While the report I received did…read moreinclude some items, in my opinion a few very obvious issues -- such as the dishwasher, baseboards, and ceiling paint edges -- were not noted. I understand that the inspection agreement focuses on safety and structural concerns, and that cosmetic items may fall outside the primary scope. Still, as a homeowner I had expected those visible issues to be documented so they could be addressed sooner.
