I don't know if they've cut down on their portions but I got the same amount of meat as a regular bowl back in the day. I should've known when the employee handed me the bag because it was light as a feather. They also didn't give me any sauce or shichimi until I asked (after the employer closed the window on me). When I did, she gave me a ton of shichimi so one star for that. I don't think the picture does justice to how little food there was in the container. Oh well. I guess it'll be another five years until I come back to Yosh, if it's still around.

I would not recommend visiting this location.

I just spent 25 mins driving here to witness this short, caucasian chubby girl touch ALL my food with her BARE hands( describing so people know who she is). I stared at her through the window as she held my mozerella sticks and let them marinate in her dirty hands as the male cashier held the pocket that holds them open for her. I Can't Stand this place! Not only do they manage to mess up my order every single time, they are rude when I ask them to correct it, or if I drive off and realize they gave me the wrong order or with something I asked to exclude they pretend like I wasn't there 5 minutes before and want to "verify" that I bought the food. Even If I go to the same person they act like I wasn't ever there. Or they act like I ordered wrong! Terrible customer service rude staff, The fountain drinks are usually flat 7/10 times I go there and when I ask for another its flat again. I can't win here. Whenever I go to Rally's, the personnel are always rude. I was standing at the window for service and the worker never acknowledged me until the manager told her to help me. On another occasion, I pulled up to the drive through and ordered hot dogs. After dropping a hot dog on the floor, the worker began to warm old hot dogs in the fryer. I happen to be looking at and caught them. The late night manager told me that the worker was new. I took my food and drove off. I couldn't do it. I brought that food right back. I keep hoping that the behavior of the workers will improve. If you want customer's to spread good words about your business, treat the customer's right. Render great service all the time. read more

if i could give this location and customer service 0 stars i would. The manager is completely rude and has zero sense of customer service. Not only did they mess up the food when we asked about it at the window the guy at the front was extremely rude and continued to deny that things were missing. the food is very mediocre use to be way better than this. the people prepping and preparing the food are also not wear gloves. overall this place is dirty and nasty. the manager is rude AF! read more

I always come here for their fries, but last night I wanted a kool Laid slush. I asked for tropical punch and watermelon mixed, they told me they don't do that!? Why not??? That's like going to 7 eleven and them saying we can only put one drink in our cup!???? Sunday. 3:00 p.m. Every experience at Rally's in this location has been horrible. It is the closest one to our home which is why we continue to go. After today we will no longer be going. We spent more than half an hour in the drive-through line. Once we arrived at the window, we were told by a female employee that they had no milkshakes. She told us with the ugliest attitude. The employees are very unorganized, dirty, rude, and the wait is ridiculous. Find a different location! read more

When my family and I lived in Spring Valley this was one of my favorite places to eat at. Every burger that I tried was delicious, especially those with bacon. I haven't been back in a few years but I still have fond memories of this place. If I ever get around to visiting Spring Valley again I'll be sure to stop by Rally's. read more

The customer service at Rally's stinks. The workers have very bad dispositions. I love grill fried hotdogs! But not when they are old and warmed up in the deep fryer. Cross contamination! I first came to this place as I went to Mount Miguel high school, every day after school I would go to Rallys and get the Rally Burger with season fries and a large coke, almost every day for 2 years.
