Awesomely HUGE Breakfast Burritos for just under $5.00! Unlike Santiago's who uses a ton of potato these guys use all the right portions on ingredients. Food is always great it takes a while to get the food but it's so worth the wait every time

I've literally had to run to the toilet 7-Eleven right down the street thank God they let me blow it up for an hour. However you can't beat the price! Choose the wrong thing though and it will deathly beat your stomach. read more

I agree with another review saying this is the closest thing I've found so far that's similar to the Mexican food in CA. The burritos are served dry (they aren't all smothered in green/ red chili sauce). The prices are cheap and the food was good. My only mistake was not asking what came in the chicken burrito- because it was just chicken- no salsa, no cheese, etc. The al pastor burrito was great and so were the fish tacos. I picked up dinner on a busy evening this past week for me and my daughter. I had the chile relleno burrito and my daughter had the burrito de camarones. We shared some chips and guac. I love the relleno burrito, it is my go to at this location. Have plenty of napkins, this one can get messy. My daughter's burrito was quite spicy and a bit much for her although quite tasty. I think next time we'll ask if they can go mild on that. read more

I don't often write reviews - the place either has to be really good or bad. I ordered the Chili Relleno Burrito and oh baby it was so so good. I like spicy and I could taste and enjoy either the green chilis or perhaps they add a bit of jalapeno. Either way, I will be back for that item. They also have plain fizzy water from their drink fountain that was refreshing. Maybe after I get my fill of these I'll branch out and try another item. Suzy read more

It's not too often that you have a drive-through Mexican food place (that is not Taco Hell... I mean Bell). That is important for someone like me, when one wants to get something to-go without having to get out of a car (especially with littles). (**See my note below, more on the drive-thru.) Have visited them a couple times now. I would say the second visit was more to my liking (as our family is more apt to enjoy breakfast options). The first time we got a steak burrito, wrapped tacos (like taquitos), pollo asada, and a Mexican hamburger. I ate my whole smothered hamburger, but the highlight for me were the taquitos. Even though we took a detour before heading home to eat, I was surprised that these held up so well (having been fried) and quite tasty. My daughter didn't like her steak burritos (mainly because of the onions...don't think she knew those were in there), but they made for a good leftover lunch for me (if you know how to rehear burritos...otherwise might be difficult to enjoy as a leftover). Our 2nd visit included breakfast options. Mainly of the burrito variety, that is. One was bacon and two ham, and also one carne breakfast platter. If you want less filler (such as papas [potatoes] in the burritos), I would recommend the platter (they call it the breakfast plate, which has beans and rice as a side). It's like a deconstructed burrito filler, consisting of eggs, choice of meat, and cheese. Of course, smothering with red and green salsa. Next time, though, I should get it smothered with green chili (can't remember if I did that last time). Too bad the Horchata seemed really sugary, but I guess one can get more out of it by cutting it with some water. Even though there is a drive through option, be prepared for a decent length in wait time if there is more than one car ahead of you. This is not your typical fast food drive-thru, so don't expect to get through very quickly, even if you are the only car ordering. The best way to think of this is that the food is prepared freshly, at least fresher than your typical fast-food option. For what this is, it's a great place in my opinion. Just an update that Raliberto's on Wadsworth did not close permanently, but relocated next door where former Good Time Burgers was so the place is bigger and better. So happy that Raliberto's is still open on Wadsworth. I don't know if this place on Ralston is owned by the same family, but it's as good as the one on Wadsworth! read more

Authentic Mexican Food For Real! All thumbs up! Price is more than reasonable. I consider myself to be a professional when it comes to tacos and Mexican food in general. I had a chicken taco, carnitas taco and quad and chips. Let me start with the carnitas taco. oh my gosh, it was large, tender and beautifully seasoned pieces of carnitas and loads of it too. The corn tortillas had to be homemade. The Chicken taco was the same with lettuce and cheese on a warm homemade flour tortilla. It was also loaded down with large tender bites of chicken. The chips, guacamole and cheese were delicious and again and again, I couldn't believe how generous the serving was with loads of guacamole. Lastly, I would buy their red and green sauce if they sold it in a bottle. Of course, they were generous with how many plastic containers of sauce they provided with my order. The gal I spoke with on the phone was absolutely adorable. Arvada Vacuum recommended your place and I also give them All thumbs up for vacuums and service! Two thumbs down. Literally waited 30 minutes in their drive through for our order and there was only two cars in front of us. And the drive through is set up so we couldn't leave if we wanted to. When I finally got to the window I complained and got a severe attitude from the man working it. No apology what so ever and even tried to hand my card back and said I could just go. So rude. An apology can go a long way with me. Got our food home and it was tasteless. Along with using some tact and good customer service, some seasoning would help this business. My torte sandwich bread was falling apart and I could hardly eat it. Ended up having to use a fork. Will not be back EVER. read more

I was there 7/16/20 Cons- Dirty, the smell in the drive through might make you lose your appetite (Lakeside amusement park trash can on a hot day kind of bad) no masks or gloves at all (not even coming back and forth from kitchen) watered down salsa and bad attitudes. Pros - The actual food was good! If this place cleaned up their act we might go again. Even though I was told "You no like, you no come back!" Haha! I started going here because they had a driver thru airing the Covid. I picked up some burritos and husband loves and he loved it. We love this place for the chorizo breakfast burrito which he said it was the best burrito. I am pretty simple with the bean and cheese burrito. We tried this today and the breakfast burritos were fantastic. Fresh thin tortilla stuffed with bacon and egg with yummy green chili- medium hot on the side, plus two other sauces. Hubbie had the chorizo, egg, potato and loved it. Made to order and service was fast. Was curious how this place stayed in business- now I know. Would highly recommend! I love to get a breakfast burrito on Saturday morning are awesome! Made to order even late morning on Saturday! (Does mean the drive through will be slower than Chick-fil-A, if that's your expectation.) Tried steak, bacon and ham and added potatoes and green chilly to all of them. All super yummy! Adding the extra green chilly is a medium to medium-hot. Pretty sure the steak egg and cheese breakfast burrito my husband got today had spoiled meat in it... after one bite he spit it out, it smelled awful and he ended up with stomach pains a short while later. Hopefully he can keep it down. Normally he has no complaints about the food. He and my brother in law also tried their chimichangas and rolled tacos with guac today. The chimichanga was mainly all tortilla (soggy) and the rolled tacos were bland- but the guac was good.
