From years ago till now doesn't feel any difference, little to no change besides this one rude service I got going through the drive through. Love the idea of two drive through but be warn if you choose the left side, you'll definitely have to extend your arms like fantastic 4, to retrieve your food. The area is decent and the ambiance is typical, usually pretty clean. They have outdoor sitting for your convenience for a compact location. Let's dive right into the good stuff, My orders are, 1. Chicken wings ( Wednesday special) bone-in, breaded, and sauced wings. 2. The Big Buford and fries large double cheeseburger with fries The wings are absolutely amazing and crispy. With many flavors to choose from but i usually get the buffalo sauce and mild. Well cook and toss in the sauce. The burger is well prep and juicy delicious. OMG, the fries is hands down my favorite. Great job! I recommend this location due to their drive though availability. Usually clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. They have a restroom for your convenience. Wing Wednesday deal $1 per wing minimum order of 5. Did a taste test comparison picking up BBQ wings from GeeKo Chicken and Rally's BBQ wings as well took them both home and side by side compared. 1. Price wise both are $2 a wing normally so GeeKo lost on the special Wednesday price. 2. Size of the wings, GeeKo won hands down here although more batter on them makes them seem bigger than they are. Both sets of wings were meaty. 3. Portions, Rally's does a 5 and 10 piece, GeeKo does 8 minimum so if you aren't sharing or hungry enough Rally may be a better choice. 4. Flavor of their BBQ sauces were similar Rally more smoky and GeeKo more tangy. 5. Both were cooked perfectly 6. If you like your wings extra saucy then GeeKo is your go to, I prefer dry rubs and lighter sauce levels so for me Rally won that race. It's Rally's, you pretty much know what you're getting into. Burgers, chicken, fries, and short order fare at a reasonable price. Many locations have closed here in SoCal, but it seems this one has stood the test of time. The service was quite good, they were quick and friendly, and the food was made proper. Drove by this place for decades so decided to check it out. Services: decent, was okey could have been friendlier. Ambiance: fast food, drive-through with outdoor seatings with no covered and decent parking lot. Foods: better then I thought, I ordered crispy fish sandwiches (special 2 for $4) and chicken wings (Wednesday special for $1/piece). The sandwich is packed well with thick piece of crispy fish fillet, the bread is simi sweet with shredded lectures and mayo, it was good actually. After eating here a few times, especially recently, I have to say this place has come up. I can't believe that I am ratting this place 3 stars. But I think this place is improving. The older lady kept giving everyone their food before us. She had a horrible attitude. She took over 40 minutes for us to get 7 meals. She was mad that we ordered a lot, but theres 7 people in our family. She was throwing paper bags and napkins when she putting our food in the bag. We asked her to not put any ice in our cups. I got 6 Rally Burgers on the 2 for $5 deal with 2 orders of loaded fries and an XL fries. RALLY FRIES. The XL fries came in a soft drink cup. I was expecting it in a box. I guess I can put in the cup holder and munch on my drive. RALLY BURGERS. Were the size of a Mickey D's quarter pounder with cheese, minus the quarter pound of meat. I like that they had a nice pickle slice that looked fresh, used purple onion, and had a ripe tomato slice. It's just itty bitty, and an overall okay burger. LOADED FRIES. The loaded fries came in a rectangular box. I was actually expecting more fries but I guess if it was less fries, it didn't take much toppings to make then loaded. Very VERY disappointed with my visit there. I ordered a #1 combo and changed my fries from regular to the loaded fries. The loaded fries come with, cheese, bacon and ranch dressing. When l got my order, there was NO ranch on my fries. I called and filed a complaint with their customer service center and was told that l would get a call from the restaurant. I believe his name was Sim. He was very welcoming and his customer service was on point. I asked him what he would recommend and he said the "Baconzilla" was his favorite along with french fries and an ice cream cone. My cousin and I decided to split the "Baconzilla" since it's a double large patty with so many toppings. The burger was quite tasty and it will fill you up. Let's not forget about the seasoned french fries! These are my favorite french fries since they are well seasoned and they were extra crispy as requested. I don't really ever do this, but feel the need to to warn others Do not, under any circumstance, use their mobile ap. If anything is not in stock, they will cancel your order, which sounds fine, until you realize that cancelling your order does not refund your order. They will have you call an 800 number, then after an hour or so, they will tell you that your request for a refund will be sent to another department, they will not let you speak to this department, and will tell you to wait 4 to 5 business days for them to call you back. A week and a half later, after realizing they have not called you back yet, you can call them again to see if any progress is made, spoiler alert, no progress will have been made, they will tell you that you will have to wait ANOTHER 4 to 5 business days. Now at this point, you may be losing patience, and yes, I was, so, after demanding to speak to anyone who might actually be able to help me, for another 30.minutes or so, they will finally cave and let you speak to a supervisor, of course that's after they told you a supervisor was unavailable. The. The supervisor will tell you the same thing everyone else told you and that you just have to wait, until you are.more insistant, then the supervisor may tell you that he's looking into it, and it a appears that the refund is already in progress and is waiting for your bank to approve it. Awesome, except, the bank never got any kind of request, in fact, another week later, when you call yet again, much more upset this time, they will ask you to hang up and they will call you back that day. Except they don't call you. The lady at the store who told you you couldn't get an in store refund will call you and tell you that you have to go to the store to get your refund and it had to be the same store you ordered at, even if you live over an hour away, which I do. I ask her what I need to have with me to prove it's me, she says just tell the people working and they will know, now, we are getting somewhere. Except when you do make it back out to Long Beach and are able to stop by and get your refund, they tell you they don't do in store refunds. When the blood finally clears from your vision and you can hear something besides your heart beating in your ears a few minutes later, you explain everything that's already happened, and how much of a nightmare getting a refund has already been, and that the GM told you to come to the store, she will call her district manager. The district manager will tell her not to give you a refund, and at that point you, like me, might ask to speak to said district manager and the lady working will say no. You may demand that something needs to be done now, because this is ridiculous, then maybe she will reach her GM and the GM will tell her to give you your refund and then finally, after over a month, they will give you 12 dollars, which wasn't even the full amount of the receipt, It's obserd any company working in 2024 has such a shitty process of refunding a customer who did nothing wrong other than use an app. Food is fine, service is the worst I have ever had read more

Foods good when the right staff is working. I gotta say I work here and ooooooh boy so much unwanted drama at this small shop. I don't even understand why the big boss doesn't fire people when they have THE RIGHT AND EVIDENCE to fire their people. It's good to know that my childhood Rally's is still up,& running after doing 8 years in prison. Unfortunately, the employees that work the late shift @store#4100 are going to put that location out of business. The food is as I remember, two thumbs up. Instead I was out $10 of my own money,& to top it off I come to find out that I had been rewarded $5 on the Rally's App and that the employee intentionally charged both me and my app taking the $5 with out my expressed consent. When confronting the employee; Mind you she's the manager", asking her why did she take the $5 out? She responded, that she didn't use the buy one XL fries, & get one free. When I tell her that she should have taken the coupon, not the $5, she proceeds by claiming that my lack of communication skills was to blame for the whole ordeal, & that next time I should learn how to place an order.
