Coincidentally we needed a backflow test so we had Alex out the following week and he was great too! He let us know that although we passed this year to be ready for next year being a problem, and we appreciate the heads up! The backflow test was $100 less that another place we used to use so we win! We will absolutely use Western again and would recommend them 100%!
