THE best seasoned fries! They have $1 special going on right now for small, medium, or LARGE fries. We purchased multiples several times in three consecutive days. Also, THE best vanilla soft serve cones only $1 too. Very creamy, tastes like REAL milk based vs grainy powdered frozen "soft serve" cones (which I like too, but I like ice cream period!). I love rally's because of their well known food. But I must the say all though the food is great but I'm not too sure about their service. This was about yesterday at 2:45pm. As my significant other and. We're in drive observing the menu on what to get the order taker (I refuse to name her but will keep her anonymous but I know her name) was a bit pushy by rushing me let alone she didn't input an add I wanted on my burger, did not greet me at the window due to "the heavy traffic on drive through (which there were 3 cars behind us), also she did not tell me what was my grand total. I haven't had Rally's in a long time since I've moved to Vegas seven years ago. I've recently went back while on a trip back to San Diego to visit friends and family. While my mom and I were out and about we wanted a quick bite to eat . She was tried of Asian food because that's all she eats normally ..so we opted for burgers. She gave me a choice between Carl's Jr. and Rallys. I heart Carl's Jr. but I can have that anywhere so we chose to go to Rallys. I had their Western Burger which is their equivalent to the Western Bacon Cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. It tasted good the BBQ sauce was sweeter than the one at Carls Jr but it was also smaller. It didn't bother me though because the real star is their seasoned fries they are so tasty that I don't need ketchup on them! I had the apple pie for dessert which was a standard pie nothing that makes it stand out. The food overall was good ..especially the fries! read more

Oh, so awful! First time here, went through the drive thru. We ordered one ice cream cone, one waffle cone, and one order of fries. Stephanie (got her name from the receipt) had the hardest time taking the order, I had to repeat the order about 5 times before she got it right. Then she told me that the total would be $33.90. In fact, it was $3.90. Then when I asked her if she had already put ketchup in the bag of fries, she said "yes". Well, she lied, there was no ketchup at all. So I went through the drive through again, had to wait in line, and then Stephanie just gave us the rudest attitude, didn't even apologize. If she was retarded then I might have sympathy for her, but I think she was just a bitch. It's not even like they were busy or anything. Then, to top it all off, the fries were so old. They tasted like they were undercooked, then sat around and got stale. I threw them away- for real! This Rally's is usually alright. However, I have stopped by late night (11pm-12:30am) and the food is never up to standards. It seems like I have been served food waiting under the heat lamp for far too long, and the food looks like it was thrown together. When visiting in the day time, my experiences are much better. Food is hot and made to order, and definitely not dry. So for the late night shift, my overall is a three stars. The shakes kill it and the fries are still some of the best. read more

So if I buy food in Néstor, $25 to be exact, you need to see my ID because I use my debit card, and you need me to sign the bottom of the receipt which does not have an authentic place for a signature. The girl wrote my drivers license number on the top of the receipt. What an indicator of how bad this area is. Food is great, here but perhaps driving elsewhere will get me more decent treatment. I'm not sure if this place has ever been vetted or inspected but they really need to clean house, and I'm not talking about the cleanliness of the establishment... I'm talking about the employees. I recently moved to the area and found that I live close to a rallys. I grew up eating Rally burger so it is somewhat of a comfort food to me. I haven't been to a Rallys in some years so upon my return I was interested to find out they have new menu items. The first one which I found to be one of my favorites is a fry burger where they put their famous fries on a burger. The next one is a spicy chicken sandwich it's aight. I think the reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 is because they charge $0.50 for a sauce ,kinda out of control, and the reason i give 4 stars and not 3 is because its super processed food and it takes like 30 seconds for a to go Burger so that's bad food for me, thats not their fault it's the system. But I love the system because the Burgers they make and will return to Rallys soon. Thanks amigos read more

I wanted to give this place a chance although there was no seating inside but there are so many flies and birds waiting on tables and all around. Gross. Then the soda tasted like water and looked clear so I had to go back to ask them to change their soda syrup bag....couldn't you tell when you were serving it?!! I ordered a RallyBurger combo and when I was asked for what size drink I said whatever size comes with the combo. The price of the combo listed on the board at the drive-up window is $5.49 plus tax. The kid at the window told me my total came up to $6.46. This kid didn't bat an eye. I then asked him if the price of the combo is $5.49 how can the total including tax possibly be $6.46? He then looked uncomfortable and said it is because he was giving me a "medium" sized combo and the $5.49 price listed is for a "small". I told him what he is doing is probably illegal. When I looked in the bag there was also no receipt so either this kid is overcharging people or the owner is instructing his crew to inflate the order. read more
