I was told it "should be covered by insurance" and that I'd only pay the difference, so I agreed to move forward. At checkout, I paid $350 and was told I'd be reimbursed after insurance was billed. Later, I found out my insurance didn't cover it at all. My concern wasn't that insurance denied the claim, it was that I was led to believe my coverage had been verified. Had I known I would likely be responsible for the full cost, I would have waited until I was financially ready. I asked if they could offer a discount given the misinformation, but after more than two months of trying to reach the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do because I had received the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and willingness to address my concerns. I ended up canceling my follow-up appointment and won't be returning. I would recommend confirming that your insurance has actually been verified before agreeing to any treatment that could leave you paying out of pocket.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Arce, he was as gentle as possible and explained my procedure and options , which help put me at ease. Kaniya and Ara were very friendly, warm and attentive. You are in good hands at this office! October 1st Today , I had an initial exam and consultation. I'm always nervous about going to the dentist and did not know what to expect. Manfredo was very professional, warm and gentle when completing my X-rays. Dr. Paralles' presence further put me at ease , he has a very calming demeanor. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly and was very gentle during my examination. Both periodically checked in on my comfort level throughout my entire visit. I have a tooth that really needs to be extracted and it had a build up of plaque behind it but they tried to convince me that it was a serious infection. I chose to return to his office because of the trust I have in his expertise. Before coming back, I consulted two dentists closer to my new location. One said the procedure could not be done and recommended a root canl specialist, while the other explained that the treatment would be too complex and would require three separate visits. Dr. Stephen Hiroshige carefully evaluated my case and personally completed the root canal treatment. The entire procedure was virtually painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout. While the drive was long, it was absolutely worth it. The XRay tech was super nice and made sure I was comfortable with my X Rays. They took both an XRay and a 3D photo of my bite. Luckily I had no cavities but i needed a very deep cleaning!
