Never had such a bad toast from a canes I might eat my coleslaw just to fill this void In my belly the other side is completely uncooked.

The chicken is good I asked for extra breading they said they never had that asked and couldn't do it other than decent service

3/17/2026: We stopped by here for a late lunch at 1pm. Thankfully there was no wait. It was so fun to see they turned their lemonade green for St. Patrick's day! We ordered the combo box and instead of the Texas toast, I requested more fries. The fries were perfectly seasoned. The chicken fingers could have used more seasoning salt, but was good with their special sauce. The staff was cleaning tables with santizing wipes after guests, which was great! I have been to other Cane's where their tables are a greasy mess. This location is nice and clean.

Unfortunately when my family and I ordered 3 box combos, all of the chicken tenders were poor quality. We were very disappointed because this is not what we know to be Canes quality especially for $39. I did email customer service but they wanted me to call them, I just do not have time to sit on hold. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.

Lovely little chicken nuggets in this $11 three nugget "box combo" with 9 french fries and no slaw

Nice staff, but Cane's is on the struggle bus. Drove through at 7p with starving kids after their sporting event. Ordered two box combos. Stated no drink and that was the extent of our 'customization' for the order. See pictures for what we opened when we got home to finally eat... Spoiler alert: Receipt says 'BOX COMBO' No Slaw extra fries. 'NO DRINK'. 'NKD BIRD'. $10.79 x2 In each box: - 3 tiny little chicken nuggets (would be too much of a stretch to call these chicken "fingers"). So 1 nugget was missing from each box. - No slaw, as stated on receipt but certainly not requested. - The smallest number of fries that I've seen in any fast food combo. Receipt stated 'extra fries' which is ironic, though again nothing we requested. Although, had the receipt been accurate ... a few extra fries (to add to the few fries included) would have been greatly appreciated since she my kids are still starving after their 3 chicken nuggets and 7 french fries. - Texas Toast, A+ Hard fail this time. Though, the couple times we've tried Cane's in this Gilbert location has been a similarly bad experience.

The location was very easy to get to right off the corner of Val Vista and Williamsfield, and the exterior is clean. The interior is very spacious, though I came in where the tables weren't as clean as they could have been, but the staff did did make their rounds to wipe down the tables. The chicken was amazing. No complaints there at all. But the fries were a little cold and the Texas toast looked like thick white bread with a verrrrrry light sheen of butter. It didn't look appealing though. I gave it to my son, who isn't picky with his Texas toast. The coleslaw was pretty good. The service was good; the staff was nice. Would I come back? Maybe, if I'm in the area. Raising Cane's is one of the better fast food chains if you're looking for decent comfort food for the road.

Best when hot. Once it gets cold it's not as delicious. The tables can sometimes be clean and sometimes need to be cleaned. It depends on how many people there are and if it's busy there. I like the fries a lot because they're nice and crispy but I don't like when they are cold or have been cooked too far in advance of me ordering. Make sure to get the butter on both sides for the bread because that tastes the best. I also know that you can switch out the coleslaw for extra fries. I like to do that. I don't like the coleslaw very much as I don't like coleslaw in general. The chicken strips are very tasty especially when they're hot and just out of the fryer. Just like the fries the chicken isn't very good once they get cold. The food is hard to reheat if you don't finish it all in one go so you should probably order the minimum size that you think you should be able to eat in one sitting. I like the sweet tea but sometimes it is very variable in how sweet it is. I usually mix the sweet tea with the non-sweet tea, depending on how sweet the tea is.

On a fried chicken kick in recent weeks and decided to give this fast food chain a try. I was quite surprised by the quality. First time inside, I was a bit overwhelmed by the format. You can only order full "meals". OK, that takes a little getting used to. When growing up, soda was never considered part of a meal in our home, nor were french fries. I guess I was lucky... in hindsight. Anyway, I asked to sub out the fries and they allowed me to get cole slaw instead. Much healthier. So for about 10 bucks, I got 3 pieces of chicken, a slice of "toast" and a small container of cole slaw and a soda. When I saw my basket come out, I took one look and thought, "there's NO way this is going to feel like a satisfying meal." I was wrong. Even though the 3 pieces of chicken look (and were) small, when all was said and done, this little meal hit the spot and I was satisfied. I know inflation has been through the roof so, I'm not sure I'd return to pay $10 for this, but it was tasty and did the job. The "secret sauce" reminded me of thousand island minus pickles and + pepper. It was fine. They give you very little. Everything's measured these days to maximize profits, which just reminds me that, at the end of the day, I'm a number to the corporate masters. It least they're good at feeding us nonetheless.

Alright, I think myself and many others forget to leave reviews on fast food chains here and there.... but they need a little love too! Cane's is a classic, and when you come here, consistency plays a big role in if you're coming back. Let's just say, I keep coming back! This location has been great at keeping the orders and quality consistent, workers try their best to deliver a quality product. The line at any location is expected to be long, so I don't blame them that I had to wait 15 minutes or so. The service was also exceptionally well, considering such a rush and chaotic environment, workers kept their cool! Overall, I'm happy about each stop I've made here so far, keep it up!

I got the crispy chicken sandwich & made it a combo for hubby & I to share. For a side we got the onion rings. Hubby real liked his sandwich. The ice tea was really good as well. My chicken sandwich was good. We didn't like the onion rings very much. You get 4 large onion rings. The batter is thin. However, it was falling off the onion ring. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the price of the chicken sandwich. It was almost $17 for the sandwich alone. Plus a charge for the onion rings & an additional charge for the iced tea. I don't see us coming back here. There isn't one close to our house & it's too expensive.

The fish batter has no flavor (better than super salty but barely) and my fries were tasteless. My wife's chicken strips were pressed and looked decent but again no flavor.
