I realllllyyyy didn't want to go to the dentist. Especially after the last week of horrible or at least discouraging experiences with three others. I had a filling break in my upper right molar, the tooth eroded, and the nerve got infected. One doctor told me it was $3,000 to fix it, I left. The other doctor scheduled me not one, but two appointments and kept neither. I called everyone who answered the phone until I reached Randy's office. The staff was nice, but so is every other dentist office at first. This guy... super professional. The dental block was painless, his injection technique is flawless and long story short, this was the most pleasant and "technically informative" sessions i've ever had. They truly understand the "If... Then... Else" logic of dentistry and are confident in their profession. I went in for a root canal and crown, and I couldn't have left happier. I didn't even have to take any of my pain meds yet, it was that gentle. Seriously: Go here. I signed up for Yelp just to brag about this place. read more

If not for the receptionist I'd give this place a zero. Yes a zero. Took wife in for a checkup. Took them over 2 hours to consult her and refer her to a specialist. It was like going to see a movie at the theaters except watching a scene over and over again. I kid you not, it was like a broken record. They explained to her what needed to be done and in what matter but over 20 times. Changed my seat in the waiting room to get a bird's eye view of all the interactions in the examination room. My only regret is not getting popcorn. So with that being said, they managed to accomplish xrays and a consultation and referral. Yippee. Great productivity guys! All in a little over 2 hours. The staff are very friendly; the patient & provider relationship goes beyond the walls of the clinic. You get a sense of belongingness and they know each patients on a personal level. Patients are treated like family. We receive gifts on holidays, plus the giveaways on your visits, & toys/rewards for my little boy. From the first step into Dr. Lozada's office, it was a pleasant experience. All of the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I had zero discomfort while having my mouth worked. Also, my last dentist was very "old school" and had stuff that was way outdated (which is partly why I hadn't been in a long time), but Dr. Lozada has a beautiful facility that has all the latest stuff (or at least much more modern than I am used to). So here is the real about my experience. I absolutely hate the dentist!!!!! I only go when I'm in pain. Well thanks to Dr. Lozada I now go back for my follow ups and cleanings. Did I mention I hate really large dental chains? Once I found Dr. Lozada and I just love everything about Pinnacle Peak. It's always easy to make an appointment. Christina is really gentle when I she consults about additional work you may need. She's Not pushy and didn't sound like a sales person. The guys are hilarious. Brad and Henry both were really reassuring that things would be fine and took the time to share some of their experiences. They held great conversation to take my mind off dental work. Now let's talk about the man behind the band. Dr. Lozada is really gentle. His passion to fix you up and send you on your way is extraordinary. He will save a tooth before pulling one out. He has saved my same tooth twice. And gave me a root canal where I didn't feel any pain. Anyways I have received nothing but his best work every time no matter how late it is. So after years of not smiling and avoiding mirrors, I now have an awesome smile, thanks to Dr. Lozada. I have seen other dentists in the past, that have proposed extensive treatment plans and in less than desireable treatment rooms, some without sinks and questionable sterile procedures. After two visits including a cleaning I was fitted for dentures and scheduled for oral surgery. Dr. Lozada was professional yet gentle during my teeth extraction and denture fitting.
