So just know that if this place knows that you make money they're gonna try and squeeze it out of you no matter what they don't care if you're about to crash into a car going 50 mph because you can't break because they didn't put in things correctly.. My car needed an…read moreinspection, an oil change and for the brakes to be checked out (my brake sensor had been blinking for a couple of weeks). I dropped my car off in the morning before work. Around 9:00 I had gotten a call from the shop stating my brake fluid was low and brakes should be done soon, and that they would text me with any updates. About an hour and a half later I received a text that my car was ready. I was ecstatic. Most of the time shops see a woman come in and try to tell them they need all this work and parts, etc. They were honest, friendly and the price was very reasonable! I had all 4 brakes and tires replaced on my car. The work took a really long time and was done…read morepoorly. 1st problem- one of the tires wasn't balanced properly and the car shook bad over 50mph. Had to bring it back to have the one tire rebalanced 2nd problem 2nd problem- the brakes squeaked terribly during slowing and stopping below 25mph. I brought the car back and explained the problem. It took them the entire day to check out the car and they told me there were no issues. I told them that was not satisfactory and that I wanted the brakes replaced under warranty. They agreed and said that I needed to leave my car another day and that it would be done "first thing next morning". They kept my car for the entire next day and said they replaced the rotors and pads under warranty. Guess what? The supposedly new brakes also squeal horribly and were probably not fixed. So all in all, my car spent a total of 4 days in this shop and it took 3 visits have a simple tire and brake job done which is still not done properly. This places does shoddy work, is really slow and bad at communicating with their customers. The shop and waiting room is a completely run down and dirty dump of a place. I will NEVER go back here and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. I wish I could give negative stars.

Completely abhorrent behavior from this place. Came in this morning to get my (REQUIRED BY LAW) NYS…read moreinspection. I inquired whether they had Tesla lift pads, as I had them to provide if they didn't. He responded "why would YOU need to know that, this isn't my first rodeo". I should have took the hint and left at this point. As I'm standing there, he asks the other worker what's next and begins complaining about another customers diesel inspection. Then brazenly to my face says "and then this piece of sh** $10 inspection". At this point, it was obviously time to leave. As I'm walking out the door he says "good, get the fu** out of here". This man is clearly a deranged individual. He acts like he's doing you a favor while disrespecting his customers right to their face. The best part is he wants you to sit there and take it. Well I know your type and I wont (and didn't) stand for it. We exchanged words until a customer had to look at me and say "hey man, just go". To which I took his advice. If you want to be disrespected and cursed out then Rapid is the place for you. I would implore you to stay far away from this place.
