I chose this location (Neil St. Champaign IL) for convenience but the unexpected closures have been a nuisance. I have called and left unanswered messages and my emails are never returned.

The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Car wash is a scam. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did.

I stopped here in the middle of a road trip looking to spray off the underneath of my car and get off all the Chicago salt, which you can't do with your regular pull-through car wash. Lo and behold I found this gem! Not only did I spray off the under body, but I used the foam brush and tire cleaner. My car is so clean now! If I was using quarters at a typical coin wash, I would probably be out $25 considering the time I spent washing and vacuuming.
