Easy access and good fast food grade (not gourmet) Tex-Mex fare. Don't find the staff particularly friendly or good listeners. Little requests like extra onions, ice, sauce, etc. will fall on deaf ears. read more

I've been coming here for years every time my family comes to Buffalo. I'm sad to report the last couple of times have been disappointing. This time took the cake. Terrible service. First of all.... The location is listed wrong on Yelp. The restaurant is located on the opposite side - next to McDonalds. The place is clean, the atmosphere is nice, the service was fine. The chips were warm and fresh the salsa was very very bland and lacked seasoning. We asked for a spicier salsa, which they quickly brought, but again it lacked flavor. We added salt and lime juice, which made it edible. I ordered street tacos which were good & had a nice avocado wedge on each taco, which made it yummy. The beans were well seasoned, but the rice was hard, clumpy and not appealing. My hubby ordered streak mexicana which was okay, but extremely spicy - it felt as if there was no happy medium or balance. On our way back to houston we got hungry. Sick of fast food we had to pass up the mcd's and taco bell. Spotted this place and pulled in. I ordered the street tacos and nancy the chicken taco alacarte plus chunky guacamole. When they say chunks its chunky but great flavor. We will never step foot in this place again. We were seated in the back room and as soon as we sat down, there was a roach on the wall right behind me and another crawling on the booth next to ours. We sat and waited for at least 20 min to ORDER or food and we had to go and get them so we could order. And then when I asked for a refill on Dr Pepper, they brought back a water. And last the waitress ran out of straws and gave me one that was busted and already opened. So there for I give this place one star. read more

Met a friend for a late lunch at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Food tasted edible!?!! However, at 6:00 p.m. my wife became violently ill. This lasted throughout the night until around 4:00 a.m. when vomiting subsided. Diarrhea and fever continued for three days. Now under a doctor's care, with four prescriptions, she is recovering. (There is no clinic or 24-hour pharmacy in the Buffalo area...very distressing.) FOOD POISONING is a VERY serious illness. read more

The service is exceptional here. Lots of waiters and very attentive. Great chips and salsa. Some menu items better than others but overall great for a small town. Halfway between Houston and Dallas so lots of passers by but a favorite with locals. Thursday's are busy because Margaritas which are great here are half price on Thursdays. The restaurant was on the south rather than the north side of Hwy 79. It was fantastic for lunch. I had tacos a carbon. The beef was marinated and grilled cubes. Wonderful. My husband had tamales with chili and liked it, also. We did not see any bugs or evidence of them. read more

Stopped in because of all the great reviews. Had our 15 month old puppy with us and asked if she could be on the patio. They said yes. Walk to the patio and THREE workers attack us saying she can't be out there. They thought we would just tie her up in the parking lot. Yeah, we walked out as other customers were saying to just leave her alone!! Not pet friendly even in the patio. Next. No option for zero stars. read more
