Excellent excellent visit today. Visited on Saturday during a busy lunch rush. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted not just by 1 cashier but 2 cashiers who were eagerly wanting to take my order. Both cashiers were patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The food itself was very fresh and tasty. Also the price point was very nice considering the cost of living and cost of labor in Hawaii. One of the biggest takeaways was how clean the restaurant was, including the restrooms! There was a gentleman named Rudy who was always cleaning and offering to take trays away. He did an amazing job and was such a pleasure to talk to. On our way out we had a chance to meet Nick the owner. Seeing an owner who was visible and hands on is very refreshing. He really shows he cares about the restaurant and its guests. In an age of automation, kiosks and just lack of any care for a business, this location is the exact opposite. Staff is visible, eager to help, the environment is clean and cared for. Those little things will keep customers like my family coming back. For fast food, it's expensive... my fries, chicken nuggets and a lemonade was $16! It was tasty though, but I don't know if it's worth the price. I appreciated that they served you, the dining room is super clean and so are the bathrooms. This is a review for the chick-fil-A near the old consolidated theaters in Kapolei and the new Donki store. Went later in the evening. Got our food. We sat down and started eating. There were around three other tables who were also there. We all were asked to leave because the dining room closes at 9pm. I thought that was rude, especially since people already started eating. Couldn't they have waited until everyone finished eating. Or, when we ordered our food at the counter, they should have told us then, that the dining room would be closing at 9, and we would have to make our order to go. Or, they should rope off the dining area near closing time. No fun packing up your food after you've opened it and started eating. Rude, rude, rude. Not the Hawaiian style. I hope my suggestions are seriously considered, and not just a nice written apology for all to see on social media.I've never experienced this in any fast food place here. Otherwise the food was ok. I was pleasantly surprised when I logged into my Chick-fil-A app that they had a birthday surprise waiting for me! I had a choice between a cookie, a brownie, an ice cream cup, or ice cream in a cone. I was able to get it for free when purchasing through the app and there was a specific drive thru for mobile orders to skip the line. It was a very fast and enjoyable process. I am impressed at the innovation at this Chick-fil-A so they can take faster care of their guests and can execute with efficiency! I will always be impressed with their door/window at the drive thru that they can walk through to deliver our food to us. Truly amazing! We ordered 3 meals carry out just before noon. 2 of the 3 meals were bad. My wife's grilled chicken sandwich was dry, my chicken strips were overcooked and the waffle fries were cold. We ended up at Chick fil A because Sonic's was too busy. But after today's disappointment, I think will go to Popeyes or Raising Canes for fast food chicken next time. read more

I checked out this new Chick-fil-A after hearing from other moms that it had a kids' playground and this is a rare thing in Hawaii. Credit to them for trying, but I left pretty disappointed. The play area is very small, tightly packed, and extremely loud (maybe we were just unlucky with loud kids). We went on a Saturday morning around 9:20 am, and it was already filled with kids running and screaming. There isn't a separate space for parents, it is just the main sitting area and you have to sit right by the play area. Food-wise, my toddler liked mini hash browns, but my husband's cheeseburger was overcooked, and the coffee cup lid leaked everywhere. On the positive side, the place is new and clean. The fresh flowers on the tables were a thoughtful touch, and the bathrooms looked nice and well-kept. read more

Chick-fil-A (CFA) my new guilty pleasure...my favorites: Sun Joy, ice-cream, nuggets and fries. There are some days are just so junk and you just need something good for your soul. CFA is now one of my go-to places. The Sun Joy is like an "Arnold Palmer" which is lemonade plus black tea. I love that it's not too sweet but also that there's a diet option. The little beady ice just makes the drink so much more tasty. The ice-cream is also honestly pretty good. I was impressed and have to say it tastes better than McDonalds as it's more creamy. I honestly want to try their ice-cream with their brownie! The nuggets and the fries are also my go-to meal with them with their CFA sauce. In terms of service and customer service at this location, I don't have any issues. I usually visit during the week and at lunch, so it's usually not busy. I usually also order ahead of time and don't have to work long before I get my food. Overall, I'm a huge fan and so happy they're in Kapolei! read more

They have a great Drive Thru concept. 3 lanes. One for mobile or online orders and two for regular drive thru customers. During busy periods they have assistance at the ordering kiosks. Walking into the restaurant, it looks and smells amazing! Great ambience with simple floral decorations with their grand opening! Playground is definitely being put to great use! Trainers from CA, TX and other states came to help the trainees learn the ropes of being a Chick-Fil-A member! It's great to see training in action and how hospitality is shown to the dining customers. Sadly, our order did have an error. Once we were able to let an employee know it was nothing but love and appreciation for us and this experience of dining in so that they can improve themselves. Sure it's less than a week since this new location has been open, so be patient and humble. Food taste just like any Chick-Fil-A you may go to! Which is always great to have consistency. We come from Mililani to this location because of its friendly and helpful employees. This place is always clean, the eating areas inside and outside. Going into any new establishment and you have pre-determined reservations about its ability to operate smoothly, professionally, and financially. Chick-Fil-As have always run like "well-oiled machines". I can definitely see the possibility O'ahu's newest one living up to those precedents. My first time at the brand new location between Consolidated Kapolei Theaters and Don Don Donki, there are two very long drive thrus, ample parking, and a playground (!). This location offers mobile order, drive through, dine in, or take out. They were very on it when taking my order - young cashier was still being trained but she was doing a great job. The longest part about eating Chick-Fil-A is the amount of time you wait to get your order. Before you blame it on the business of the restaurant, it wasn't. The one on Kapolei Parkway is twice as busy. This restaurant had one family in line at the counter in front of me, and one lady behind me. The two drive-thrus were less than half full and the dining room only had 2-3 tables occupied, mostly by employees on their breaks. SO...once their speed and efficiency catch up, they will be the Chick-Fil-A we all know and love. read more

Super disappointed with the consistent errors when ordering at this location. My family has visited this location twice recently and both times they have messed up our order. Each time we've visited, the location does not seem busy whatsoever. Each visit, we ordered and were charged for two salads, they only give us one. Missing dressing. Missing toppings. I'm a vegetarian and currently pregnant, so I appreciate having salad options without meat. Each time I ask for no chicken to not be on the salads, only base, and every time there is chicken. With our meal today we received two sprites that tasted like sparkling water. My other half has had to repeatedly go back and get the staff to correct our order and is always polite. The "manager" (a bald guy) was being rude when my other half had asked they correct our order. Umm... you didn't give us one entire salad we paid for, plus charged us extra for chicken, and once again didn't give us any salad dressing. We just want what we ask and pay for. The sandwiches were built perfectly and the fries were really crispy and tasty today. Not sure if it was because it was an off hour but there was a lot of parking and seating was not an issue. Ordering the food from the table is really convenient. The staff was really helpful too, just like every other chick-fil-a location. This location has an indoor playground which is nice for the kids. Only downside is you gotta plan to stay for a bit since the kids will want to stay for a while. Maybe it's a good time to get a milk shake, lol. This location is pretty accessible too because it's just off the freeway and pretty close to Costco (our usual reason for coming out to Kapolei) will come back for sure, the kids love this place. read more

The team here is super friendly and welcoming, and they really make you feel at home. The food? Super fresh and Ono.
