Yum! Definitely a must if you're in the area or after Shake Shack. Cute little shop with an enticing display of beautifully crafted donuts. Definitely on the pricier side- I've never paid so much for a donut. The customer service was alright. We were literally the only ones in the store and I felt like I was being rushed by the worker. She also wasn't very helpful when we asked questions- kinda had an attitude and seemed annoyed that we were even asking her anything. My sister and I both got the nutella donut. It was tasty cause I was craving Nutella, but other than that, I dont think it was anything special. It had Nutella and graham cracker, I believe, which I could not even taste. Came back and tried the Sausage Breakfast sandwich that was recommended to me by management and thought it was delicious! It's a donut cut in half stuffed with eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, and hash browns. What's not to love? Grabbed another two donuts. Red velvet and a glazed. The Red Velvet had a cakey texture and was cooked well. I'm not a huge fan of the cakey texture but if you are, I recommend it. The Glazed was still undercooked though not as bad as the first time. There was a bit of raw dough in the middle. A buddy of mine noticed the same thing, but he didn't seem to mind, he was regretting not getting a second! haha I hope they are able to work out the kinks for some of their donuts, but if not the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich is a winner. I'm not a local so I had to check out the hype around Randy's. I opted to get the raised chocolate glazed as my test case. The chocolate was on point. Great quality and not too much icing. The donut itself was a bit different. It almost felt like a soft sponge when pressed. Not quite like some of the airy/pillowy donuts or the firmer ones you get from some places. It was somewhere in the middle of those two and I definitely enjoyed it. Lost a star bc it was a little greasier (not much, but more than I've seen) compared to other craft donut shops. I've never been to the original randy's donuts and randomly came upon this newer one that I had no idea existed. I was excited to try it out and was not disappointed by the churro donut which will only be available for a limited time. It was a glazed donut with some type of caramel or dulce de leche topping with little churro pieces in the middle. I had to restrain myself from ordering more than one donut but went ahead and took a bite of my friends orders. There is a donut that tastes just like the somoa girl scout cookies and another that is blueberry flavor but not too sweet (without the glaze). The inside is small but there wasn't too long of a line when I went and I liked how inside they had a wall highlighting how randy's donuts has been featured in the media (like Futurama). A Randy's Donuts without a 15 min wait?? A Philz and Shake Shack with same parking? Amazing... These donuts are so good. I've never had one I didn't like. I just tried one of their square donuts that are like if their Raised Sugar donut has a baby with a flaky croissant. My go to is the Raised Coconut, but the Raised Sugar and glazed are good too. As someone who grew up in Westchester in the 50's & 60's, there is only one, "Big Donut", now Randy's. The original site on Manchester & the 405, is where you go for the real deal! I know there are several donut places with similar large donuts on there buildings. I'm referring to the Big Donut on Manchester & the 405. This new store on Rosecrans, is not reminiscent of Randy's, or the Big Donut. It's simply a store that's sells donuts. They do have a much smaller donut on the building. Yet it has a Homer Simpson look to it. I will say, they are very good donuts, but it's the look & atmosphere they lack. Lastly, the staff, a bit rude & seemed to hurry us, even though we we're the only people in line at the time. If we're in the immediate area, we'll stop in. I'm super excited this location opened...Randy's Donuts aside from Bob's at the Grove is the best in LA. If you have a midnight craving or want to see the GIANT Famous Randy's Donut Sign go to the Inglewood location but I can guarantee you will get the same tasty, airy, yummy donut in El Segundo. They are known for the chocolate glaze donut. However, you will not be disappointed in the glazed, sugar, buttermilk, long johns, cronuts etc... My mouth is watering just writing the review. Great donuts, good value and terrific service! I ordered online the night before for some donuts I wanted to bring into my office. I liked the flexibility to create a mixed dozen that ranged from old standards to fancy/premium donuts. When I arrived the next morning, everything was ready to go, and the cashier was friendly and helpful. When I got to the office everyone from the receptionist to the resident hipsters was delighted with the selection, and all the donuts flew out of the box! Personally I had half an apple fritter (they're huge) and half a bacon topped maple long John, and both were super fresh and absolutely delicious. I accidentally stumbled upon this place today. I came to Philz after picking up a friend from the airport and while we were waiting for our coffee we saw a massive line here for the doughnuts. Came in on a Friday afternoon around 3PM with virtually no line and parking was miraculously open right out front. The parking structure out back isn't too far but definitely still a little less convenient. Another plus was that the case was pretty much fully stocked so there was a big selection to choose from. The staff was helpful in pointing out which donut was which in cases where it wasn't quite apparent from just the picture on the menu. They also made sure to mention that not everything on the menu would be available. I think that having some labels in the display case might help, too, but that's just a minor suggestion. Picked up the Red Velvet for myself and as described by another review, it's definitely got more of a cake consistency than donut, so just be aware of that. Still tasted great, but very much so on the small side compared to the rest of the selection (see pic for reference) I definitely want to come by in the morning some time to try out the selection when it's more fresh, and I'm definitely in for a Choc Long John w/ Cream next time I stop by - it looked delicious. Update: White Choc Ganache and Choc Long John w/ Cream were superior picks! Delicious indeed. read more

I stopped in at 6:30 on a Saturday. There was plenty of parking available, and about 5 people in line. I had ordered a bunch of donuts for the familia, regular glazed and cinnamon rolls. The inside of the establishment doesn't look impressive and looks too corporate but I assure you, you come here just simply for the donuts. I got their glazed raised, chocolate twist, red velvet cake batter, and their lemon old fashion! They were all absolutely to die for. With every bite, the dough is fresh and soft, leaving your taste buds to crave for more. Beware the lines do get long on the weekends so come early or really late in the afternoon!
