The team…read morethat came out last week did not really clean or sanitize the contents of the office that was effected by the water, nor did they clean the bathroom. It was filthy when they left. Chris Fleming, the project manager, came back out and saw the mess and immediately requested that dispatch send another team out. Diego and Wilbur came today. Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement. We are very happy and cannot say enough what an awesome job they did. Thank you to Chris Fleming for making this right, and thank you to Diego and Wilbur for your professionalism and amazing work.

They are highly unprofessional and incompetent. Do not make the mistake of thinking they will finish your project skillfully or on time. You are better off finding qualified tradesmen specializing in specific areas, who care and take pride in the work they do. This company is nothing more than an embarrassment to the industry. They will do low-grade work and leave your home worse off than it was.

We had a very disappointing experience with Lifestyle Home Builders at Rountrey…read more After visiting their model home on February 7th, we spent nearly a month working with their sales team--reviewing lots, discussing pricing, and preparing to move forward. On March 2nd, we were told via email that our preferred lot had a discounted price, which motivated us to act quickly and schedule a contract appointment for March 7th. On the day of that appointment, we were informed (as we were leaving our house) that it had been canceled due to a $30K price increase, and they would not honor the pricing we had been discussing. After a week of poor communication and multiple follow-ups, they came back with a revised offer, which we were willing to accept--only to change the terms again the very next day and remove the discount entirely. At that point, we walked away. While we understand pricing can change, the constant back-and-forth, lack of communication, and failure to honor their word made it impossible to trust them. If you're considering building with them, be cautious--get everything in writing and don't assume pricing or terms will hold. We've decided to wait for the new section of Rountrey to be released and will be moving forward with a builder that is more professional, trustworthy, and client-focused. Very disappointing experience.

Lifestyle Builders did a HORRIBLE job on a house they built for a close family member of mine. It…read morestarted with them building the foundation with one color of bricks and finishing it with a different color, and it only got worse from there. From gaps between the boards in the screened in porch, cuts in the kitchen floor, and a leaking and crooked skylight to major cracks in the sheet rock within two years from the day it was built, this house was a total disaster. Worse yet is the fact that Lloyd Poe and his company refused to fix most of the problems. I would discourage everyone from doing business with this horrible and unethical company.
