stays clean and they constantly check to make sure it does. One this I love most is they are not stingy with green salsa.
