I paid for battery replacement of my MacBook Pro. After installing two batteries my MacBook was not functioning properly- won't boot up properly and won't load the apps.They reinstalled my old battery and said they would refund my money. Not sure they know how to service MacBook Pro. Now it powers on but no longer functions- can't even open settings. They didn't even clean off the fingerprints from my screen. If you're someone like me, you've probably never given any phone repair place much of a thought. On Friday, I had dropped my phone and nothing but the LCD inside was damaged. Instantly, I knew I had to make a choice. I could either keep my iPhone XR in the current state (unappealing LCD display) or I could fork out more money and time for a newer iPhone. Fast forward to Saturday - the day after the damage, I was able to walk in with an estimate of at least $140 for LCD and Screen replacement (directly from their website). I decided last minute to get a battery replacement as well. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and even knocked off $40 from the initial $80 battery replacement cost. The time I was told my phone would be repaired was about 40-50 minutes. It took exactly that amount of time if not earlier! Once I retrieved my phone I was and still am very pleased with the work! My phones screen looks brand new and I can tell a huge difference with the battery (My iPhone XR original battery capacity was at 80%). I let two of my Apple-user family members know of my experience. They both got their iPhones (6s and 7 for anyone curious) done within a very reasonable price and time. The 6s battery capacity was very slow at 67% and the 7 at 80%. They're both satisfied with the experience as their phones work and charge much better! In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place with their spot on prices, service time, and overall friendly experience! read more

Despite the repair experience for the cracked glass on the back of my iPhone being great, I had a ton of issues afterwards. The apple logo on the replacement piece was not in the correct spot, which was minor. The more serious issues were that the sound stopped working the next day, the touch screen had moments it would not respond, and eventually the phone shut off and would not turn on. I had to take it in to Apple and they said the motherboard was damaged and the phone was unusable - ended up having to get a new phone. It was working perfectly fine before and only after the repair these issues arose. I'm sure this place has done great work, but I didn't have the best results. read more
