The only thing I did not like was their Cherry Lemonade, yuck. They seemed understaffed and were very busy at lunch time. That being said everyone was friendly abd everything was correct. It's literally the only place I went that day, so that was pretty disappointing as well. Overall, it wasn't just the food. Mistakes happen. It was the lack of attention and customer service that left the bad impression.

Not inedible, but reheated too many times or for too long. Beans and rice were very good, always a good sign. I had horchata, a simple rice based NA beverage, and was very pleased with it. If you're craving a Mexican breakfast in TC, this is your best bet.
