Lisa told us that everything is made fresh to order so it would be about 15-20 mins. We weren't in any hurry, but we appreciated the heads up and the fact that it was all freshly made. The food arrived crispy and hot and oh so delicious! My catfish was so flakey. The grits and greens were the perfect sides to go with it. Hubs really enjoyed his fish and chips. The fries were so good, we couldn't stop eating them. Lisa also sold us on the fresh bread pudding, but we so full so we had to take it go. I also got their House Fries that were seasoned crinkle cut fries. We asked for cups of water but were told that they were out of cups, so either buy water or can of pop. They did not have fountain drinks. The food came out shortly. My etra hot sandwich tray was tagged as 'Hot' w/ three symbols. I asked them if that meant the sandwich was just 'Hot' and not 'Xtra Hot' and I was told that if I ordered extra hot then it meant it was extra hot. My sandwich was really delicious. The flavor was good and the texture was nice. The Xtra Hot flavor was not overwhelming but also it did not seem like the extra hot they said I should be mindful of because it was going to be very spicy. My sandwich was decently crunchy and the pickles and coleslaw had a tad bit of sweetness that went well with the heat of the fried chicken. The Brioche bun was well toasted. Overall, we had a decent experience. The service was okay. My original Nashville hot chicken was delicious but the Honey Butter chicken sandwich was anything but delicious. The restaurant aesthetics were decent. They have a live band performance area. It's a nice, friendly restaurant with a decent menu variety. We weren't wowed by the food but I would say that the original Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich was worth trying.

The chicken is marinated and seasoned extremely well - very good quality, tender and juicy. I usually stay away from ordering chicken at a lot of places due to poor quality meat but this place is the exact opposite- very good quality and delicious. I tried the Chicken and Rice Bowl and ordered the spice level as very hot - it was amazing. Spice was perfect heat and had a ton of flavor, the rice was also delicious and the portion is huge - I made a lunch and dinner out of one meal! I also tried the Periwarma Wrap - their take on a Schwarma wrap with chicken - delicious! So much flavor and cream based inside. I also tried a side of the roasted corn - big portion and a great flavor. The restaurant has a cool little robot machine bring your order if you're dining in, tons of seating available. The man who took my order at the front counter was very nice as well. Definitely check them out if you never tried their food before and want some delicious chicken. They have vegetarian options as well I'll have to try next time.

She wasn't so happy that we had to wait 40-50 minutes for our to-go order (we came in on a Friday and ordered at 12:50pm; received all of our food at 1:40pm). There were a lot of impatient-looking people with us in the restaurant. It's probably not the best idea to visit when you have any other timely obligations weighing on you. As it is, I'd definitely call ahead. While waiting, I noted that at least two Uber drivers had to let their customers know the restaurant was out of something they had wanted. If this were a more established location, it would definitely be receiving less than 4 stars. I am hoping a good rhythm will develop with time and that the quality of the service will rise to meet the quality of the food.
