The interior and beds are simple and clean too. Ashley, who was my massage therapist, was excellent. I asked for a deep tissue massage. She asked where I wanted her to focus the massage on, and she really listened. She could also tell where I had a lot of knots and asked me if I'd like her to focus on that area. I started with a 60 min massage, and then changed it to 90 mins so that she could get rid of the tightness in my shoulders/upper back and also have extra time to work on the rest of my body. I will say Ashley can do a relaxing light massage, but she's really good at giving a practical knot-and-tightness-removing one. I went in with discomfort and came out feeling so much better and lighter. A hot stone massage also came with it! I highly recommend giving this place a try and especially having Ashley as your therapist. She's very mindful of the body and knows what she's doing. I'm convinced that he rubbed his genitals on my hand at one point, because there was some back and forth rubbing on my hand that did not feel accidental while he breathed super heavy. The massage itself was not a modality I have ever had before; there was no stroking but instead just pressing and holding for long periods of time which did not do much to relax me or loosen up my tight muscles. I definitely won't be back. My massage was a couple months ago and I delayed in writing this review because I convinced myself it was all in my head, but after reading similar reviews I feel it's important to give my experience a voice so other woman are aware of potential risks.

During the massage she was working on my neck and pinpointed the very place I get my worst headaches, the upper right corner of my neck, and proceeded to stretch the area and work on it. I was promised when I joined that I could cancel at any time, and any paid for services are mine to use. Well I just canceled and was told I had 60 days to use up 5 services or I would lose them. My only option was to convert them to gift cards at a cost of $10 per card (!) and had to BEG the manager to extend the expiration to give me a year to use them. Do not believe what they tell you when you sign up. I would recommend using independent massage therapists so they are not being scammed by business practices of these chains.
