Brought in my 2017 Tahoe with 73,000 miles on it the first week of November 2025 for an engine…read morereplacement, finally got it back ONE MONTH LATER. Was told it may take 3 weeks to finish so I was patient but after 4 weeks it became quite annoying, especially since I had to rent a car. Picked it up and was told that it had a bit of "hesitation" and that it was probably the transmission or dirty fuel injectors, Gary suggested high octane fuel and fuel injector cleaner. Why they didn't investigate this further prior to telling me the truck was ready was stupid and unprofessional, but I trusted Gary. I tried both and it still ran terribly. Brought it to a transmission shop and was told that the transmission was perfect. Brought the truck back to Motor Works and I was told that the truck needed a 02 sensors and fuel sensors, which were replaced by Motor Works. Left motor works and then found the engine had a vibration. Took my truck to a trusted mechanic that told me motor works never replaced the harmonic balancer which causes the vibration. Motor works should have replaced this part but never did. I was also told by Motor Works that the engine mounts should have been replaced, to which I agreed, but in hindsight I probably should have inspected first. Unfortunately, I was too trusting, and it was close to Christmas. The entire job cost me OVER $10,000.00 and my truck still runs with a vibration. During this disgraceful process, I was also told that the timing belt should be replaced, to which I acquiesced. Items like oil filter, oil, plugs etcetera were not included in the price that I paid to which I think is ridiculous. Gary speaks very well and appears to be educated in his business but at the end of the day my kindness was taken advantage of. There are other motor replacement companies out there. Don't be taken advantage of by this guy, you will regret it. Gary, I know you will respond back with bogus facts and will try to defend the shoddy work that you did, but you and I both know what you did.

I came here because the front of the roof on my Fiat 500 had unsightly peeling paint all over it. I sent photos of the issue to several local body shops and Adrian from Impact Auto Body responded quickly with an incredibly courteous and informative message. I brought my vehicle I for a 10-minute consultation, during which time Adrian assessed the issue, explained what he would do to fix it, and gave me a price and finish date for the work. The job took 2-3 days and now my car's roof looks brand new!! While Adrian and his crew did an amazing job, what really convinced me to refer this place to my friends was the amazing customer service. They offered me a ride to work when I dropped off my card, returned my car washed, detailed the inside for me, guaranteed their work for the life of my car, and were generally kind and thoughtful humans every single time I spoke with them! They also do custom work for skateboards, longboards, and pretty much anything else you can think of that would need an aesthetic boost! Come here, these people will treat you with kindness while making whatever you drop off look amazing!

I brought it to one auto body shop and they quoted me a price that was several hundred dollars more than what I had imagined it would cost. I saw an ad on a prescription pharmacy bag for Impact Auto Body and thought "what the heck". I stopped by and spoke to the new owner of the business. He was extremely friendly, soft spoken and pleasant to talk to. He quoted a price that was very competitive and I wanted to give this young man my business. I was not disappointed. He took the car within a just a few days of giving my quote and returned it a few days later, all fixed, and the car was cleaned inside and out. I'm very happy and will tell all my friends and family that if they are unfortunate to need auto body repair to go see Adrian at Impact Auto Body. I've been going to Tony for years and when I worked across the street he would even have one of his…read moreguys pick my truck up and drop it off for me. Sadly his shop burned down last summer. As I found out in a recent phone call he does some work but due to a lot of his machinery being damaged he can't do certain jobs - in my case mounting and balancing tires. I don't know if his lifts work or if all of his machinery is damaged so you're best off just calling to ask what he can do.

They cleaned up a tire for me that looked like it had been damaged in a fender bender. After 15 minutes of work, they announced the tire was clean and in great shape. It needed some 'beading" but not a new tire. And there was no charge. I did give the worker a tip and left very satisfied. Obviously I can't speak for the prices, but the people working at Mavis seem hard working, honest, and easy to work with. Give them a try.
