I ordered a fry lovers XL. I love Rally's french fries. This location is new so of course it's pretty and clean. I visited on a Thursday at 2:30. The lines were empty, the parking lot was empty. The associate was very kind and very friendly. I requested my french fries to be made fresh and they were exactly that, hot and fresh! Again, this was my experience. Ordered a plain cheese burger with bacon and a number 4. I was given a burger I didn't even see on the menu then went back and asked for it all to be remade because by the time i got back all the food was cold. Then I was yelled at by the manager after the worker said that she could remake it finally got home to find out they remade the plain cheese burger with bacon THREE TIMES. The manager had a very long braid and was very rude about something that could have been talked about like an adult. I have been here and few times since they opened. Overall you get a very consistent experience. I have found the night crew to be a little more cheerful than the day crew, but still, good experiences. I generally get the chicken tenders and fries and my son gets the bacon burger, no mayo. We both enjoy the meal to be a goto though if looking for a guilty pleasure. I give this place a recommend if you have never been, maybe you will find a friday night greasy pleasure. read more

I was not impressed with this place, despite the new and clean exterior of the building. I ordered a bacon burger combo. The flavor was okay, but the texture of the sandwich itself was odd. Perhaps it was due to the dry and crumbly bun, or the lack of sufficient mayo to make each bite smoother. Additionally, the amount of fries was very small considering it was a medium size combo, the container was not even full. I also ordered a side of ranch, but the cashier informed me they didn't have any. Later, I noticed that I was still charged for the ranch. I saw plenty of dressing and condiment packets when he handed me my food, so he could have offered me a different sauce or at the very least, not charged me for it. D*mn...smh. Checkers/Rally', you really disappointed me. On the real!!! This is a 0 star place to eat. I had to rewrite my review three times to prevent considered words to be green checked. The poopwich was horrible! The Rally brger looked/t*sted like a Chinese knock off purse. And the frnch fri*s are straight boo boo. My dog spit out a tester..and she just about devours anything. THE STATE OF FLORIDA, PLEASE HELP!!! -You guys would be ashamed of what they are serving here in Arizona. The only thing that was worth $6 was the drive through that had great customer service and the ambiance of what I remembered what Checkers/Rally use to be. I should have just gave the window worker the $6 as a tip for working for this place. It was a clean establishment and probably because it has to draw people in to eat there. Would I come here again? I was pretty excited first this place to open, I hadn't been to Rallys in nearly a decade. Always loved Rallys in the past. Girl at the window was very friendly. Mr. Pibb tasted flat, burger bun & patties were dry and not fresh tasting at all. Rallys when all fresh can be very tasty, this was not that experience. Very unfortunate considering i was in the drive thru for 20+ minutes after lunch rush. Fries were acceptable, crispy but not hot. I may go back one day but really disappointed after 1 visit. . I've been going to this place shortly after it opened, and they never disappoint. They have the best prices and the best quality/freshness. It's super clean, and they are extremely fast at making the food when you're on a short time frame--the full 9 yards. There is a pair of twins that are super on top of everything they do; one takes orders, and the other one cooks. Their communication is amazing. Also, Prisma is one of the best cooks a burger place has to offer. She has to be the fastest and most efficient cook I've ever seen. Last but definitely not least, Maricella, the general manager, is also an amazing, helpful soul. She makes sure everyone is happy and greets everyone with a smile. Her customer service skills are truly up to par with what a manager should be. I will be coming here for a while--truly a good environment! read more

Rally's has a lot of potential especially with their $4 meal deal but not sure if I would give it another shot. The service was very friendly but the chicken burger was probably the worst I have ever ate. Salad was brown and the meat was overcooked. However, the strawberry cheesecake Sundae and the onion fries were tasty. The drive through experience was slightly stressful because of how they build the drive through area but this might be a subjective experience. This is a brand new location in El mirage! I was very excited to have this location open. As expected the drive-thru was extremely crowded with two lanes and cars lined up in different directions. I opted to go to the window to order my food. It is a 92° afternoon and I place my order with a drink. Took a while for my drink to come out. I requested a refill and was told that they don't provide refills but they would do it this time. It took me 25 minutes to get my food. I think they need to rethink their no refill policies for people who are waiting almost a half hour for their food in the heat. read more

Burgers are way too salty and I agree just thrown together. Not as good as we remembered Rally's to be back in the day. Be sure you read your receipt and check your order before you leave because there will be something wrong so it's better check there before driving home. The General Manager offered to replace my meal which was nice when I called from home. If the food was tasty, I would take her up on the offer but it was gross.
