The phone calls I tried making

June 18 I had an issue with an employee, all because I wanted to buy food for a homeless guy. What makes it worse as I'm trying to buy him food the employee says "he already ate and if he's going to eat it needs to be Togo" rudely she puts down the cup and gives him attitude. And slides his food to him. I don't care if a person is homeless or all the way to rich. A person is a person and the fact she was so damn rude and disrespectful to him says everything that she shouldn't be working in customer service. The employee was an elderly woman, wears glasses, and short. I wrote a complaint on the canes website and got a call from the customer service line but I missed it. So I called back 4 times and never picked up the phone. So to Katie who gave me the call you suck at your job because you called me at 3:35 and I immediately called you back 4 times and you never picked up.

    Homeless encampment

This place opened with a bang, but has gone downhill ever since. Nothing but homeless people sitting inside and putting up camps out front. The owner doesn't seem to mind and never calls the police to have them trespassed. Everything that has tried to run a business on this corner has failed because of the homeless encampments. The landscape is thoroughly trashed. Worth driving a few extra miles to go to a different Raising Cane's.

It's hard to go wrong with Raising Cane's when looking for a fast food spot. I feel like the food here is fresher than average and I don't feel I've wasted money when I spend $12 or $13 bucks. The service staff here was really nice and gave us water cups and they were nice when we were ordering. The restaurant wasn't very clean though and almost all the tables were pretty messy. This is my first time eating in at this location and in the future I think I'll stick to the drive through. The road is pretty hectic getting in and out of here but I've always found it is easier to get out on the 7th side.

This location had 2 lanes for the drive thru and usually they are pretty quick though sometimes they only have one lane open which can slow down service. It's a new location so everything is pretty new inside as well. The staff is quick and professional, I don't think I've ever received an incorrect order. The food is usually good though at times the fries have felt a bit soggy or colder than usual. Convenient location for a quick stop.

First time trying this place. - Four Piece Chicken Tenders- Juicy!!! If you ever had Korean Fried Chicken tenders, this place is up to par! Cole Slaw- Small portion like a small side. Texas Toast- Half a normal Texas toast. Crinkle Fries- Skinny. Asked for no salt. Place looks good inside. Drive-thru with two employees helping outside like Dutch Bros. Staff very friendly. My recommendation to take family with kids on a budget. The star of this show is the chicken tenders(four fingers). Don't even buy 3 tenders. Go with as many chicken tenders as possible. Signature sauce is good.

We stopped by the Indians Indian school and 7th Street location this Sunday. We are Canes local experts and biggest fans"as this is my son's favorite place, and this is by far the absolutel cleanest and friendliest iCane's location in the valley! We got to meet the manager Oz and he's absolutely a great leader and great customer service and Crystal at check out was so friendly helpful and got my son's complicated order correct.

I usually love Canes but this last time was frustrating. They gave me the tiniest chicken fingers, feeling disappointed

I forgot to take the picture before I ate. Upssss!

incredible pizza, I have not yet tried the chicken tenders, but I will be coming back to try those…read morenext time. I was genuinely baffled by how airy and crispy the crust was for a detroit style pizza, the sauce is the perfect flavor and the overall pizza wasn't too salty or anything. The ambiance was nice, very mellow vibes with some good tunes playing, the staff was incredibly sweet and the manager was working front of house and ensuring the place is really clean (something you never see at a restaurant). 5/5 pizza 5/5 service 5/5 vibes will be coming back soon. thank yall! :D

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!

I enjoyed mine with tater tots. I thought the combinations of dry rubs and sauces were really fun. Overall, my favorite sauce was the Fool's Gold, as I am a huge fan of mustard-based barbecue sauces.
