Rancho Dental is the worst dental office I've ever been at, the staff is really rude, when I called the first time I ask if they accept my insurance , they assured me they did, at the end they don't work 100% with Delta Dental, if you go with them wait for a bill, my 2 daughters were there just for cleanings, the hygienist was super rude with one of them, I was there just for a consultation, no procedures, my bill $420 ,they sent a bill to my house with no descriptions of treatments, just expecting me to pay for it, my insurance covers 100 % of cleanings, not with Rancho Dental, when I called to ask, the lady on the phone was rude, with a bad attitude because I was inquiring about my bill, make yourself a favor, don't go to Rancho Dental, there are other cleaner, newer, nicer and with a better staff than theirs, in order to leave a review I am force to leave a star, they don't deserve stars, not even one. read more

My son, being clumsy and a 10 year old had a skateboarding accident chipped his three front teeth pretty badly. I happened to pull up this dentistry on google by chance and called to see if there was anything they could do. The lovely lady on the phone informed me if we could get there immediately they could give him an emergency appointment. Thankfully they took our insurance and from the time we got there to the time they took him back was less then 15 mins. Dr Dan explained what was going on and what he recommended for my sons teeth they reassured him and he took it pretty well. Been going here for over 20 years. Dr.Perry is excellent and makes getting any dental work virtually painless. Seriously, you won't feel any shots. He's the best and I've been to top dentist in LA, Denver and NorCal. The staff is friendly and most have been there 20 years. The office is clean and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. I had a lot of anxiety going to a dentist after having my teeth worked on by military dentist the last four years. I came into this office with a toothache from a cavity that probably was filled incorrectly twice prior to Dr. Perry working on it. They updated everything in my file. Got my teeth cleaned ( partially because there wasn't enough time aka my teeth were a mess ) new xrays, and had a care plan set before I was finished with my appointment. I am also dual insured by tricare and delta, the front office (not sure of her name) was precious enough to call both insurers to see which would cover better and called me no less than 30 mins after I left to go over my options. This eased my mind as I was able to better plan my appointments and finances for future dental work. Although Dr. Perry's prices can be "considered high" for his work I can tell you firmly that it is worth it. You will never need to come back and get something fixed or altered over and over again. He will not waste your time or money either. After Dr. Perry called after business hours to make sure my pain went away was hands down proof that he cares about the well being of his patients. From the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dental assistants to the actual dentist is all hands down 5 stars. read more

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Dr. Dan is! I first started going to him a few years ago when he was in San Diego after not going to the dentist for several years due to the anxiety and fear i have going to the dentist. I am TERRIFIED of dental work. I had to have a few root canals, cavities filled and crowns...it wasn't painful AT ALL! I am serious...it never hurt once. Dr. Dan takes time to make sure you are numb and checks in with you while he is working on your teeth to make sure you aren't feeling anything. He explains everything before it happens so there aren't any surprises. The staff at this office is also incredibly sweet and friendly! They can carry on a conversation which is so great to help keep your mind off where you currently are. lol Dr. Dan isn't in our dental network with our insurance so it does cost more then if we went to someone in our network but going to somewhere i know i wont be in pain and once i get there the anxiety is lifted is worth every single penny. I have recommended him to anyone who asks and always hear great things. For anywhere with anxiety and fear over dental work this is the place for you :) read more

The only reason why I'm giving this dental practice any stars is because of their wonderful front office staff, dental hygienists and the wonderful assistants. The dentists have AWFUL bedside manners! I had x-rays done during a routine cleaning and the dentists were not there/available to look at the x-rays or look at my teeth. The dentist called me days later saying I had 7 cavities (mind you I have NEVER had 7 cavities in my entire life) and that I needed to make an appointment to have them filled. I requested an appointment to review the x-rays with Dr. Perry and he agreed. When I went into the appointment, I was hoping to get an explanation as to why he saw 7 cavities after filling 3 the year before in his office. He said they were a conservative practice and he would be more than happy to send my x-rays out to get a second opinion by a doctor of HIS choosing. I asked if he could look into my mouth to see if the x-rays were correct and he REFUSED!! Luckily, I got a second opinion because he was wrong! If you want a beautiful dentist office, this is your place. If you want a dentist who is trustworthy and with good bedside manner STEER CLEAR of this dental office!! read more

My friend Manjit Singh went here for his teeth cleaning and asked for new patient special. the staff told its $129.00 for cleaning and x-rays and doctor examination. So he got appointment date from them. On the day appointment they did x-rays and his lower teeth cleaning and doctor examined x-rays and teeth. The staff told we have to schedule another day for upper teeth and told another $99.00 should pay for next appointment. They told it takes 2 hours for everything before the first visit. On the appointment day they took 1 hour for the half of the service. I couldn't understand why they didn't warned us it might take 2 appointments and each appointment has a fee. Someone won't come and ask, please tell me price I want to clean half of my teeth. Its ridiculously making helpless for patient to come over and pay for cleaning of second part of teeth. read more

To everyone who took the time to write statements about RANCHO DENTAL. I am very happy that the service YOU have received at this office has been so outstanding. It is amazing that some of you have been patience there for 20 years and less but never thought this office was so wondetful until this complant was filed. I am sure the DOCTORS or OFFICE STAFF ask many, are all of you to write statements for them. I don't know the Doctors in this office. They were not men enough to ask me to return to their office so they could speak to me face to face. They choose to write to the BBB and make this all my fault. Then say we are sorry that You felt that way. There is no way I could have made up what happen to me at this office, I only walked in one time and only one day. I don't know are care if they have other BLACK PATIENCES, that lady made it very clear that this BLACK person was not welcome. She even made the statement we have many AA. I am not AA, I am a Black woman. Now I feel these Doctors have choose to make this a bigger issue. If the Doctors had called me and ask me to return to their office and speck with them, this would have been over. They choose to hide behind, that they had no way of contacting me. All my information was on the BBB complaint. I didn"t file the complaint until the following week hoping to hear from the the Doctor. They could have said in the BBB statement, we would like for her to return to our office. Another lie they keep stating is that I was looking for a female dentist. I simple ask the lady if the Dentist was a female. That's when she stated no the Doctors are two brothers. I never said to her I ONLY WANT A FEMALE OR I WILL ONLY TAKE A FEMALE. Dr. Perry, his staff, the office are the only dental practice I trust in this valley, and I've been a one time patient in multiple dental practices.
