Beer Battered Onion Rings- Onion SKIN
    Jae E.

What once was one of my favorite burger places that I used to rave about and suggest is quickly sliding down my list of food place. I called in my order to help with time. While ordering, mid sentence, I kept getting interrupted with "anything else"? I appreciate the attentive prompting, but can I finish speaking before you ask the next question. I decided to get onion rings this time bc the fries have tasted refried the last few times. I'm so bummed at this change of mind. Upon my first bite of a really crispy onion ring, turned out to be a batter coated onion skin. So disappointing and disgusting. Half full ranch cups and soggy bread (I ate my food less than ten minutes after pickup) left me so upset. I lifted my burger to have the bread completely deteriorate off as you can see behind the onion skin ring. MVP, you're making rookie mistakes.

The burger was really flavorful with the perfect amount of spice without being overpowering. It's a big, hearty burger that's absolutely packed with flavor in every bite. You can really tell everything is made fresh. The BLT was pretty good overall, though I do wish it had a bit more bacon. And the tater tots were perfectly cooked, golden, and crunchy. It was a satisfying meal all around. Great customer service as well!

Ronaldo is my go-to every time and it never disappoints. The flavor is always on point and it's super convenient since it's close to me. Today I also tried the Michael Jordan, and it was fire too--the pesto and chicken work really well together. I grabbed a full order of Cajun fries and they were seasoned perfectly--crispy, flavorful, and even better with their ranch. Ambiance is laid-back with TVs playing sports, so it's a chill spot to hang out while you eat. Only downside: the soda fountain was out of service during my visit. Still, solid spot. Will definitely be back.

A Long Beach local favorite. They have a vast menu with so many choices to choose from. Their Cajun fries are addictive, it has the perfect crisp with the right amount of Cajun seasoning that keeps you eating more. I ordered the mean joe green, which is a veggie sandwich with an order of fries that came out to $23 ($8 for fries), which I felt was a bit high priced for what I ordered. Service was excellent.

So after spending a long day at catalina island, we wanted to grab something to eat on the way home. Lil Gordon Ramsey (My daughter) suggested burgers. I saw this place was suggested by 1 of these food bloggers, so we decided to give them a try. I ordered online at 8:11pm, they were closing at 9, so I figured it was enough time. Get there, immediately disappointment. Soda fountain machine is broken, so only cans of soda. Then we get the order, its missing an order of Cajun fries. Go back in to get it, cashier says, well do you just want a refund, because we are about to close. It was 8:35. I've cooked enough fries in my life to know they would've been done well before 9pm. On top of that, the HALF order of Cajun fries was 10 f*ckin dollars!!! Now, add on to that, the fries we DID get weren't seasoned at all, and were just warm when we got them. All this inconvenience and MID was $55 dollars too btw. For 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 cans of soda. Its safe to say I will never be coming to this MF place again.

Enjoyed my hamburger combo with cajan fries a real Coca Cola from Mexico. The hamburger was not greasey and the meat was seasoned well. The cajon fries were soft and freshly cooked sprinkled with their own seasoning. Inside this reaurant has a nice homey feel, clean and friendly helpful staff. They have a variety of specialty sandwiches as well. Great atmosphere to bring friends chill and enjoy great food and vibes.

Been here a couple of times. Got myself a Jamie foxx and my wife gor a Cristiano Ronaldo. Love all the sandwiches and burgers but still got more to try. Outside patio dining make it nice to enjoy to Long Beach vibe. Staff is fast and friendly. Always a must.

Took a trip to MVP's and I was not disappointed. I've heard a lot of good things about this place so I had to give it a try! I ordered the Mike Tyson with Cajun fries and a coke. Went into this blindly and that burger did not disappoint. Not only a huge burger but one of the best burgers I've had up to date, if not in Long Beach! Fries were seasoned perfectly and crisp as well. Highly recommend this place. A must try if you're in Long Beach!

Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 9/10 Definitely has become one of my favorite spots to go to when I'm in Long Beach! The staff is friendly, the location has a really cool's chill vibe and the bar next door is also a big plus! Everything on the menu is fresh and worth it! My go to is the Leonel Messi Sandwich & Cajun Fries! Trussst me! Good amount of seating for small and midsize groups, as well as parking in the rear of the restaurant. Come check this place out!

Definitely our go to spot. Sami Sosa is my favorite but Cajun season fries are top tier. I wish they had better ranch, but ketchup works.

The pineapple added to what's basically a Cuban style sandwich sounds different at first, but it works perfectly. The balance of sweet, savory, crispy, and smoky was spot on. Ended up finishing the whole thing because it was that good. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and the whole spot had a really chill local vibe. Definitely a hidden gem if you're in the area. Highly recommend this place and I'll for sure be back to try more off the menu.
