Stopped in via the drive thru to give this a shot for the first time I got 2 meals: bacon boys plain with fries and zucchini sticks. The raspberry tea was really flavorful and so were the fries. Drive home didn't make the zucchini the best but still pretty flavorful and massive lol . Was not expecting them to be that big but worth the extra $1.60. Burgers were flavorful and had a nice fatty flavor. I also appreciate the cook on the bacon it was perfectly cooked. The cashier at the window had a nice smile and was very kind. Overall was good food and quality seemed well: made up for the long wait but not sure if the price is justifiable. $40 for two burger meals at the fast food place seems a little wild to me but I'm glad we finally tried it. read more

My reason for deciding on Farmer Boys for lunch was to try the epic looking zucchini, but on a Wednesday afternoon visit was told they were out & didn't know when they would get more. Alright, we'll go with the onion rings. Nope, also out, pretty disappointing since that was the lure. Well, still wanted to give them a shot- Drive through service was friendly. Ended up getting Avocado chicken sourdough sandwich with side of fries. Taste was good, but the texture was frankly gross. The bread was so soggy, like French toast before you cook it. It was almost mush- definitely better ways to layer a sandwich so this doesn't happen. The chicken & avocado ratio was good. Kids got a grilled cheese & fries to share. Decent, but nothing fancy. Husband got the spicy chicken sandwich with of course, fries. Again, it was good, fine portions, but nothing noteworthy that will make you want to go back. The fries needed salt or a seasoning. They were bland, fried up potato strips. We weren't offered any sauces, so not sure if they have anything signature to make a difference there. Total came out to just under $50.00 for those 3 fast food meals.. (without any upgrade extras like the zucchini.) Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark for us. I've been looking forward to ordering some fried zucchini here because I've got great memories of enjoying really good zucchini fries with ranch and big classic burgers at the Farmer Boys in California over a decade ago. Service was great here. Restaurant seemed clean overall with a farm theme and local food suppliers posted by entrance. Also a large bell mounted to the wall by exit you can ring if you had a great service. Order at the counter and grab your number. Your order is brought to you. We ordered: - Double Big Cheese Burger & Always Crispy Fries, Fountain Drink. Hubs said he enjoyed his burger. The fries are coated to make extra crispy. - Sourdough Chicken Avocado Sandwich & 4 Piece Zucchini Sticks, Fountain Drink Disappointed with the visit for several reasons: 1. They had Pepsi products and I prefer Coke. The Pepsi tasted off too 2. My sandwich had a small amount of chicken and didn't feel satisfying. It felt like mostly mayo and bread 3. Most importantly, the zucchini sticks are so huge now they are practically inedible. They used to be smaller and you'd get more. I was shocked when they brought out four massive fried zucchini spears that were larger than some whole zucchinis I've seen. I couldn't eat more than the a few bites. We visited on the 25th in the morning around 11:00 AM. There was a bit of a wait since they were somewhat busy at the time, though it wasn't as busy later on. The breakfast sandwich was made fresh and was a nice size. It is a bit on the pricey side, and the indoor seating area is small; however, there is additional outdoor seating available shared with other nearby restaurants. Both sandwiches came out to $14 total since it was a buy one, get one for $1 deal, and we also added a drink on the side. Pretty darn good. The burger had great flavor, was juicy, and fresh ingredients. The bacon was wonderfully crispy. There breading chicken strips wasn't too thick and were well seasoned. The fries were seasoned well and stayed crispy throughout the meal. The cookies and cream shake was nice and creamy. The only low point were the onion rings. The breading was falling off and they were about as bland as anything I have ever had, no seasoning at all. The staff were professional, efficient, and kind. Someone checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. The atmosphere was laid back and was a good place to go for a family dinner. 3*** = Good but no separation from similar restaurants 4**** = Set themselves a part with quality food and I want to go back. 5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there! read more

First of all this place seems to have a cult following so there's that. The reason I say that is because there were five 5 star reviews posted for this location before this place even opened. However, I was pretty encouraged. any place that has a following like that must be pretty good right? Wrong couldn't be wronger. I've said it before and I'll say it again surprises where flavor goes to die. OK, yes I did get a kids cheeseburger with fries (which were ice cold) and a drink. We couldn't wait for this location to open on 11/12/25. Since moving here from California 4 yrs ago we've visited a couple other locations, but they didn't have the same quality. All of the employees (Gen. Manager Domingo, Mgr Carlos, Cus svc reps, Adeline, Mario, Michelle, Iris & Jayden) were very helpful and professional. We ordered French Toast breakfast with 2 eggs and 2 bacon, Pancake platter with 2 pancakes, 2 soft scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties. Our tummies and faces were very satisfied!! With it being the "Opening Day", everyone was like on skates being sure to have a smooth operation/service. The temperature wasn't freezing and the vibe was great! This will definitely be our "go to" place for getting our favorite meals - am or pm. The location is close to our home as well. Extremely disappointed. Spent $40 on three meals and left with one order of fries missing entirely, the other two with about half the expected portion, and all of the food cold. My son's kids meal came with their so-called "tenders" (see attached photo), which were more like overcooked crisps that had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp far too long. I understand they were about 30 minutes from closing, but for a place that promotes "fresh and affordable" food, this was unacceptable. I'd waited a bit after this location opened to hopefully give them ti to get the kinks out. I'd only had Farmer Boys one other previous time when visiting family in California. So I was looking forward to giving them another try. First thought was it was pretty busy and they seemed to be bringing food out pretty quick. There was only one couple ahead of us so the wait wasn't too long. The cashier was friendly, but couldn't answer our questions without looking to another employee for help. We decided to order the southwest chicken salad and a burger and fries. It was a bit pricy, but we wanted to try something new. We found a table and waited with our number. Our food arrived a few moments later. The salad was gigantic. Think feed multiple people size. It came with one dressing though I was told it came with another sauce too. It said it was spicy it was not. The salad itself was great, lettuce cold and crisp with plenty of chicken, tomato and such. The line was getting longer so I didn't waste ti trying to ask about other sauce and was left feeling like the salad lacked flavor majorly. My husband's burger (patty) was burnt and fries lukewarm. On the suggestion we try this location again . . . a friend of mine said they have great onion rings . . . . and being someone who considers himself to be a connoisseur of onion rings, I went back. I had an offer of (voucher for) a free Big Cheese Burger I received on my first visit (11/22/25), but it had a ridiculous expiration date of 11 days (264 hours) later (today, 12/03/25). Nonetheless, I thought it would be a low risk way of trying a different menu item (see my review of Farmer Boys' chicken sandwich below) and, most importantly, the allegedly good onion rings. I guess we'll now never know. I presented the free Big Cheese Burger voucher number on my mobile device , but was told when I clicked on "Redeem" I must have accidentally clicked on a free salad also listed as a free offer. I responded, no problem, just switch it to the free Big Cheese Burger as I do not want a free salad. She said "you must have" accidentally clicked on the wrong offer. She said, "You can only use one voucher and since you selected a free salad already you cannot go back and replace it with another item". I "had" to eat the salad. I explained I understand what the app says, but I simply clicked on the wrong offer (as she told me I "must have" done) and did not come here for a salad. She told me to wait one (1) hour, then it "might" let you change it. I guessed the "it" she was referring to is the mobile app although she did not make "it" clear. Whatever. I love rewards and other such offers and while I understand apps, portals, links, etc. are really cool technologies when everything goes as planned and they are here to stay, we are all humans and humans were naturally born to interact with humans, not be held slave to some app, some cyber rule, some-click-here-click-there policy, some "it" rather the beauty of one human being interacting with another human being. A human created the app, a human can therefore make a correction to an app. But, nope, not at Farmer Boys. Humans take a back seat to apps . . . technology . . . cyber rules . . . electronic polices & procedures . . . etc. Despite the free Big Cheese Burger offer staring up from my mobile device screen at us (the employee and me) I had laid on the counter in front of us both, I was left that we must all instead comply with the machine, the policy, the procedure, the cyber rule, etc. and wait for an app that "might" let me change from a free salad offer to a free Big Cheese Burger offer . . . in an hour. Farmer Boys has employees that are nice enough, but after discovering it is a restaurant that first and foremost is run by apps, systems, algorithms, not humans we kindly left, went down the road, placed a human-to-human order and enjoyed a burger, onion rings, drink and few other items . . . oh, and did I mention a human-to-human experience? We tried Farmer Boys for the first time and ordered the Sourdough Chicken Avo Sand/ 4 Pc Zucchini Sticks/ Big Cheese/ and Crispy Fries. For drinks I ordered the raspberry tea and a strawberry shake. The tea order was wrong. The strawberry shake was flavorful. The bread for the sourdough had a great sourdough and garlic flavor. The chicken breast were good, thick pieces and the avocado was fresh. The fries were crispy and the Zucchini sticks were huge! The only reason I rated a 3 is because we used door dash for the first time as well and the "dasher" walked out with the wrong order. He had to go back and get the right one and when I called FB to give them the heads up they said they would remake it but sadly they did not. The food was barely warm when we got it. We went to this establishment January 27, 2026, it was the worse experience we have had in a long time. The food was terrible, untrained staff and already dirty for the length of time they have been open. We talked to some other people we know, and they fully agreed and said the same thing we did, will never be back and way overpriced. It will be a miracle if they stay in business. We paid $18.39 for a natural ABC CMB, that had 1/2 teaspoon of avocado, a slice of Swiss cheese and spicy bacon plus a $3.99 coke, my husband had the big CHS box and a drink for $9.99 the total was $35.45. Our group held a fundraiser at the end of March where 15%-20% of our food sales would be donated back to our club. To date, after a few emails and text messages to the manager, we have yet to receive our "raised" funds NOR does the manager answer any emails or texts. Food, prices and service seemed to be good. At the time we signed up for the fundraiser, the manager was clueless that they even had the capability to do this and that they were listed on the corporate site as a location for fundraising. Many emails and texts were exchanged before we received a simple unprofessional flyer to use. Corporate advised they own no Farmer Boys restaurants and couldn't offer much help but could, as a courtest, send an email to that location's manager. I was excited when I got there thinking it was gonna be pretty good but that soon disappeared when two people that came in after us got their order before we did. We sat there and waited for 15 minutes to get a simple order of two burgers to go, the cash register, girl asked the person in the kitchen if they had our burgers and they said no, we don't have a burger for two burgers so time went on figured they'd throw in up order a french fries or onion rings or something and then we got home we took it came home. Used to see these restaurants in CA years ago and people said they were really good but I never tried them. We saw this one and decided to give it a try. What a mistake.
