I thought I would update my previous review of this joke of a dentist office. I only wish I could give a lower rating than one star. After months of further pain and discomfort I went to a Endodontist who was immediately able to diagnose that the tooth directly behind the tooth that Jackson did the root canal on was cracked and the reason I had so much pain and discomfort. He looked at my original Xrays from Jackson and he was dumbfounded at how a dentist would just move forward on a root canal on a healthy tooth with no visible issues per the xrays. Now, because this tooth has been cracked for so long it is now dead and I have to have the tooth pulled and a implant installed. So great job Jackson for charging me $2500+ for a root canal I didn't need and now because you misdiagnosed me, and so much time has gone by, I now have further expenses for an implant. You really should go back to dental school and get more training. Yelpers, I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. read more

Hello! A couple months ago I had horrible wisdom teeth pain for the longest time and I kept looking for a trustworthy and affordable place. I called here and spoke to a man named chip and he helped me make my appointment for my wisdom teeth surgery the same day!! He was so nice and so reassuring and was able to talk me through my payment plan all in one day it felt too good to be true. They have one day out of the month that they have the surgeon come in so I came in that day and my procedure went smoothly! My swelling wasn't bad and went away so fast! I recommend this place to everyone, they are so nice and the surgery overall was great, my wounds are fully healed now with no issues. Thank you to all the staff that made it so easy! read more

Furious at outrageous interaction with Manager/Customer Service issue rep CHIP as he claimed to have an issue with my husband leaving after he waited over an hour for a cleaning, which appears to have been delayed because he didn't opt for the more expensive cleaning. I've also experienced 1+ hours delays here myself but tried to brush it off. Just SO upset that their customer service response is to claim offense that my husband left after an hour when they told him it would be 20 minutes more. They CLAIM his appointment was an hour later (11), but they didn't mention that when they gladly took him into the office on-time (10). Leaving this horrendous dentist's office, and so is my husband and daughter. PLUS they claim it is 6 months out to schedule any appointments - ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. read more

I don't usually write reviews because I am so busy with family life, but I felt like this was important enough. I had to have a tooth removed. The place of this tooth was right next to the place I had a traumatic experience removing my wisdom tooth. The procedure couldn't have gone better! Dr. Jackson was gentle and before I knew it, the tooth was up and out! I've had more stress getting kids ready in the morning! The pain afterwards has been pretty minimal too. I thought it would be way worse. I will definitely come back for any more treatments that I need. He is also very knowledgable and gives options. I love options. He also doesn't push any extra treatment. The hygienist I saw was also really great. Because of some mental health issues, I have a hard time being regular in brushing and flossing my teeth. She came up with a game plan to help me. I really appreciated her compassion and problem solving abilities. The two men who run the front office are also fantastic. They are very thorough showing in showing cost options for treatments and helping figure out what's absolutely necessary and what's best. I had a payment issue and I was feeling embarrassed but they put me at ease with encouragement and showing now I can pay for things in stages as I'm getting the treatment. I really appreciate the positivity. This line of business can be really stressful but you can tell they love their job. Sometimes, treatment or cleaning has taken longer that expected. But, if they people working there are giving their patients and much time as they need, that means they will do the same with me so it's worth the wait. read more
