Lines are long but gas is cheap

I received poor customer service at this location. I had a raincheck for 2 lbs of butter and the clerk told me it was expired by 2 days and would not honor it. She was cold and rude. I would recommend going to another location. read more

Good grocery store well organized and great staff. I don't usually shop here, I don't care much for the layout of the store it's a bit obscure and crammed. I really like floral department here. The florists are really nice people and help you out. The meat department is not very good I prefer Albertsons meat section. All in all its okay grocery store. Nice people. read more

Ralphs supermarket showed me excellent customer service today. I have just recently bought two separate gas cards for Chevron gas station, and both cards were defective. It was such a relief, that the man in charge of customer service, Fred, was so understanding. He has granted me a refund for $100 for now, until he does the further research on the separate card and talks to his store director. Fred is a good person to have as a customer service representative for Ralphs. He came up with an excellent solution that kept me satisfied and will make me return as a customer. It would be dishonest to say that I wasn't a little disappointed that I didn't get the full $200 refund, but I do have great faith that the other $100 will come back to me. Thank you to Fred in customer service and also to the other woman named Carrie who helped me the previous day before. Carrie who is also in customer service also went above and beyond, to help me resolve the problem by calling the manufacturer of the card. The manufacturer made recommendations and gave me instructions. After following all instructions I came up empty-handed with no solutions. Thank you for providing me with some type of resolution.. both Representatives did excellent jobs. Thank you so much! I will now have to follow up in a couple days to see what the store director says. read more

More of a warehouse setting. Not the usual large selection of merchandise. Employees were professional.

I would love to give this store a 5 star because it actually has wonderful people that work here always so nice and friendly but the workers in the deli have horrendous attitudes!! They ruin the whole store. I have been treated so rudely multiple times. There is a guy named James that is the worst!! He has the worst attitude and rolls his eyes straight to customer face. He really needs to be retrained on customer service!!! read more

Cheapest gas in town is usually right below Costco gas by a few cents. The best time to come fill up is early morning otherwise expect a wait. If you have a Ralph's club card once you earn enough points with your grocery purchases you'll get .10 off every gallon at the pumps. It's not a lot but it helps. I always pay with my debit card here so I've never had to interact with gas station staff but I've never heard any complaints. Another thing I love about this station is that I can come here late at night or early morning and still feel safe. I would most definitely have my hubby come with me or just go by himself to pump my gas elsewhere. read more

It's always open and open late and on holidays. The place is clean and they have self check out machines which save me so much time. Never went there and couldn't find what I was looking for. One year they sold orchid leis in their floral section for a very low price around graduation time. Hope that comes back this year! read more

I can't help but give this 5 stars. Cheapest gas in town, and you even get discounts with a Ralphs rewards card. Saved about 20 cents a gallon over all compared to other stations, which does add up! Too bad Ralphs filling stations aren't in more locations. read more

The guy at the counter is a complete jerk he has light brown curly hair kind of a fro. I arrived at 10:10 to pump gas and saw that the attendant closed at 10. He was still behind the window so I got his attention and said "hello I understand you're closed but I have a quick question" he got on the mic and said "WE ARE CLOSED" and I said yes I understand I was just wondering if I can only pay cash with you or at the pump?" & he said "you can pay cash here when we are open but we are CLOSED" and was incredibly rude about it when I just had a question. I know he is probably tired of the day so I understand but that type of demeanor isn't neccassary and it was really disrespectful something I wouldn't expect from Ralph's. read more

I see avocados 2 for $1 so I buy 4 next thing I know when I'm at the register they're charging me $12 for All 4 and I never usually look at the receipt or anything but if they're do that would just that item they're doing it with a lot of different items I like to support my local grocery store but they're seriously taking advantage I am giving a 5 star only because I hate putting businesses down but realistically this is a one-star rating if you're the owner or anyone reading this things need to be fixed in the entire place. read more

Such traffic I have been coming here for a long time and usually dont have any problems other than the fact that it is constantly packed. Later at night seems to be the best time to go, but going while the sun is still out seems next to impossible, specially if youre in any kind of rush. read more

I live literally next door to a Stater Bros. and I prefer to drive the few miles to Ralphs. The cashiers and clerks are always friendly, it's a nice big store, and it never seems busy whenever I go. Ralph's Fuel Center has prolly the best gas prices in town and with the Ralph's Fuel Points, you can get an extra $0.20 off per gallon, which is huge savings these days. The problem I have is that everyone else sees the same thing I see, so the lines are as crazy as those back in the 70's during the gas shortage. Other thing is that some, more like most, people are so inconsiderate. they block both entrance lanes so you can't get into the shopping center to do business in other stores, and the direction is one way into the pump area, but there is always some a-hole that drives in the wrong way and thinks he/she is better that everyone else. Worst time to go there is between 5:00-7:00pm. read more

On 7/27/19 at 10:00 am I purchased a pound of roast beef from their deli. I consumed the roast beef at 1:00 pm and that was the only thing I consumed that day, a few hours later, I developed some sort of food poisoning. Note: the bread, cheese and mayo were purchased that same day. I made another sandwich the next day to narrow it down with the same items and eliminated the roast beef and was fine. we just love this store! we have been patrons for over 20+ years! staff is great as are the cashiers, it is so great to see familiar faces that actually are happy to see you and who great you by name--and who smile! we just love this store and it ambience. I was very surprised at the bakery items--we ordered a cake for graduation and we were not disappointed! it was exactly as we wanted it! Bakery staff was patience, very friendly and efficient. They need to enforce the one way in - some idiot decided to drive in the wrong way and then intimidating other drivers to back up so he could go out the wrong way too- dangerous situation and he looked like he would hace started something if several cars hadnt backed up - would rather spend a few cents more and not deal with crazies at these pumps. read more

I live in the High Desert. The only grocery store close to me is Stater Brothers.I don't like Stster Brothers, but I really do like Tradewinds Green Iced Tea with Honey. Staters did not carry it, but they did special order it for me, until they just stopped. Albertsons carried it as well as Vons and Ralphs. So when Staters stopped ordering it for me, when I was down the hill, (there are no Vons, Albertsons, or Ralphs in the high desert), a 50 mile round trip, I would go to any of the three afore mentioned stores to get my Green Tea. Albertsons stopped carrying it as did Vons. In desperation I went to the Raplh's at Base Line and Haven in Rancho Cucamonga and talked to the store manager. He was very nice and told me that he was out but would get some in. So I went back when he told me to return, no Green Iced Tea. He told me that he had a reset on the iced tea section and that he would be ordering some, and that he would order extra for me. He also told me that he would set up a perminite additional display of the Tradewinds to keep extra in stock. So I waited, and then I went back. There was every flaver of Tradewinds except the Green Iced Tea, I asked him about that and he said, oh well I guess were not going to carry it. Keep in mind that it is a 50 mile round trip. This made me very angry, as one would expect. But, at least I could get the regular sweet Tradewinds Iced Tea which was better then nothing. Last week I went back into the store, the display was gone, and there was only one gallon of the regular tea on the shelf. I don't appreciate being lied to, I am extremely unhappy with the manager and Ralphs as a whole. read more

The gas is always the cheapest anywhere. Great prices. Wait can be a bit of a drag but it's doable.

Now until January, if you buy six bottles of their selected alcohol, which also includes wine, you get 40 dollars in free groceries. Perfect for picking up stuff for thanksgiving. read more

I normally go to the store in rancho but stopped here because it was on the way. This store is dirtier. They also didn't have all the same products so I'm going to have to go to another store. In addition, i was in the middle of looking for an item when a young girl with a sweeper wanted me to move so she can continue through and clean up flour. There were other shoppers in the way before I could move so it took a minute and she was getting impatient. Very rude, no manners or customer service training. There also wasn't anyone by the self check so i wasn't able to get a bag and just had to throw it all back in the cart. read more

I've been going here for sometime now and I don't think I've ever had to wait to check out more then a few minutes. Everyone there is a line someone comes over and takes you. Customer service is always great I wish all retailers take them as a sample of how it is suppose to be. Pay attention to your customers as Ralphs does. read more

I normally do my shopping at Ralph's, but was very unhappy when I noticed they allow customers to bring in animals (not assistance dogs) and place them in the shopping carts. This is very unsanitary, and can be dangerous. What do they do if a child gets in a cart that a dog was previously in, and has an allergic reaction? Also, people don't want dog hair on there food, it can turn into a big problem that Ralph's may not want to take on. IT'S UNSANITARY!! read more

I love the bakery in this store. (7243 Haven Ave. Rancho Cucamonga) It is the best here. They are fresh daily, especially are made without any chemical preservatives. Sometimes I even got better deal. The staff here is very very helpful and nice. read more

This is my grocery store. Nope, I don't own it, but I've been shopping here for more than 10 years. The produce is fresh, they offer a lot of organic produce and they have a great selection with new items being added all the time. I especially like the Simple Truth line of products. The sriracha popcorn wasn't a fave even though I love Sriracha, but I am still not upset that I tried it. But now they have Perugina chocolate from Italy , I love that! Earlier this year I visited Italy and the chocolate factory in Perugia, and while I brought back boxes of chocolates, they ran out. Rather quickly I might add. The main reason I shop here though is the wonderful employees. Really they are great. Robin, Jessica and Julie do a good job of representing the company as do most of the other employees. And I would swear that Julie knows the name of every resident of Rancho Cucamonga, its nice to be remembered and valued. She is a sweetheart. Today I had to run back to the store because my ezekiel bread turned moldy. I walked in and found Jessica at the front desk. I explained the situation to her and she told me with a smile please, go grab another loaf, and sorry about that. This is the service I've come to expect from this place. And even though ocassionally I take a brief hiatus from Ralphs, only because Target is closer and sometimes I am in a real hurry. I will continue to do the majority of my shopping at Ralphs where the customer is treated like family. Also the prices are very reasonable, I am not one to drive all over town just to save 50 cents. Bad deli experiences on multiple occasions. Boars head is good quality meat but when the sandwich is made poorly it ruins the whole effect of it. My panini came untoasted (until I requested it be toasted), with huge chunks of unripened avocado which were inedible, and missing onions and lettuce which was listed on the ingredients of the sandwich I had chosen. It was doused in so much mustard I had to wipe it off. My boyfriend's did not include bacon (which was listed as an ingredient) until he asked for it. Now I understand these are nit picky things but the ingredients from the sandwiches are literally listed right in front of them so I really don't understand how the end result could be so misconstrued. The lazy/bored attitude of the employee combined with my sub par sandwich literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth. read more
