Screenshot of Yelp showing it says they allow dogs

Everywhere I could find online says Rancho Bar 7 allow dogs but they don't. I don't know how good the food is but it was a bummer because we had this listed as a destination spot on our way through town. Please update your online and Yelp info as it was the second such place in town that is listed as dog-friendly but it's not true. To be clear, we have two tiny dogs in a stroller and it was still a no-go. Super hangry and frustrating situation with little to zero apologies from the staff after I said it was listed as such online Even if the weather allowed us to leave them in the car, I wouldn't go back.

We stopped in for a drink after eating nearby. Walking in there is a separate entrance for bar away from the restaurant itself. You can of course still order food in the bar area. The bartender was friendly and pretty efficient. Unfortunately they don't have any sour beers or ciders here. However they do have many seltzers etc. it's mostly beer and of course hard alcohol. We ordered a beer on tap as well as the huckleberry peach margarita that was on special. Both were great, but the margarita was so dang good! It had a smooth taste and I really enjoyed it. I can't comment on food as we didn't have anything.

First time checking out this bar this weekend. This place is a cool little restaurant/ bar in the front is the restaurant/bar and in the back area there is a more open bar area, partially outside. Where live bands play. The bartenders and waitress's were going all night , they kept up and made sure we were good. The food was good. As well. It came out fresh and hot

The food here is amazing, I have eaten here for 5 years and never had a bad meal. Taco tuesday is the BEST!! Soups are homemade every day, great salad bar too. Don't miss Tina's mud pie for dessert. Live bands on Friday and Saturday nights, and the ambience is authentic Cowboy.

Food service and Ambiance is always a success here at Rancho Bar 7. It's a country as it gets here in Wickenburg Arizona. The decor is Desert Western Culture with a hard stance service as it's an icon over decades serving visitors and locals. You could enjoy ordering their great steaks n fixings or large chimichanga dressed up with sour cream guacamole red or green spicy sauce. Menu is balanced and plate serving is large. Faint low key country tunes fill the restaurant atmosphere. Wooden tables and floors with a bit of mission decor adds to comfort ease to your experience. Don't be shy to ask questions with staff as they add their own flavor of desert country. Weekends they have local country artists playing to folks tunes of today and yesteryears. Come and stop by say Howdy and glad you arrived either in their saloon or restaurant.

DW and I have been coming here for 24 years now, through about five sets of owners, most good, some bad. Back then, it was the only place in town you could get a Reuben. When owner #4 started serving microwaved canned food, we took it out of our rotation... but when we learned it had changed hands again, we gave it another try, and we're pleasantly impressed. The current menu has a few quirky and unusual offerings that are especially good -- such as the Fried Ravioli, which we both enjoy lots, and Michelle's Spicy Goulash, a zinged-up version of a dish our family knows as "American chop suey." The Pepperoni Flat Bread is like a "French bread pizza" with oodles of cheese (too much, if that's possible). They offer a creditable steakhouse menu (oddly enough, I don't think we've ever had steak here), a full complement of burgers, a fine variety of American sandwiches, and standard Mexican specialties (chimis, nachos, poppers). There's an AYCE soup and salad bar. Cap off your meal with one of their classic comfort desserts, like the brownie sundae, the fried pie, or "Tina's Mud Pie." So glad it's once again worth going here! (Fun fact: This restaurant is one of the oldest continuously operating establishments in town. It's one of only two listings in the 1955 Wickenburg phone book that is still in operation... and it still has the same name and phone number that it had 70 years ago!)

Let me tell YOU!! This bar is AHHHMAZING!! I had the pleasure of getting to know "Mo" the bartenders when I came to visit my friend. Mo is fantastic, she's a hoot, she's sarcastic, fun, sweet, and down right fucking amazing. I'm a bar manager and 1 I'd hire her in a heartbeat! The food was great but the service was IMPECCABLE! Definitely recommend this bar 100%

Delicious meal in Wickenburg on the way home from Las Vegas. Really friendly service staff. Huge portions - we should have shared!

Nice patio and waitresses, good salad bar, good pot roast. More choices would be nice, some variety. Too much fried food.

Ordered a medium rare steak. They burned it! And the service sucked too. I can't believe anyone would eat here twice.

We knew right there that we picked the right restaurant. I asked the sweet lady her name. She says Lydia! We asked about the Chile sauce and she brought us samples. No one ever offers that in my experience. We both had our eyes wide open with desire to have more. So we ordered our tamales enchilada style with an egg! When you know, you know! Lydia offered us a military discount (usually we have to ask) she thanked my husband for his service. Our meal honestly was THE best we had during our entire trip in Arizona. I told Lydia that she was so sweet and thanked her for treating us like family! She must have sensed I needed a hug, so she asked me for one. Little did she know our trip to Arizona was to say our last goodbye to my cousin in hospice. I'll always remember Lydia and her delicious meal. Hope to return soon!

The chili itself was not good and they use small chunks of pork, not beef and not much of it. The green chili lacked flavor. This used to be a very good dish. The prices have gone up above what it should be for the quality of the food and the prices are too high as well. The service is still though. Not going to visit here again and that is unfortunate.

Both were delicious and prepared to our liking. Service was excellent, Christina was our server, she was friendly, funny, efficient, and attentive. It's still a throwback to the old-school hacienda style of how the old west used to look or was imagined to look. Details painted in bold colors, lots of big timber in the decor and windows. Tons of windows. Lunch was a couple of big glasses of iced tea, a thick, juicy Reuben, and house-made chips followed by a peanut butter cookie all of which totally hit the spot. My dining companion had the Filet & Wedge and claimed it to be perfect in every way. The wonderful waitress who served us was cheerful and over-the-top helpful. We were there in the off-season, most of the resort is under some kind of remodel, and I'm pretty sure there were only 3 people running the place - and two of them were being interviewed, which was kind of exciting to watch. She went out of her way to dig up some brochures and explained all the new stuff being built. It wasn't like we were the only people in there either! There was a pretty good crowd of what seemed to be regulars, the way they greeted each other and continued to talk from table to table - and they had a group of 60 finishing up a round of golf headed their way. But really, it's the views. The chairs are comfortable enough to sit for bit and just take it all in with a few slow deep breaths and let the wonder of it all soak in. There might not be much in Wickenburg, but there doesn't have to be. The views are the best attraction there is. It's worth the drive but check for construction detours and if it's the off-season, check to see what's open by calling, don't rely on online info. The other two places I wanted to visit are actually closed for the summer.
