I love their new protein line of products!
    Desideseos A.

I really like buying certain products from Ralph's. I love their new protein-added line of groceries, and I usually buy the 3lbs of ground turkey for $10. However, their customer service could be a lot better. I wasn't asked if I needed help with anything as I wandered around the store completing my list. When I used the self-checkout, the employee seemed bothered I needed her help with something. I think employees should smile more, greet customers as they're walking in and out, and seem like they enjoy working there. There are a few cashiers who are very friendly and nice, and I did appreciate how clean the bathroom was. Additionally, make the Rewards Card easier to use. I have to open the app, go to my account, and then search for it.

Holiday Stocking stuffers and plenty of other items

This location is always clean and very well stocked. I enjoy stopping here because I can find so much that my normal store does not have. On this visit, my daughter and I found a LOT of Christmas stocking stuffers in the holiday section. The staff is always customer service friendly and they have plenty of registers open for checking out.

Fancy chocolate haul today! $4.49 bar for only $1.57. Yep

This is a great store that is only ruined by the wild packs of kids running amok from the nearby high school and middle schools before and after school hours. Theft is rampant, and these kids have no conscience or consequences, unfortunately. Things I like about this location: It is still fairly easy to find parking here, even with the addition of Habit Burger and Urbane Cafe to the mall. As previously mentioned, I avoid this mall just before and after school hours on the weekdays. It is not worth the crowds and headache. The store is organized, clean, and the employees are fairly pleasant. I like that they send me coupons in the mail. They have a points program that you can use for discounts off of Shell gas prices. The one time I used my points, I only got 20 cents off/gallon. The best thing I like about this Ralph's is the clearance baked goods. Go in the morning and you can find some nice day old breads, cakes, muffins, pies, etc. for half off or more.

Good experience at this Ralph's. First time at this location was pleasant. Plentiful parking. Not too crowded. Clean. Wide selection and well stocked, with solid prices. Easy, timely self/checkout. Has what I needed and wouldn't hesitate to stop by again!

The broken bags we were given (and charged for) at Ralph's today.

I wrote a review on Ralph's almost a year ago and gave them a one star review at that time because their AC was broken and they took, IMO, way too long to fix it. Once they did fix it, I started shopping there again because I prefer Ralph's to Vons. All that said, I've upped my rating to four stars and would have given five stars if not for the cashier, Cat, whose line I had the misfortune to be in yesterday (perhaps she was just having an off day). She started off fine by greeting me nicely but quickly became impatient and gave me the impression that she was really unhappy to be at work. Her treatment of me bordered heavily on the rude side, so much so that 24 hours later I feel compelled to write this review. Her attitude was a total contrast to the other cashiers who are consistently friendly, helpful and courteous. I really hope that Cat was just having a bad day and that she's doesn't always make her customers feel as if they're putting her out.

This is my favorite friendly neighborhood grocery store. This store has been here since I was a little kid. They have had staff that's been working here for a very long time. I like that fact that their employees have been the same employees for years now. They make a great team and are always their to help. They also have deals that you can not find in other stores. I always say keep your eyes open on their specials. Customer service to its finest at this specific location. Their staff are very helpful and friendly.

Oh, She knows who she is. i'll post a clear picture soon but maybe she was too blind to see she tried the wrong person ‍

Ah, Yelp, where one can eloquently articulate their disdain for an individual whose incompetence rivals that of a blindfolded juggler. Allow me to regale you with a tale of a certain individual whose grasp on basic human decency is as tenuous as a spider's silk in a hurricane. This lady, if one could even grace her with such a title, epitomizes the epitome of ineptitude and disrespect. Her cognitive faculties seem to dance an intricate tango with oblivion, as sound decision-making eludes her like a mirage in the desert. Her disdain for African Americans and the broader community is as palpable as the stench of week-old fish left out in the sun. One could surmise that her lack of respect for others is rivaled only by her apparent affinity for lower societal strata. One cannot help but ponder the artistic canvas that is her countenance, adorned with makeup reminiscent of a Picasso painting after a night of heavy libations. It wouldn't be entirely surprising if beneath the layers of foundation lay tattoos reminiscent of a sordid past, perhaps a memento of a bygone era filled with questionable life choices. Her demeanor screams of late-night revelries and familial ties to the less savory elements of society, casting a shadow of unprofessionalism so vast it could eclipse the sun. In conclusion, one could say that encountering such an individual is akin to stumbling upon a relic of a forgotten era, a cautionary tale of what happens when mediocrity is allowed to flourish unchecked. Parents if your child ever goes to this store before or after school please pay attention to how she treats your children. This lady shouldn't even work in store.

I never really have a difficult time finding things in stock and they are extraordinary when it comes to calling them for stock checks. Roughly 85-90% of the staff I have ever met here have been exceptionally great to be around. I used to bond with one of the girls back in my early 20s when I started coming here in the late 2000s. I know that it's probably an extrovert part of me, but the people who work here are oddly therapeutic to talk to and they make the day easier with their questions. It feels like a family whenever I talk to anyone working the cash register. I love the quality of everything at Trader Joe's. I even use their skincare. Highly recommended and comparable to large brand names for cheaper prices. I don't know how Trader Joe's always knows how to get with the times, but they do a good job most of the time getting down flavors/vibes. The ambiance is easy to navigate, very straightforward layout. I highly suggest going before lunch time/after school rush. Don't be surprised if you meet your soulmate at Trader Joe's! The bright lights and flowing conversations make it easy to talk to randoms. Please invite me if you do meet your soulmate at this one. The card I sign will most likely be from their clever card section selection. Teehee

It has a solid hot-and-ready food counter plus fresh pastries, all in one place. Parking: there are plenty of spaces, but if you drive a big SUV or truck, the lanes feel tight, so just take it slow. Inside: clean, bright, and easy to shop. Hot food is right when you walk in (to the right) which makes it perfect for a quick stop. The selection is great. They have rice, beans, pozole, chicken, pork, beef, tamales, fresh fruit, and drinks like aguas frescas. We grabbed shrimp and fish ceviche with chips (fresh and cold, perfect for game day), plus some baked goods and a few things to prep at home. Everything looked fresh and well stocked. Staff were friendly, and the store was kept nice and clean. If you need party food fast or you want a one-stop shop with better prepared food than the usual grocery run, this place is a good move.

And more recently, on July 5th, 2026. The website claims that they have churros. I went in on that day and I didn't see any churros in the display. I didn't see any of the workers besides this older lady setting up the Mexican corn cake station. She was in the pastry section so I asked her where I could find the churros. And she laughed ?!? And shook her head with no words. In her weird lack of customer experience way of letting me know, "No." They also set up these yellow metal bars all over the exit. Good luck trying to get out if you're not buying anything. I had to ask this nice lady if she could let me slide through while she was paying. They don't even have those bars in Mexico. I will not be giving this market - my money.

It's pretty fresh and not a fishy taste/smell. They will even take requests. Lately I will call one of my homegirls and yell, "Sushi Wednesdays!" And we will laugh and laugh and make our way over. Do not sleep on chunky cookie time. The singular packed chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Better than some local bakery cookies I have had and cheaper in price, but not quality. This location has my favorite sandwich and smoothie and deli/butcher. They are the friendliest people with hearts waiting to serve and you can tell they like their jobs. They are easy to exchange words with here. The store is clean and organized. I can find way more stuff here than other locations. It is spacious and it has been rare that I have been shopping while it was overly crowded. The crowded area I would say would be the sandwich/smoothie deli during lunchtime for sure because schools/colleges/trade programs in the area will all come and get the lunch specials. The sandwich deal is so smart of them to do because in this economy, it is harder to find a good deal. Back in the day, they used to include sprouts in the sandwiches for free, but now in 2026 I rarely see sprouts sold in stores even. Healthiest smoothie I have had was the green detox, highly recommended. Every single week a different smoothie goes on sale so check the weekly ads for your favorite smoothie. The meat quality is amazing always! I always get chicken, fish, and beef on sale. I have gotten sick before from meats from markets that inject hormones in the meats. I trust Sprouts a lot and have never gotten sick from their raw meats. High quality for sure.

There were other customers who also waited this long for their sandwiches, which is pretty disappointing. They have a lot of fresh meat in the butcher's shelf. There is jerk flavored chicken breasts, cajun spice flavored chicken breasts, and many seasoned kebobs. Everything looked delicious. We enjoyed our sandwiches, they were made well. My rye bread was fresh, the turkey meat had good flavor, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. We found a lot of cool things here. Japanese mayonnaise, "Kewpie Mayo". We also saw Lemon Tzatziki Potato chips, we picked up a package of peanut butter cookies on the way out. I hope that they get more efficient at the deli sandwich counter.
