As an amendment to the below management did contact me and apologized for the lack of service and are sending some coupons. If I get back to the area again I will give Ralphie another try I'm staying at the Hampton and am tired of driving. So within walking distance is Sonic and this place. It's 10pm on a Sunday evening so I call Ralphie's they confirm the kitchen is open so 5 minutes later I walk thru the door and sit down at the bar. There were only 2 parties at tables and they had already been served but the place was a shambles half the tables not bussed the bar was a mess. 15 minutes later I walk out having never been addressed by any wait staff. I never did see a bartender. The waitress there saw me but still sat down at a table and chatted with her friends. Maybe she didn't need any more tips tonight ? or maybe she thinks Ralphie's owner has enough money already? Or maybe the owner needs a new waitress. ? Maybe some things I don't like about Ralphie's are things I don't like about the Midwest. But there are many places around here I like a lot better than Ralphie's. Sports bars are pretty easy: cold beer, hot wings, big TVs. Ralphie's doesn't have Buffalo wings. They have a Buffalo chicken dip that is inedibly sour that you should avoid at all costs. But they don't offer Buffalo sauce on wings. I got the Sicilian chicken chunks that come in marinara. The waitress asked me what kind of sauce and I said, "Marinara." She explained that the chicken would be cooked in a wing sauce, then dropped into the marinara. That sounded like a lot of sauce, but I got buttery garlic. It was too much sauce. It tasted like okay greasy pizza, which is a plus. The potato skins were dry. The burgers were drippy, but okay. The beer selection is just enough to be acceptable. The service was fine and the trivia was a lot of fun. But guys, the bathroom is astounding. I have never seen a bathroom with worse design. I went in and there was one other person and we got in each other's way twice. The two urinals are placed in such a way that it's impossible for two people to pee without rubbing butts. I stopped by on the way home from work on 01/12/2021 around 330pm. Ordered a veggie burger and it was not fresh like I thought it would be it was actually a morning star brand. I will never go here again. Our server was rude. My daughter wanted chicken chunks with garlic parm sauce. The server brought Parmesan chunks. They were covered in pasta sauce and cheese. The server acted like it was our fault the order was wrong. Then she refilled the iced tea and Pepsi without asking. I ordered a Long Island iced tea and it was really sour. I told the server and she brought another one. It was extremely sour too. The bill came and it was outrageous. We were charged for refills we didn't ask for and both long islands. The long island billing was crazy. I was charged $5.50 and then a minimum of $2.00 for each liquor that went in the drink. The horrible Long Islands cost almost $15.00 a piece. Also, my husband sent back the second iced tea because there were soap bubbles and it tasted like soap. They brought another one and it was even worse. He didn't drink it. Came here on a business trip dinner as I was staying at the Holiday Inn (within walking distance). Went with a couple of technicians who can eat, and we went through some jalapeno poppers, potato skins, and a southwest burger for me. The poppers were just eh - fried, with lots of mayo / cream cheese. The potato skins needed salt. The burger was tasty and messy; only disappointment there was the lettuce was the center of the iceberg and not very tasty. Service was disappointing, but prices were reasonable (~$70 for all of us, including beers). OK place if you are in the area, but don't go out of your way for Ralphie's! read more

Four stars may be a little generous here, but we had a good time, so they get the benefit of the doubt. They did a great job attempting to comfortably seat our table of 12-ish people, and our orders were 100% accurate. Beer refills were offered in a timely manner (the selection is pretty decent too, for a sports bar). We enjoyed the chicken wings, which were flavorful and meaty, although I'd recommend ordering one or two heat levels higher than you'd otherwise expect, because they really aren't as spicy as the menu implies. Without question, the most unpleasant place I have had the misfortune to spend any time. It took nearly 25 mins before my order was taken.... I am a patient guy, but I was on the verge of leaving... Eventually, as I was standing to leave, my order was taken... philly cheese sandwich... it turned up 20 mins later... bread was stale, steak was over cooked and it was dry... I used the whole portion of coleslaw to lubricate it a little! I was left thirsty... with no refil until I asked! Dissapointment... Thats about how I would sum up my recent visit to Ralphie on Navarre Ave. In Oregon Ohio. Let me start by saying this its the day after Christmas so like many people I did not want to cook today, so I say why not get food from one of our favorite restaurants. I placed a carryout order over the phone, 25 minutes later I arrive to pick it up as they said thats when it would be done. Upon walking into the restaurant I realized this was not going to be a great experience as the bar is elbow to elbow. I stand back and wait for a server as the bar is so packed I cannot even pickup my order at the order pickup area because they have allowed people to drink in that area now too, then am told I have to stand in this crowd of people to pickup my order and pay and the person next to me is literally touching me we are so close to each other and to top it off not a single person other than the waitress and manager were wearing a mask no social distancing was happening in this restaurant at all. Shame on Ralphie's for allowing this to happen. Then I arrive home with the food and pray that the worst of the experience is behind me, low and behold the food is terrible my soft pretzels rock hard and over cooked my chicken chunks like rubber and not just one order this way but both separate orders exactly the same it was like chewing on a football and the ones that weren't as chewy as beef jerky were just plain burnt. This has hands down went over with me as one of the worst restaurant pickup experiences to date. Shame on you Ralphie! In the day when most restaurants are stepping it up to make people feel more welcome and safe I feel as if this was a step in the absolute opposite direction. GET IT TOGETHER... read more

Hands down the worst bar I have ever been to. The food was horrible and my friends beer had some kinda booger looking thing in it. They tried to charge him for it but he refused, the manager wouldn't even come see him. I ordered the Buffalo chicken dip and I think the chicken was bad because I spent the next day on the toilet. I have been here twice since my hotel is close. I wanted it to be good but it's just average bland food. The first time I went, it took an hour and 20 minutes to get the food. As it turns out, the bartender let us know they cook it quit and that the manager was cooking food. When I asked for an appetizer chips and salsa for the wait, she did offer that for free. The bartender was pleasant in a very difficult situation. I decided to go back a second time because of the anomaly of the first visit. My buddy and I went in there tonight tonight to enjoy a meal and watch some NCAA Basketball. I must say our service was horrible. Our Waitress seemed really rushed and impatient. My buddy ordered Original Chunks in Hot sauce and a side salad with Italian dressing and asked if the salad would come before the chunks. I had ordered Chunks in Chipotle BBQ with 1 Ranch and 1 Blue cheese. I also ordered a side of Waffle fries. My buddy got his Salad literally 30 before he got the Chunks. The salad came with Ranch that had spilled onto the lettuce. So he just used the ranch on his salad although he asked for Italian. Both his and my Chunks had way too much sauce on them. So much that they were swimming in the sauce. I had to ask the waitress 3 times for my blue cheese dressing. Having her tell me "Sorry, I had a Brain Fart". We had been eating for about 10 minutes and My buddy had finished his Salad and most of his Chunks before I had finished my Chunks and the waitress comes over and asks me if I needed a box. Which I did not because I still was eating as she walked up. She seemed very impatient. Then when we were finished she came to collect the plates and asked if we were on one bill or separate checks. My buddy Said "one bill". She slammed the Bill down and walked away which made us think what if we would have said separate checks. I guess was her way of telling us it was time to leave. Unfortunately we were wanting to get more drinks and still watching the basketball game. My buddy even stated to me that he was going to order another beer but decided not to because she already gave us the bill and felt she was in a hurry to get us out so she could get another person at the table or maybe her shift was ending. Our total Bill was $51 and I've never had service this bad before. If We're going to spend $51 somewhere I guess from now on we'll go to Luckies. It's too bad because we have enjoyed going to your establishment in the past. But that will be the last time. We don't like to be rushed out when we're trying to relax and enjoy ourselves. Not one manager showed up after our appetizer came out after our entrees. Our bartender didn't seem to care, she only wanted to complain about how long she was there the night before. No silverware, no cheese on the burger (our temperature options were "pink or no pink"), no fries delivered with the wings, no marinara with our late appetizer (37 minutes for pita bread with cheese) like the menu stated, attitude from the bartender when we asked for those things, and topped off with a sidebar of the manager listening to the bartender stating how she "can't deal with us". What a poorly ran establishment. The managers need some serious training. A bartender should enjoy their job and be friendly. There was no excuse for the horrible attitude and lack of friendliness. All of us that were dining are in the restaurant business. We are very understanding of how these things happen but when no apology or explanation is given it just shows how much they don't care about their guests. Or should I say customers. My family and I have been visiting the Oregon location for a few years. The food is pretty good. But there is one very rude waitress who always acts as though. She's annoyed when me and my family come here. We gave this one in Oregon a break. And started going to the Monroe & Airport locations. The food is delicious and they treat us with respect. Unlike the Oregon location. So today we decided to see if they made changes. But nope it was the worse visit we had. When came in we saw the waitress who gets agitated when she sees and my family. Suddenly the waitresses were all in the kitchen. Like they didn't want to serve us at all. Eventually the waitress who is kinda friendly with us seats us at the back of the restaurant. She kept bringing us drinks and the food took forever to arrive at our table. To make matters worse when it was time for the check. She just stood directly behind my Elderly Father who is also handicap. As though we were gonna just skip paying the bill. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my entire life. Let me start off by saying this at the least. The management here sucks. There is no hospitality once so ever. We waited forever for a server to even acknowledge our presence. After waiting for almost half an hour we finally were noticed. Took almost an hour after that to get our food. You could hear the cooks in the back saying "fuck this" and numerous other cuss words along with Rap music that you could hear over the dining room music which had a ton of cuss words in it. We belong to a church where I am a pastor. This was unreal especially with The short blonde hair girl who i assume is the manager never checked on our table much less anyone elses, she was too busy talking to men at the bar. When i finally approached her she seemed as if she could care less about what I had to say. My husband was beyond furious about this. While we sat there waiting for almost two hours for everything we absorbed everything in the atmosphere of the restaurant. My husband will be making a phone call to the health department. There is filth caked on the walls and floors, bugs i am thinking fly's or gnats flying around everywhere. This place is a dump beyond belief. We are not planning on ever coming back and I will be contacting the I-Team on 13abc along with the health department. You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves for running a establishment like this. It is inexcusable and my husband took pictures of everything in the place to show to the I team on 13abc. This is an old favorite place going back to the early 90's. My burger was big, fresh, and sloppy as expected. The only problem was that I asked for it not to be "fully dressed" with rabbit cage liner lettuce and raw onion. It was very busy and I had a used appetizer plate handy to scrape that stuff off. I saw the server take it down correctly when I ordered and when it came out I was so hungry that I didn't say anything. Ticket times were running longer than the server expected and she was aware of being attentive to overcome that from a service perspective keeping the drinks coming quickly as requested by my party of 5. She was running her butt off and balanced about 12 tables of 3-5 people pretty well. The menu is your typical sports bar fare but served fresher than most making the extra ticket time worth the wait for truly made-to-order eats.
