    birthday cake

Ordered a birthday cake 3 days in advance to pick up, I wanted a customized tres leches cake, which the worker said that the cake wouldn't be ready by then and that they only have premade ones available. So I settled for the premade one and just wanted to have writing on cake. I set to pick up the cake at 7pm but came an hour early (this was my fault, I assumed it would be ready since it was a premade cake and all I requested was writing on it), and the employee said it wasn't ready yet and it will take 15-20min to be ready. So I waited 30 minutes (to give them extra time) and went back in and it still wasn't ready... Then the employee brought the cake to another worker in the self checkout line and had her write on the cake. I mean I get that I came early but this whole experience threw me off.. Not to mention the writing was sloppy.

I went to the Ralphs in CA cerritos and got the comforts baby yogurt bites and it expired on March/15/2026.

The baby food yogurt comforts bites expired on March/15/2026. It tasted hard and not as usual.

Great Idea, Kudos to Ralphs on making it easy to clip your weekly deals because not everyone has time to create an account!!! THANK YOU!!!

12/24/22 I was hoping beyond hope that I will find all the gift cards that I needed at this location. I went in and it was crazy crazy busy and I am not familiar with this Ralph's location so I didn't know where gift cards were. I found an employee and I asked him as he directed me promptly to where is the aisle of gift cards were. Lo & Behold! Success!! Got Denny's for mom & Dad, Macy's for my auntie Grace, Target for brother in law & Chick-Fila for my nephew. I'm super glad that I was able to kill 4 birds with one stone (what a shot!!! LOL). Checkout was pretty expedient although it looked hella busy here. Thankfully they've got almost all the registers open & some self checkouts. All in all I was pretty happy with this visit. The only negative is not much variety for their produce. Price-wise it's pretty much like Vons, Pavilions or Albertsons. Staff are friendly & helpful. I do prefer the one on Del Amo though, maybe because I'm more familiar with their location. I stopped by here coz Stirred coffee shop is in the same plaza so this was convenient. Thanks Ralphs!!!

Why did 10 ounces Barbasol shaving cream cans reduce to 7 ounces, while the price went up?

You probably didn't use your Ralph's card for the discount. It's possible that there are two prices on the packaging: one indicating the price without a Ralph's card ($10.67) and another indicating the price with a Ralph's card (5.96).… Read more

I loved how large the parking lot is, not chaotic at all like HMart is. The aisles are a bit different though. They are short and there's a lot of product on the sides (shorter ends) so it can be harder to find stuff. All the produce is on the right of the store, and meat is on the left side. Home goods is in the middle. I loved their home goods section, a lot of stuff I haven't seen elsewhere ! & there's a lot of variety ! Maybe it was just my luck, but the time I purchased fresh rice paper here, it was brittle & did not taste like it was fresh which is annoying. Overall, nice store, which has a lot & cheaper than Hmart.

No offense, since I was there too, though I'm hoping to remain a control variable in that experiment. The customer service was... theoretical. The cashier seemed more focused on clocking out for lunch than checking anyone in with a smile. Her lane was technically "closed," but so was her enthusiasm for human interaction. The self-checkout machines don't even take Apple Pay. Did I teleport back to 1999? The produce aisle was equally inspiring--if you're into carrots that are packed in soggy bags. Outside, a police car idled by the entrance. Maybe it was for "added security," or maybe just moral support. Hard to tell. Either way, it didn't exactly scream "shop here again soon." I was on extra alert thinking I might get robbed. Next time, I'll take my business to Trader Joe's or Petco--even if it mean spending a bit more money.
