This is our third pest control company and the first time that we haven't had scorpions for cockroaches in the house. They also address the rat problem we have because we live on a golf course, and we haven't had any in our attic since they started traps in the yard. We also used them to remove a beehive last summer, and there was no damage to our wall or any lingering bees. Great service! read more

Based on the positive reviews, I contacted Ranger Pest Control through their website for an estimate. I expected to wait a couple of days, maybe a week for a response. A month and a half later, still no response. Not a great way to do business. read more

We researched a lot of companies and were on the fence about who to use until our Germain from Ranger pest control was spraying a house across the street from and he casually smiled and waved to us while we were sitting in our driveway. That is a lost art here in Vegas! People don't wave and say hi to strangers!! I immediately looked up the company and they have very good reviews (which I expected just from the how genuine Germaine was). You mix the thoroughness of his spray, extreme precautions around the cats (the fact he likes cats), and the fact that the initial service was free with a minimal bimonthly fee is unbeatable. What we payed for a whole year was cheaper than the initial cost of the first spray and that is without the monthly fees for the year. Satisfaction is guaranteed and I recommend Germain for any home!! read more

When there's something strange in your backyard, who you gonna call? Not the ghostbusters...unless it is a specter, then yes call the ghostbusters. But if it is unwanted pests, then call Ranger Pest Control. Today, Germaine stopped by our house to provide pest control services. He was a half hour early for his appointment and I appreciated that very much. If you want to get on someones bad side, arrive at the end of the appointment window or later. This was not the case. Germaine was extremely personable and easy to talk to. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure to be reassuring on using the spray in the house with cats. He explained the fee schedule, when they would come out next, and what to do if the next scheduled date (sent out around 5 days in advance via email) did not work with our schedule. He deep sprayed the outside perimeter of the house and property line, the inside of the garage, and the inside of both levels of the house all for an introductory rate of 30 dollars. Bimonthly treatments for the outside only are 60 dollars every two months with a 10 dollar extra charge for the inclusion of the interior. Either way, we are happy with the service so far. Overall a great experience for a first time pest control request. read more

I just have to say that Ranger Pest Control is top notch. Super professional and equipped to handle all of your pest control needs. They didn't just come and spray. They asked questions and cared about the specific needs of our residence. Germain explained what he was doing and also explained the monthly service rates and scheduling. I have yet to see any type of insects since our initial service and know that if I do the people at Ranger will take care of it. It's good to find an honest company to do business with. Elijah texted he was en route, was very prompt and courteous. He explained what bugs would be eradicated and that we might see a few initially until the spray got the best of them. I originally spoke to Cody on the phone to set up an appointment. Cody did a great job of explaining the entire process over the phone. A few days later, Jakob came out to my house to spray for some pesky little critters. We have been having issues with scorpions, spiders and ants mainly. Jakob took the time to explain the safety of the chemicals (we have a little padawan in training and couple of dogs), answer any questions I or my wife had and paid special attention to our palm trees and fences where the scorpions and spiders like to hide. He has been to our house twice for preventative type services. He has been very respectful, honest and professional in his dealing with us.
