So went to this Rally's the other night, nearly midnight, and it was BUSY! Insanely long drive-thru line, I thought I was at In-N-Out. In this essay I will provide evidence of how this specific Rally's provides delectable fast-food without compromising their top-tier service. The food is pretty amazing! You're standing in line and see all the pictures and you're kind of stuck in between getting a large or getting a small and ordering 3 other combos. Pro-tip: do the small and get the other combos, trust me. Our party of 3 pretty much had everything on the menu. The burgers put you in the middle of Flavortown, the wings are competing at Buffalo Wild Wings' level, and the tacos are what Taco Bell should strive for. As for service, Verniceia was taking orders and she was ON IT. She was taking orders from the drive-thru, but let us know that she would be right with us. There was a long line so it took a while, but that's expected. She greeted us and was super patient as we continued to decide what we wanted as we ordered. Then after she was done with us, I saw her going back and forth from the window to the kitchen to help everyone out. Rally's needs to do whatever they can to keep her. I love this place but absolutely hate the loitering homeless that beg for your money at the window. But that doesn't happen when you drive through. Only when you walk up to order. I love their food and its always hot and fresh. Rally's is so overrated and have been for a long time. They are top 3 fast food for me. I love their loaded fries and some of their burgers. I come to this Rally's late nights after being out for a night of partying and every time I come here the food never disappoints. I usually get the number one or six. The fries are the best fast food fries ever (next to Wendy's). If you ever need a late night place to eat at and your on Manchester, I'd recommend this spot. read more

Very bad customer service. Like seriously were they trained?? Been her multiple times. I'd say about 4 and every time I have gotten the worst attitude from employees for no reason. Once I gave the employee 5 dollars for my payment of 5.40 (which she snatched)and as I go to get my change of .40 cents she slams the window and doesn't come back. So I left. I drove up to drive through window ready to order. Was asked to wait....the wait time lasted toooo long. The wait time up past 10 minutes. Common courtesy would have been to have customer pull to the side and bring their food to them. Your competitors like McDonalds understand this and its essential to keep repeat business. I can't pay this place to have great customer service or even good customer service. We went here one late night because our daughter wanted it. From the moment we ordered there was no greeting...just how can I help you. We proceeded to place the order and when we got up to the drive-in window the worker literally stuck his hand out the window without even looking at us because they were too busy chit-chatting inside. He never gave us a total or said hi, good evening....anything! We gave him the money and when he gave us our change the same thing he stuck his hand out for us to take the change and was still talking and laughing with his co-workers. Gave us our food and drink and still never once looked at us! I was livid! I asked for the manager and she just so happened to be the person that he was talking to and laughing with. I told her how we felt. How just because we are in Inglewood in a predominantly black neighborhood does not mean that we should be treated like crap! Customer service goes a long way and as the manager of the store she should be a little bit more on top of her crew. I informed her that we would never come here again and it wasn't our choice. we had the worst experience here. we waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru because they repeatedly got the order in the car in front of us wrong 4 times until he asked for a refund. When we got up I asked for fresh fries because I know our fries were cold sitting so long. What she did next floored me. She took the fries out, pour them into the basket, and dropped them back into the fryer. After a minutes she took them out and gave them to us. We took 1 bite and they were horrible. We pulled out the line and took the fries back up to the window and asked for fresh fries. The manager argued at first and said they are not in the business of wasting fries. I thought that to be a ridiculous statement to a customer. He then handed us a so called fresh bag of fries and sad he will no do this again. Stopped in like normal after work to get some food for dinner for me and my family. They didn't have grape slushy, they didn't have boneless wings, and they got my order wrong. They didn't give me a receipt and since they tried to give me bone in wings that were the wrong flavor I asked for a refund to make it easy. They gave me the refund amount but didn't refund me the tax amount. I asked for the manager and the guy said he was the manager. At this point I laughed and asked him if I could get an itemized receipts and since they had forgotten one of my burgers and didn't offer me any condiments on top of everything else, I asked him to cancel my order and give me a full refund because the burger they forgot apparently was going to take longer to cook and people behind me were already honking. He gave me a refund of $20 even but my meal was 2308 that I had already paid him. So I waited until he open the window again and asked him about my $3.08 to see if he was going to try to not refund me that amount either and it seems like he wasn't and didn't care. Went to rally's for the first time and was not impressed. I knew that the area was not too great but I didn't expect the employees to be the same. My boyfriend and I decided to stop by here while doing some errands and had to wait in line for a good 15 minutes and when I was finally up to the counter I tried to place my order with the cashier but he got interrupted SEVERAL times by his coworker and stopped talking to me multiple times. It took me at least 10 minutes just trying to tell him my order and it wasn't even that difficult ! It was just a combo with a blue starburst slushie. He took extra long to get my change also and when he came from the back to get my drink he gave me a red slushie. I told him politely that I asked for a blue one and he responded in HUH ??!? You asked me for red. And I said no no I said blue. You were probably distracted but that's what I paid for. And he gave me the most dirtiest look I've gotten in a fast food restaurant. Honestly I don't complain at all in resturaunts but if you gave me something completely different from my money's worth of course I'm going to say something. He gave me my blue slushie with an eye roll and didn't even say sorry FOR ANYTHING. WORST employee ever. I only gave it two stars because the food was pretty good. Were talking about the late night management that goes by the name of MARTIN NAVARRO. to make a long story short, this poor excuse of a manager basically refused service to me after telling me he could not accept more than one credit card per transaction.(i actually had 3 gift cards all with numerous balances). OK i do not have any training in the management of fast food business but , could one possibly void the order and start anew with 3 seperate orders to accomodate the 3 cards that i have??? He says no he cant do that because he is stuck with the order, it has already gone thru. WTF this guy is ignorant. I cant believe he is even considered management material.
