20" garlic knot crust. half pepperoni

I have finally found good pizza in the Upper Valley! The pizza was not overly salted, nor did it have too much sauce. The crust was well seasoned and honestly could've been served by itself. Every bite felt like I was in a commercial--I had epic cheese pulls and said "mmm" basically the entire time. It's a popular joint so I recommend bringing a group of homies to enjoy this delicious pizza on a Friday or Saturday night if you want to see the action!

"Marguerita" pizza - the absence of basil with too much standard mozzarella overwhelmed the crust and sauce.

The restaurant ambience is nice enough, but we did takeout on a rainy-snowy day. The staff was friendly enough, but when we got home (not around the corner), we found the Marguerita was not authentic: base layer of bland mozzarella topped with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, and no basil at all. We also had a plain pie, and found that to be bland as well. It's not that the ingredients were poor - the crust was decent, the sauce was very tomatoey - but using a lot of cheese doesn't necessarily make a good pizza. The potential is there if they give the pizza some thoughtful attention.

This place has pretty good pizza by the slice considering how affordable it is. But be wary of the brew portion of their menu as they definitely up charge for those. Still a nice spot to drop in for a quick bite.

"How was your meal?" "OMG!" "My name is Andy, but thanks." The exchange right there sums it up. Three of us were very hungry after hiking Dear Leap Mountain and nothing beats a good hike than an IPA, wings and pizza/calzone. Otter Creek Free Flow IPA on draught. A very smooth, easy to drink beer. The family split an order of maple BBQ wings. Wow! What a unique, sweet, zippy, smoky combination. Awesome. Highly recommended. My 17 year old son and I split a meat lovers calzone and still had a 1/3d left to take home afterwards. My wife got a simple pepperoni gluten-free pizza. They admitted that the GF crust is not homemade. It was slightly undercooked in the middle. GF crust is very finicky crust to bake evenly. Get the middle perfect and you cardboard the edges. Practice will make perfect. We caught Ramunto's at the tail end of COVID restrictions and right before the summer season. They were apologetically understaffed but it was OK, we were in no rush. Until they, or any restaurant in transition during this period, are back up to full speed, it is best to pack some patience when visiting. Everyone is struggling find, hire, and retain good staff. It's hard to compete with pandemic enhanced unemployment.

Great pizza and great beers. The staff were very friendly and chatted with us. We got the meat lovers pizza and Stormalong Cider on tap.

Julia f's dinner post drink n float. Found my new all time favorite pizza. Ordered by the slice and I was simply blown away. Crust was soooo fluffy, oily, and garlicky. The meat was just enough and perfectly balanced the slice. Vibes 10/10. New favorite gem in hanover

The garlic knots used to be better. A good place to grab a slice and a beer with your buddies!

Okay I was NOT expecting to like Molly's this much. First of all, their BREAD and BUTTER! I'm…read moreastounded by how soft it was and how delicious (and slightly sweet?) the butter tased. I'm not normally a bread and butter before dinner gal but it hit the spot. I split two pastas, and one of them was okay, while the other was AMAZING. The chicken carbonara was a 7/10. Not a bad pasta, but nothing crazy. It really tasted like Alfredo pasta with a bit more savoryness. On the other hand, the short rib Bolognese was way better than expected. 10/10, honestly. The short rib was tender and melted in your mouth and the sauce wasn't just a standard marinara. It was richer, with a sort of creaminess and perhaps even a good amount of cheese. It was AMAZING. Definitely the spot to go in Hanover.

The positive is that we were able to put our name on the waiting list so we were seated right away once we arrived, having walked over from the Hanover Inn. Our table of six were mostly just okay with their food (burger, fish and chips, pasta). The standout item was the clam chowder which had plentiful clam pieces and a really good flavor. 5/5 The chicken nachos were pretty good 4/5 I suspect we will still go back to Molly's in the future because it is a Hanover institution and convenient, but I need to find what item to order that I will really enjoy eating.

Maddy's boneless wings - more vegetables than chicken. Some weren't fully covered in sauce. Overall not worth $15.

Their pasta dishes - comedically and nostalgically called "Suppa Time" - are served with homemade bread. In these current days, any bread served for free actually matters. But this bread is homemade. 2.) Their salads also come with homemade bread. 3.) All burgers, sandwiches, subs and wraps are served with chips. You can also upgrade to other sides. 4.) You can get not one but two sizes of calzones. 5.) You can also get two sizes of apps and sides: small and large sizes of wings, french fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and homemade bread. You can choose from 9 types of salads here and 24 pizzas, not including the make-your-own pizzas. I'd love to try most all of the combinations as they look high quality and tasty. As for the calzones and strombolis, I always thought they were the same. Apparently, calzones are circular and crimped like empanadas. Strombolis are rectangular. Both are filled with toppings and cheese. Another thing I was never aware of: Buffalo mozzarella is actually made from Buffalo milk and that is the type of mozzarella they use in their pizzas here. As a foodie, I really always thought Buffalo mozzarella was named as such because it was a big ball of cheese. But it is actually Buffalo milk which they say makes the pizza more creamy. I did not notice a difference but did enjoy my slices. Cantore's Pizza has been under new ownership since Jan 2024. I enjoyed the pizza and good selection of beers and drafts. The slices combo I ate was good. I loved that it was a family atmosphere and people were friendly and festive. I love that you can sit up at the tiny bar and have a draft but shorter patrons, take note: these bar stools are tall.

If you're looking for a master class and being ignored this place delivers. The bar wasn't busy,…read morenot even remotely yet. Somehow the priority seemed to be lovingly, organizing lime wedges, and orange slices while actual customer sat wondering if they had accidentally become invisible. The older, gray haired bartender, and his equally disengaged sidekick appeared fully committed to every task, except serving guests. After a prolonged audition for the role of "forgotten customer" I was finally acknowledged. I ordered a Chardonnay a Cabernet appeared. Whoops was the response accompanied by a menu casually tossed onto the bar, as if I should feel honored to have made it onto the radar at all. For context it was my birthday. I was waiting for my husband who had been working since 4 AM and finally arrived around eight wearing a day glow yellow work short. Hard not to see. I told him my second visit was somehow managing to underperform even my low expectations from the first , ever the optimist he brushed it off. order me a diet whatever and pick a pizza he said before heading to the men's room to wash up 10 minutes later after he returned only to discover we were still sitting there untouched, unserved, and apparently participating in some sort of social experiment on customer neglect at that point, he tossed a $20 bill on the bar. You're welcome by the way for the unearned $20. I'm sure that covered more than just my few sips. We left immediately. was their surprise on their faces. Hard to tell that would've required them to actually notice customers. Maybe the food would have been great, we won't ever know. The locals may love it, but if you are traveler, looking for hospitality, service, or even basic acknowledgment that you've entered the building you may want to keep driving. Come for the citrus organization. Stay because nobody remembers you're there.
