I received an award from Chesterfield to try their chicken tortilla soup. I arrived at the restaurant, used my phone to order, and the soup disappeared. A chicken biscuit took its place. Food and service are top notch as always, but it's the setup of the parking lot, access point from the main road, and drive through narrowness that kills this location. There's only one access point and it's on the back end of the parking lot to Aminis furniture, and it's always a choke point. Then as you navigate thru the drive through you quickly realize it isn't meant for vehicles bigger than a midsized car. Two side-by-side drive through roads converge quickly to one, then you get your food promptly but then end up back at that choke point trying to exit. This setup needs to be totally reimagined, but there's no issue with the store, service or food at all. read more

One thing I love about going to Chick-fil-a's is that they are consistent with their recipe whether it's their food or service! We dined in this visit and they brought us our meal. The gal serving us accidentally tipped over one of the fries when she was delivering it and without hesitation said she'd go get a new one even though there was a dry or two lost. While we were eating I heard them going around to other tables offering to clear their trays and refill their drinks. Customer service is such a lost art with businesses these days and I really appreciate when a business gets it right! The restaurant was actually pretty busy, but we still easily found seating and they had plenty of staff keeping up with the crowd. It's been a few years so time for an update. I still come to this location regularly to have lunch with friends from my old job. LOVE that they do mobile ordering and service is fast. My go-to is a spicy chicken sandwich meal with either fries or a mac n cheese and sweet tea or lemonade. All of these items are delicious and filling. I enjoy the consistency of food standards between CFA locations. However, as far as CFA standards go, this isn't a top notch location. The last few times I've been there have been messed up orders, a cold grilled chicken sandwich and just "standard" service. Yes they did correct those items... though with the cold sandwich the next one also came out not hot and I just ate it. Another thing this location misses that other locations do is have an employee walking the dining area asking if you need anything or would like a drink refill - yes this is fancy for fast food, but its a CFA thing. They do have a person walking around the dining area... but I've not seen them do anything or speak to any guests and when we tried to get their attention on my last visit, they just kept walking past us. I don't know what they are doing. All that said, I will still be back here, mainly because I enjoy chick fil a and it's a great meeting spot for me a few people. read more

They handed us wrong persons food- hen got our order completely wrong- wrong in interpretation (did not want wraps) and the cheese, pickles etc- that was on receipt- not there. Since another restaurant chain recently stopped serving breakfast items, I decided to try Chick-fil-A's menu. I used the drive thru, once ordering in person and the other online. Both times everything I ordered was correct and freshly made (hot)! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and added a burrito like I sometimes do at yet another chain restaurant. I was very happily surprised how substantial the burrito was and in no way comparable to the other. Of course, the young workers were so friendly as they are well known to be. On the occasion where I ordered in person, I had a very enjoyable conversation with the drive through young man while I waited for my order. Not about the weather either but a more engaging topic. It was very refreshing and gave me hope in our younger generation again! Always enjoy the lunch/dinner options and now I am hooked on the breakfast menu. More items to try next time! BTW the remodel of the drive thru in Chesterfield has really helped the line to move even more quickly than before. Well done! read more

I just went through there about 10 mins ago because I had a chicken strips reward on my account. When we received our food it was hot but it didn't taste fresh, it had a weird taste to it, almost no taste at all. For the last 5 times, they've been getting very stingy with sauces. Each time I ask for a couple chick fila sauces with each of my orders. They give me one of each every time and I have to go back inside from the drive through and go get more. They also have been forgetting straws, but that I can let slide. The sauces though? We pulled in here to get lunch for the others in my party. There were a fair number of cars already in the drive-thru lane, but in true CFA fashion, they had 2 guys with order-tablets and headsets to process the back-up. I appreciated how they not only moved back to the next vehicle, but also encouraged you to pull forward while they walked along, took your order, and provided assistance. As usual, the order was correct and the entire staff seemed genuinely appreciative that we were there. I'm not a huge fan of chicken sandwiches in general, but I have never left a CFA without feeling like they were at least minimally glad that I'd stopped by. My family enjoyed their food afterwards in a nearby parking lot (this being during the COVID times). I'd happily return if we were in the area again. read more

Upon my first examination of this shake I figured it could only be just any old bland drive-thru milkshake. This was NOT the case. The flavor exploded into my mouth causing a very satisfying sensation throughout my body. With such an amazing flavor I would've expected this to come from Black Tap (famous for their shakes). I ordered a strawberry milkshake and I would have to say that it set new standards for a tasty frozen treat. I'm actually currently driving back to Chick-fil-a to purchase another... Packed like sardines on my first visit! I was amazed at how popular this place was; especially on a Saturday. There were absolutely no open seats available in the dining room. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bun and waffle fries....AMAZINGLY tasty. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food stops. It's fresh. Fast. Delicious. The chicken feels a bit higher quality than the other fast food options. The grilled chicken is good but I really like the chicken strips. You can get 3 or 4 pieces and make it a meal that includes fries and a drink. The waffle fries are great! A favorite and always a treat. Today's seemed not as fresh but typically it's hot. The chicken strips were good. A few more pieces that were not chewable, but I guess that is to be expected. Many times I don't have this issues. This time I had about four pieces. The lemonade was awesome! When they have the banana cream pie shake, that is always delicious. I only received one ketchup and one sauce today (drive through) so that was a little disappointing. Typically they are very generous and you can get many if you go inside the store.
