I've been to this location a few times and service has always been good. They do get very busy during times though because they are in a high traffic area. They do their best to accommodate. Today we ordered two box combos and an extra tender, I don't know if the girl was new but it was a little difficult when placing a drive thru order. It seemed like the lady before us was having a hard time too became she was kinda yelling at her. We could hear it from our car. I genuinely need Raising Cane's to explain why this keeps happening. Every single time I order a Box Combo, I ask for ONE extra sauce. One. Extra. Sauce. Not the sauce that already comes in the box. An EXTRA one. And somehow I still end up getting charged for it without actually receiving it. At this point it feels less like a mistake and more like a routine donation to the "missing Cane's sauce fund." If you're going to charge customers extra, maybe try handing them the item they paid for? It's frustrating because it happens repeatedly, and for a place known for its sauce, you'd think getting the sauce part right wouldn't be the impossible mission. Do better. read more

This is the newest Raising Cane's in Fresno located on the Riverside Dr. Plaza right next to Target. I got the Caniac Combo that was enough to feed all of us. The chicken strips are cooked perfectly. I love how crispy the chicken is on the outside and inside is so tender. The Crinkle fries my favorite, along with the Cole slaw which is great to have because it helps break the flavor of all the fried items. I can eat the whole slaw myself cause I love it. The order also comes with their Texas toast which is nice and thick. It's toasted on the outside, never burnt, nice fluffy center. To complete the order you get a large fountain drink of your choice. We always go with their sweet tea. I think it's the only way to go with an order like this. Great service from the staff. They got our order out pretty quickly, the food was hot and fresh! We ordered our food and received it right away. The restaurant was clean, but what really made our visit special was the outstanding service. Abby, the manager, and Alfredo stood out the most--they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. As soon as you walk in, Alfredo greets you and helps you right away. I've been at this location twice. Both times, food has been good, and service is fast. The tables are clean, and the soda machine is well maintained. Hopefully, it stays this way and does not go downhill as time goes on. I've been to many restaurants where overtime everything goes downhill. Cons: The drive thru can be hectic at times, causing traffic in the parking lot, and parking does lack spaces. They charge extra for sauces. I asked twice, and they would throw in a passive aggro- "we charge, but this one can be free." If you gave us a bigger container, then we would not ask for more, lol. Have to say, this popped up not too long ago off of Herndon and 99 and it is a breath of fresh air in the area! Really overshadows the underperforming competitors in the area. The food is delicious and fresh and the kitchen staff are always busting their butt to get it out. The staff says hello and is always so friendly and kind when you come in! Music could be arguably loud for those sensitive to it. There is a lot of photos and 3 disco balls on the ceiling, has a fun party vibe. Always clean and someone is always tidying up. Arguably the only weakness is they call your name out without checking receipts when you go to claim your order. While waiting for my name to be called, someone apparently posed as me and took my family's meals. It was made and got out to us when we asked where your food was, but they could save on product loss and avoid customer complaints if they would check receipts or do a phone notification system or something. read more

This was my first time back at Raising Cane's since having it in Southern California a couple years ago so I was really looking forward to having it so close to home. I went through the drive through and although the line was a bit long, the wait itself wasn't bad at all. The staff was friendly and quick which I appreciate. The drive through is neatly organized as the workers guide the line (it's a two lane drive through). Because it's a new store, it looks really nice and clean from the outside; I haven't had a chance yet to step inside the building. I ordered a 3 piece finger meal for myself and a 4 piece finger meal for my sister. The food was really good. The chicken was crispy and hot and the sauce was just as good as I remember. The only reason why I am giving this 3 stars is because the portion size. It is absolutely bizarre that this was a $30 purchase and we only got maybe 15 fries in each meal. It's a shame because the food is really good but I can't help but feel a bit ripped off. Maybe im complaining too much but in terms of competition next door (Angry Chikz & The Chicken Shack) this place falls behind in terms of value. Im hoping this was just a fluke as this is the 3rd day it has been open. read more

I really try to give canes a shot. I rarely go. Everytime I go is something wrong with my order. I ordered extra piece of toast and sauces. They put the COLD SAUCE on top of the Bread??? Like what sense does that make. Now the bread is cold. Not to mention I wanted extra fries instead of coleslaw. I received coleslaw. Honestly is really upsetting because is always something is as if the workers don't care about the customers. Worked fast food before and is not that hard as they are making is seem. I've been here more than I could remember since this place has opened. My kids absolutely love it. On my way home from work or after picking up the kids from school I'll do an online order pick up which makes skipping the long lines easy. I've done a curbside pick up and they come out with your order. There's a number to call when you arrive but they literally have an employee waiting for you when they see your car and they bring out your food. Every time I've been here whether it's drive thru or online order, the service has been excellent. The chicken tenders are cooked to perfection. We always order a gallon or lemonade and sweet tea every time. There's ample seating inside and there's also outdoor seating with overhead fans to keep you cool. I haven't dined yet since my work-life balance is always on the go. It doesn't help that Target is right next door so you're going to end up either shopping and eating there or eat and go shop. My wallet isn't too happy about that. But my tummy is surely satisfied. I'm so glad this location is here since the riverpark location is out of the way for us. read more

Jackie Lopez denied my $50 bill because she says it was counterfeit. However, when I took it to deposit it right after at a check cashing place they said it was real. They said that if it was fake the pen markings that raising canes did, would have shown up black. As you can tell in the picture it's a dark tan which indicates they used the pen on a regular piece of paper but nonetheless that the bill is real. After you use it on a regular paper you're supposed to discard of the pen. It took 5 crew members to exam this bill by the way. But if you yourself had ever worked a register, you can tell it's real because of the markings. So not only was this extremely embarrassing as a customer but it's also embarrassing on raising canes because not one crew member knows how to properly use these pens but they also can't tell the difference between real and fake bills. I will be taking this further but i just thought I'd warn everyone to not use anything over a $20 because they probably won't know how to tell if it's real or fake. read more

Customer service was good. The food it self (like all fast food) looks great on the menu but when you actually get it, it's a disappointment. On the menu the chicken fingers looked crispy and a good size portion. When I got my order the fingers were not fully breaded and soggy and about half the size in the picture. I love the food at Raising Cane's, but I am giving this location 2 stars because I kid you not, they ALWAYS get my order wrong and forget an item in my meal. I always get my order read back to me correctly, but then when I receive my food it's always incorrect. This has happened way too many times and I'm not understand what is going on here. It seems their consolidators don't know what they're doing. How hard is it to get orders correct each time? It's so frustrating!!!!! My order is simple.. no toast, extra fries. Somehow, someway, they give me extra fries and a toast but forget my coleslaw. Management needs to buckle down and ensure the orders are going out correctly because it's unacceptable. As I write this review, I purchased a combo (which was incorrectly put together) and was given a soda that was supposed to be Coke Zero but when the girl handed it to me she said "Diet Coke" when I asked her if it was Coke Zero instead, she glanced over and said ya, and it's actually a regular coke.
