I showed her the receipt on my phone and even opened the full receipt for her to review, but despite that, she treated me with disrespect and rudeness, making me feel as though I had stolen the items. Another customer who was behind me witnessed the incident and told me that she saw how disrespectfully and rudely I was treated. I am very disappointed with this experience and believe customers should be treated with respect and professionalism

What set them apart from other supermarkets are talented team who carefully selects their products and market their own brands. They offer something more than groceries, more like fashion, beliefs, and trust for their own brands. I can name many fan favorite snacks, and many people like the frozen food section too. It was my first time trying my luck at getting some. After driving from my work in El Segundo to my home in Alta Loma, I went into the Trader Joe's store, hoping to find more. Sadly, there were none left. So, I decided to ask the two gentlemen at the Service Desk area. When I asked one of them if there were any left, I was told they were sold out. I made a sad face and mentioned that it's difficult to get there early because I work full-time, and then I started to leave. A few moments later, Ray approached me and gave me the last two mini tote bags that he had been saving for himself. After hearing my story, he wanted me to have them instead. I was completely touched by his kindness and generosity. He didn't have to do that, but he chose to make someone else's day a little brighter. In today's world, it's rare to experience such genuine compassion and selflessness. Ray turned what I thought would be a disappointing shopping trip into one I'll always remember. If customers are expected to do the work themselves at self-checkout, the least the store can provide is someone who is actually willing to help when something goes wrong. Low prices don't make up for being treated poorly. I'll think twice before shopping here again.
